४ જમીન સંપાદન ધારાની કલમ- ૫૨-(એ) અન્વયે આપવામાં આવેલી સત્તા અન્વયે ખાસ જમીન સંપાદન અધિકારી નર્મદા યોજના એકમ-ર વડોદરાના જમીન સંપાદન અધિનિયમ , ૧૮૯૪ ( સને ૧૮૯૪નો ૧૯) કલમ -૫ (ક)ની પેટા-કલમ (૨) મુજબના ખાસ જમીન સંપાદન અધિકારી , નર્મદા યોજના, એકમ-૨, વડોદરાના અહેવાલને વિચારણામાં લીધા બાદ અધિક કલેકટર (નર્મદા), વડોદરાનેએવી ખાતરી થઈ છેકે હિતસંબંધ ધરાવતા ઈસમો તરફથી કોઈ વાંધો લેવામાં આવેલો નથી. અને ઉકત જમીનો આ સાથેની અનુસૂચિમાં દર્શાવેલી સાર્વજનિક હેતુ માટે સરકારી ખર્ચે સંપાદિત કરવી જરૂરી છે.
