( hereinafter referred to as " the said Scheduled Employment " ) in the whole of the State of Gujarat is hereby published as required by clause ( b ) of sub section ( 1 ) of section 5 of the said Act , for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration by the Government of Gujarat on or after the expiry of two months from the date of its publication in the official Gazette .

Any representation which may be received by the Commissioner of Labour , O/3 , New Mental Hospital Compound , Meghaninagar , Asarwa , Ahmedabad - 380016 from any person in respect of the said draft on or before the aforesaid date will be taken into consideration by the Government .

Draft Notification

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section ( 1 ) (b ) of section 3 read with clause ( b ) of sub section (2) of section 5 of the Minimum Wages Act , 1948 (XI of 1948 ) , the Government of Gujarat hereby with effect on and from the pro- spective dates revises the minimum rates of wages in respect of employees in any shop or commercial establishment employed inthe said scheduled employment in the whole of the State of Gujarat , so as to consist of

(a) the baisc rates of wages as set out in column No. 3 of the schedule ap- pended hereto in respect of the basic rates payable by the day to the classes of the employees mentioned against them in column No.2 , thereof and

(b ) a Special Allowance and directs that so long as the notification is in fores, the rate of such special allowancs shall be adjusted by the Competent Authority at the interval of every six mon ns commencing from the 1st October and the 1st April on the basis of the average cost of living Index number for the proceeding period of six months ending on the 30th June and 31st December respectively in such manner that: -

(i) for the rise of every five points over the cost of living Index numbers 2161 or over any such numbers which is greater than 2161 applicable to employees in the said Scheduled employment , the Special Allowance payable in addition to the basic wages shall be Rs . 00.20 paise per day .

(ii) for the fall of every five points below any cost of living Index numbers which is not less than 2161 the Special Allowance shall be reduced at the rate of Rs . 00.20 Paise per day.

Provided that the rates of Special Allowance shall be first adjusted at the interval of the period of six months commencing from the prospective date .

For the purpose of this notification .

Explanation :

1 (a) Zone - 1 shall comprise the areas within the limits of the Municipal Corpoation constituted under the Bombay Provincial Municipal Corporations Act , 1949 , and the areas falling within a peripheral distance of 10 Kilometers from the aforesaid limits.

(b) Zone - II shall comprise all the areas in the State of Gujarat ( other than those included in Zone - I ) within the limits of the towns and cities having popultion of 1 lakh and above according to the figures of latest census and the areas falling within peripheral distance of 5 Kilometers from the aforesaid limites .

(c) Zone - III shall comprise all the areas in the State of Gujarat other than those included in Zone - l and Zone - II .

No employee shall get less wages ( including Special Allowance ) than that would have been payable under the Government Notification , Labour and Employment Department No. KHR - 48 - MWA- 1089-344- M-2 , dated 21st March , 1994 .

