BOMBAY PRIMARY EDUCATION ACT , 1947 .
No. K/SH/9 / KHPS - 1196-1878 -CH. The following draft of a notification which is proposed to issue under section 63 of the Bombay Primary Education Act , 1947 ( Bom . LXI of 1947) is published as required by sub - section ( 3 ) of the said section 63 for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration by the Government of Gujarat on or after the expiry of thitry days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette
2. Any objections or suggestions which may be received by the Secretary to the Government of Gujarat , Education Department Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar with respect to the said draft before the aforesaid date will be considered by the Government .
DRAFT NOTIFICATION
No. K/ SH/9/ KHPS- 1196-1878 - CH . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63 of the Bombay Primary Education Act , 1947 (Bom . LXI of 1947) , the Government of Gujarat hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Bombay Primary Education Rules , 1949 , namely :-
1. These rules may be called the Bombay Primary Education (Gujarat Second Amendment ) Rules , 1994.

No. GH/SH/ 25 /PSHT/1096/ 816 /CH. - Under Government Notification, Education Department No. CH/SH/2 /KHPS/ 1086/ 1607 /CH dated 23rd January, 1987, the Government of Gujarat has appointed Shri Navnitbhai Dhanjibhai Parikh to be the Primary Education Tribunal and Shri R. V. Deshmukh tobe the Gujarat Secondary Education Tribunal.
2. Now Government has decided that Shri R. V. Deshmukh will hold additional charge for hear- ing the exception cases of the primary Education Tribunal until further order .

૪. ગુણ ચકાસણી માટે દરેક પ્રશ્નપત્ર દીઠું રૂ. ૩૦/- (અંકે રૂપિયા ત્રીસ પુરા) ની ફી સરકારી તિજોરી અથવા સબસીડીયરી બેન્કની શાખામાં અવક સંદર "૦૦૭૦- અન્ય વહીવટી સેવાઓ-અન્ય પ્રાપ્તિ-૪ ભાષા અને પરીક્ષા ફી" હેઠળ જમા કરાવીને અસલ ચલન અરજી સાથે સામેલ કરવાનું રહેશે.
