THE BOMBAY PRIMARY EDUCATION AUT , 1947 .
No. GH/ SH/ 15/KHP3 / 1087-164 - CH-Gover met has co stituted ore tribunal having jurisdiction in the whole of the State of Gujarat ad appointed Shr: Nawaitbhai Dhanjibhai Parikh to be the Tribunal under section. 40 F of the Bombay Primary Education Act , 1947 (Bom. LXI OF 1947 ) vide order No. GH/ SH/ KHPS /1036/1607 / CH dated 23-1-1987 , which cameto be corrected by the order No. GH/SH/71/ KHPS /1086 /1607/CH dated 27-1-1987 replacig words " Chapter VII -B" instead of words Chapter-VII-A" . The term of Honourable Shri Parikh expires on 29-8-2001 (A.N. ) as he has reached the age of 62 years .
Governmet hereby appoints Hon . Shri R. A. Patel who has been appointed to be the Tribunal Cons- tituted under the Gujarat UiversitiesU Services Tribunal Act , 1983 , to be the Tribunal constituted under #ection 40 F of the Bombay Primary Education. Act, 1947 stated above with effect from 29-8-2001 (Α.Ν. ) till regular appointment order . Hon. Shri Patel shall hold this post in addition to his original post of the Gujarat Universities Services Tribunal .
The Order No. GH/ SH/13/KHP3/1937-164-OH dated the 28th August , 2001 is hereby cancelled for administrative reasons .

No. K/SH/ 16 /KHPSH/1099 / 1340 - CH. The following draft of a notification which it is propose to be issued under section. 63 of the Bombay Primary Education. Act , 1947 (Bcm. LXI of 1947) , is published as required by sub- section (3) of the said section. 63 for the informatior of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby give that the said draft will be taker into con screration by the Government of Gujarat on or after the expiry of thirty days from the date of publication of thin notification in the Official Gazette .

2. In the Bombay Pamary Education Rules, 1949 , in SCHEDULE -F for the condition No. 5, the following shall be substituted , namely:-
Closureofschool or reluction in the total number of classes-( 1) No. management of recognisel private primary School shall reduce the total number of classes its school or close down the school without the prior permission in writing of the Diretor or Primary Education, State of Gujarat For this purpose the management shall have to make an application to the Authorised Officer atleast six months before the date from which it intends to reduce the number of classes or close town the school . ક્યાંક કે -એસએવ-૧૬ -કેએચપીએસએચ -૧૦૯૯-૧૩૪૦-૨.–મુંબઈ પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ અધિનિયમ, ૧૯૪૭ (સન ૧૯૪૭ના મુંબઈના ૬૧ મા)ની કલમ ૬૩ હેઠળ કાઢવા ધારેલા જાહેરનામાને નીચેને મુસદ્દો, સદરહુ કલમ-૬૩ પેટા કલમ (૩)થી કરાવ્યા પ્રમાણે, તેનાથ અસર વવાને સંભવ હોય તેવી તમામ વ્યક્તિઓની જાણ સાર પ્રસિધ્ધ કરવામાં આવે છે અને આથી ભેટીસ આપવામાં આવે છે કે સદરહુ મુદ્દો આ જાહેરનામું રાજપત્રમાંપ્રસિધ્ધ થયાની તારીખવીત્રીસ દિવસની મુદ્દત પુરી થયે અથવા ત્યાર પછી, ગુજરાત સરકાર વિચારણા बैजे.
૨. ઉપર્યુક્ત ખુદ્દતપૂરીથશેઅથવા તે પહેલાં, સદરહમુસના સંબંધમાંગુજરાતસરકારનાસુચિવ,શિક્ષણ વિભાગ, સચિવાલય, ગાંધીનગરને કેઈપણ વ્યકિત તરફથી જે કેઈ છેઅથવા સૂચિમળશે તે સરકાર વિચારણામાં લેશે.
જાહેરનામાને મુસદ્દો
ક્રમાંક કેબે -કેમએયુએ -૧૦૯૯૧૩૪૭૫ -મુંબધિનિયમ, ૧૯૪૭ (સિઝ -૧૯૪૭ મુંબઈના દૂધમાં) ની ક૩૫-૬૩ની મળેવી સાત્તિથી રૂખે , ગુજરાત સરકર, આળી, મુંબઈ પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ નિયમે , ૧૯૪૯ વધુ સુધારવા નીચેના નિયમે કરે છે :–
૧. અચ્છ નિયમે , મુંબઈ પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ (ગુજરાત સુધારા) નિયમે , ૨૦૦૧ કહેવાશે.
"૨. મુંબઈ પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ નિયમે , ૧૯૪૯માં, અનુસૂચિ-છપાં, શરત નં. ૫ ને બદલે, નીચેને મજકુર મુકે .
શુખ. શુળ બંધ કરવા અથવા વઘી કુલ સંખ્યા ઘટાડવાબાબત -કોઈપણ માન્ય ખાનગી પ્રાથમિકશાળાનું સંચાલક મંડળ, પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ નિયામક, ગુજરાત રાજવી લેખિત પૂર્વ પરવાનગી સિવાય, તેની શાળાના વર્ગની કુલ સંખ્યા ઘટાડી શકશે નહિ અથવા શાળે બંધ કરી શકશે નહિ. આહેતુ માટે, સંચાલક મંડળે જે તારીખથી વર્ગની સંખ્યા ઘટાડવાને અથવા શાળા બંધ કરવાને ઈરાદે ધરાવે હૈયું તે તારીખથી ઓછામાં ઓછા છ મહિના પહેલાં અધિકૃત અધિકારીને અરજી કરવી જોઈશે. એવી અરજી મળયે, અધિકૃત અધિકારી સંચાલક મંડળને સાંભળશે અને અવી અરજી પિતાની ટીકાટિપ્પણ સાથે પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ નિયામકને મેકલી આપશે, પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ નિયામક , ગુજરાત રાજ્ય , તેમને જરૂરી લાગે તેવી રીતે, જરૂર જણાય તેવી વધુ તપાસ કરીને , અરજી પૂર્ણત: અથવા અંશત: મંજર કરવી અથવા નકારવી તેને નિર્ણય કરશે."