ગુજરાત સરકારે શ્રમ અને રોજગાર વિભાગના જાહેરનામા નં . કેએચઆર / ૧૯૬ / એમડબલ્યુએ / ૧૦૯૮ /૧૨૦૬/ મ ( ૨ ) થી ગુજરાત રાજયમાં સોલ્ટ પાન ઈન્ડસ્ટ્રીઝમાંના રોજગાર ( આમાં હવે પછી જેનો ઉલ્લેખ ' ઉકત અનુસૂચિત રોજગાર ' તરીકે કરવામાં આવ્યો છે ) માં નોકરી કરતાં કર્મચારીઓની બાબતમાં ચૂકવવાપાત્ર દૈનિક અને માસિક લઘુત્તમ વેતન દરમાં તારીખ ૫ મી ઓકટોબર , ૨૦૦૦ રોજ અને તારીખ ૫ મી ઓકટોબર ૪૨૦૦૦ થી અમલી બને એ રીતે એવો સુધારો કર્યો છે કે જેથી એમાં , જણાવેલા મૂળ વેતન દર અને ખાસ ભથ્થાનો સમાવેશ થઈ જાય અને ઉકત સક્ષમ અધિકારીને એવી સૂચના આપી છે કે અનુક્રમે ૩૦ મી જૂન અને ૩૧ મી ડીસેમ્બરના રોજ પૂરા થતાં એની તરત પહેલાના ૬ મહિના માટેના ૧ લી ઓકટોબર અને ૧ લી એપ્રિલથી શરૂ કરીને દર છ મહિનાના અંતરે સરેરાશ જીવન - નિર્વાહ ખર્ચના સૂચિ - આંકના આધારે ભથ્થાના દરમાં એવી રીતેરીતે ફેરફાર કરવો કે જેથી ( ક ) જીવન - નિર્વાહ ખર્ચના સૂચિ - આંક ૨૦૧૦ કરતાં અથવા ઉકત અનુસૂચિત રોજગારમાં નોકરી કરતાં કર્મચારીઓને લાગુ પડતાં ૨૦૧૦ કરતાં વધુ હોય એવી કોઈ સંખ્યા કરતાં દર પાંચ પોઈન્ટના વધારા માટે મૂળ વેતન દર ઉપરાંત દૈનિક રૂા . ૦-૨૦ અથવા માસિક ૫.૨૦ લેખે ખાસ ભથ્થું ચૂકવવાનું રહેશે : ( ખ ) ૨૦૧૦ કરતાં નીચો ન હોય એવા જીવન - નિર્વાહ ખર્ચના સૂચિ - આંક દર પાંચ પોઈન્ટના ઘટાડા માટે , ખાસ ભથ્થાના દરનો ૧ લી એપ્રિલ , ૨૦૦૧ થી શરૂ થતા ૬ મહિનાની મુદત માટે પહેલાં મેળ બેસાડવામાં આવે એ શરતે ખાસ ભાગમાં દૈનિક રૂા . ૦-૨૦ ના દરે ઘટાડો કરવામાં આવશે .

ગુજરાત સરકારે શ્રમ અને રોજગાર વિભાગના જાહેરનામા નં . કે.એચ.આર. / ૪૮ / એમડબલ્યુએ / ૧૦૮૯ / ૩૪૪ / મ ( ૨ ) થી ગુજરાત રાજયમાં દુકાન એ વાણીજય સંસ્થામાંની નોકરીના રોજગાર ( આમાં હવે પછી જેનો ઉલ્લેખ ' ઉકત અનુસૂચિત રોજગાર ' તરીકે કરવામાં આવ્યો છે ) માં નોકરી કરતાં કર્મચારીઓની બાબતમાં ચૂકવવાપાત્ર દૈનિક અને માસિક લઘુત્તમ વેતન દરમાં તારીખ ૨૧ મી માર્ચ , ૧૯૯૪ ના રોજ અને તારીખ ૨૧ મી માર્ચ , ૧૯૯૪ થી અમલી બને એ રીતે એવો સુધારો કર્યો છે કે જેથી એમાં , જણાવેલા મૂળ વેર્તન દર અને ખાસ ભથ્થાનો સમાવેશ થઈ જાય અને ઉકત સક્ષમ અધિકારીને એવી સૂચના આપી છે કે અનુક્રમે ૩૦ મી જૂન અને ૩૧ મી ડીસેમ્બરના રોજ પૂરા થતાં એની તરત પહેલાના ૬ મહિના માટેના ૧ લી ઓકટોબર અને ૧ લી એપ્રિલથી શરૂ કરીને દર છ મહિનાના અંતરે સરેરાશ જીવન - નિર્વાહ ખર્ચના સૂચિ - આંકના આધારે ભથ્થાના દરમાં એવી રીતે ફેરફાર કરવો કે જેથી ( ક ) જીવન - નિર્વાહ ખર્ચના સૂચિ - આંક ૧૦૪૦ કરતાં અથવા ઉકત અનુસૂચિત રોજગારમાં નોકરી કરતાં કર્મચારીઓને લાગુ પડતાં ૧૦૪૦ કરતાં વધુ હોય એવી કોઈ સંખ્યા કરતાં દર પાંચ પોઈન્ટના વધારા માટે મૂળ વેતન દર ઉપરાંત દૈનિક રૂ।. ૦-૨૦ અથવા માસિક રૂ।. ૫.૨૦ લેખે ખાસ ભથ્થું ચૂકવવાનું રહેશે . ( ખ ) ૧૦૪૦ કરતાં નીચો ન હોય એવા જીવન - નિર્વાહ ખર્ચના સૂચિ - આંક દર પાંચ પોઈન્ટના ઘટાડા માટે , ખાસ ભથ્થાના દરનો તારીખ ૧ લી એપ્રિલ , ૨૦૦૨ થી શરૂ થતા ૬ મહિનાની મુદત માટે પહેલાં મેળ બેસાડવામાં આવે એ શરતે ખાસ ભાગમાં દૈનિક રૂા . ૦-૨૦ ના દરે ઘટાડો કરવામાં આવશે .

ગુજરાત સરકારે શ્રમ અને રોજગાર વિભાગના જાહેરનામા નં . પરિશિષ્ટમાં દર્શાવ્યા મુજબ જાહેરનામા નંબર ત્થા વ્યવસાયથી ગુજરાત રાજયમાં ..... રોજગાર ( આમાં હવે પછી જેનો ઉલ્લેખ ' ઉકત અનુસૂચિત રોજગાર ' તરીકે કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. ) માં નોકરી કરતાં કર્મચારીઓની બાબતમાં ચૂકવવાપાત્ર દૈનિક અને માસિક લઘુત્તમ વેતન દરમાં તારીખ ૨૫ મી એપ્રિલ , ૧૯૯૭ ના રોજ અને તારીખ ૧લી મે , ૧૯૯૭ થી અમલી બને એ રીતે એવો સુધારો કર્યો છે કે જેથી એમાં , જણાવેલા મૂળ વેતન દર અને ખાસ ભથ્થાનો સમાવેશ થઈ જાય અને ઉકત સક્ષમ અધિકારીને એવી સૂચના આપી છે કે અનુક્રમે ૩૦ મી જૂન અને ૩૧ મી ડીસેમ્બરના રોજ પૂરા થતાં એની તરત પહેલાના ૬ મહિના માટેના ૧ લી ઓકટોબર અને ૧ લી એપ્રિલથી શરૂ કરીને દર છ મહિનાના અંતરે સરેરાશ જીવન - નિર્વાહ ખર્ચના . સૂચિ - આંકના આધારે ભથ્થાના દરમાં એવી રીતે ફેરફાર કરવો કે જેથી ( ક ) જીવન- નિર્વાહ ખર્ચના સૂચિ - આંક ૧૬૪૫ કરતાં અથવા ઉકત અનુસૂચિત રોજગારમાં નોકરી કરતાં કર્મચારીઓને લાગુ પડતાં ૧૬૪૫ કરતાં વધુ હોય એવી કોઈ સંખ્યા કરતાં દર પાંચ પોઈન્ટના વધારા માટે મૂળ વેતન દર ઉપરાંત દૈનિક રૂા . ૦-૨૦ અથવા માસિક ૫.૨૦ લેખે ખાસ ભથ્થું ચૂકવવાનું રહેશે . No. KHR - 36-2002 - MWA . - 1098-1134 - PART - II - M ( 2 ) .- Whereas by Govern- ment Notification Labour and Employment Department No. KHR - 176 - MWA - 1098- 1134 - M ( 2 ) , dated 27th October , 1998 which was published in the Gujarat Govern- ment Gazette , Extra ordinary Part I - L , Extra No. 30 at pages 30/1 to 30/4 , dated 29th October , 1996 the Government of Gujarat gave a not less than two months ' notice of its intention to revise the minimum rates of wages in respect of the employees employed in Sugarcane cutting in the employment in Agriculture in the State of

Gujarat hereinafter referred to as " the said scheduled employment ") .

And whereas the objections and suggestions were received from the public in respect of the said notification have been considered by the Government .

Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a ) of sub- section ( 1 ) , clause ( b ) of sub - section (2) and clause ( a) ( ii ) of sub - section ( 3 ) of section 3 read with sub - section ( 2 ) of 5 of the Minimum Wages Act , 1948 (XI of 1948 ) ( hereinafter referred to as " the said act " ) and after consulting the Minimum Wages Advisory Board , the Government of Gujarat hereby , with effect on and from the " 1st April 2002 revises the minimum rates of wages fixed under Govern- ment Notification , Labour and Employment Department No. KHR- 82 - MWA = 1093- 2496 - PART - II - M ( 2 ) , dated the 12th March , 1996 fixes the minimum rates of wages in respect of the employees employed in sugarcane cutting in the employment in Agriculture as set out in column ( 1 ) of the schedule appended hereto the whole of the State of Gujarat , so as to consist of the piece rates of wages as set out in column ( 3 ) thereof in respect of the employees employed in the said scheduled employment in the State of Gujarat , as the piece rates pavable by nature of piece work mentioned against them in column (2 ) thereof;

Explanation ; For the purpose of this notification :

( 1) The entire State shall be treated as one Zone .

(2) There shall be no discrimination between male and female workers in the payment of minimum wages .

(3 ) In case of a permanent employee employed for a part of the year , the mini- mum rates of wages payable to him annually shall be proportionately reduced .

(4) " Casual labourer " means any person who is employed for hire of reward to do any work in connection with employment in agriculture and is paid wages with or without perquisites on the basis of a working day .

1 ( 5) " Permanent Labourer " means any person who is employed for hire or reward to do any work in connection with employment in agriculture and is paid wages with or without perquisites on the basis of a specific period of work ranging from one month to twelve months , and included an employee known as " Chakar " , " Bhagia " , " Hathi " , or " Sathie " .

(6) In case of an employee employed on piece rate basis , the minimum rates of wages shall be so fixed that the amount of the wages payable to him for the number of hours of work which consitutes a normal working day shall not be less than the wages payable by the day to an employee on time rate basis.

(7) An employee employed on part - time basis shall be paid 50 percent of the minimum rates of wages if he works up to four hours and full minimum rates of wages if the works for more than four hours .

No. KHR/ 2002-59 - MWA - 1096-2168 - Part - I - M ( 2 ) .-The following draft of a notification which it is proposed to be issued under sub section ( 1 ) (b) of sec tion 3 of the Minimum Wages Act , 1948 ( XI of 1948 ) ( hereinafter referred to as " the said Act " ) , read with clause (b) , sub section ( 2) of section 5 containing pro- posal for fixing the minimum rates of wages in respect of employees employed in -pany employment of Non - teaching staff in private non - grant - in - aid educational

institutions covered under entry 58 in part - I of the schedule to the said Act . ( here- inafter referred to as " the said Scheduled Employment " ) in the whole of the State of Gujarat is hereby published as required by clause (b) of sub section ( 1 ) of section 5 of the said Act , for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration by the Government of Gujarat on or after the expiry of two months from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .

Any representation which may be received by the Comissioner of Labour , O/3 , New Mental Hospital Compound , Meghaninagar , Asarwa , Ahmedabad- 380 016 from any person in respect of the said draft on or before the aforesaid ' date will be taken into consideration by the Government.

Draft Notification

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section ( 1 ) ( b ) of section 3 read with clause (b) of section (2) of section 5 of the Minimum Wages , 1948 ( XI of 1948 ) , the Government of Gujarat hereby with effect on and from the prospec- tive dates fixes the minimum rates of wages in respect of employees in any em- ployment of Non- teaching staff in private non- grant - in - aid educational institu- tions employed in the said scheduled employment in the whole of the State of Gujarat, so as to consist of : -

(a) The basic rates of wages as set out in column . No.3 of the schedule appended hereto in respect of the basic rates payable by the day to the classes of the employees mentioned against them in column No. 2 thereof, and

(b) A Special Allowances and directs that so long as the notification is in force , the rate of such special allowances shall be adjusted by the Competent Authority at the interval of every six months commencing from 1st October and the 1st April on the basis of the average cost of living Index number for the proceeding period of six months ending on the 30th June and 31st December respectively in such manner that-

(i) for, the rise of every five points over the cost of living Index numbers 2235 or ever any such numbers which is greater than 2235 applicable to employees in the said scheduled employment , the Special Allowance payable in addition to the basic wages shall be Rs . 00.20 paisa per day.

(ii ) for the fall of five points below any cost of living Index num- bers which is not less than 2235 the Special Allowance shall be reduced at the rate ofRs . 00.20 paisa per day.

Provided that the rates of Special Allowance shall be first adjusted at the interval of the period of six months commencing from the prospective date .

Explanation : For the purpose of this notification.-

I. ( a) Zone- I shall comprise the areas in the State of Gujarat within the limits of the Municipal Corporation constituted under the Bombay Provincial Municipal Corporation Act , 1949 , and the area falling within a peripheral distance of 10 Kilometers from the aforesaid lim- its.

(b ) Zone- II shall comprise all the area in the State of Gujarat ( other than those included in Zone - I ) within the limits of the towns and cities having population of 1 Lakh and above according to the figures of

latest Census and the areas falling within the peripheral distance of 5 Kilometers from the aforesaid limits .

( c ) Zone- III shall comprise all the areas in the State of Gujarat other than those included in Zone - I and Zone - II .

II . In case of an employees employed on piece rate basis , the minimum rates of wages shall be so fixed that the minimum rates of wages plus Special Allowance payable to him for the numbers of hours of work which constituted normal working day shall not be less than the daily wages fixed for the class of employees to which he belongs .

III . The University Campus , the Agriculture University Campus and the Cantonment Area shall pay the minimum rates of wages of the scheduled employment of the nearest Zone .

IV. The worker employed on part - time basis shall be paid 50 percent f the minimum rates of wages plus special allowance if he works upto four and if he works more than four hours , he shall be paid full minimum rates of wages plus special allowance .

V. The employees employed by Contractor or other agencies in the Scheduled employment shall not be paid less than the wages plus special allowance payable to the category of the employees to they belong to .

VI . The perquisites or facilities given to an employee shall not be withdrawn and no deduction shall be made in respect of such perquisites or facilities given to an employee after fixation of minimum rates of wages plus special allowance .

VII . Male and female employees should be given equal wages for equal work .

VIII . The minimum rates of wages payable to an apprentice employed on skilled or semi skilled work shall be 75 percent of the minimum rates of wages fixed for the class of employees to which he belongs plus special allowance for the first three months . After three months they shall be paid infull.

ગુજરાત સરકારે શ્રમ અને રોજગાર વિભાગના જાહેરનામા નં . કેએચઆર / ૪ ^ l એમડબલ્યુએ / ૧૦૮૯/ ૩૪૪ / એમ ( ૨ ) થી ગુજરાત રાજયમાં દુકાન અને વાણિજય સંસ્થામાંની નોકરીના રોજગાર ( આમાં હવે પછી જેનો ઉલ્લેખ ઉકત અનુસૂચિત રોજગાર તરીકે કરવામાં આવ્યો છે ) માં નોકરી કરતાં કર્મચારીઓની બાબતમાં ચૂકવવા પાત્ર દૈનિક અને માસિક લઘુત્તમ વેતન દરમાં તારીખ ૨૧ મી માર્ચ ૧૯૯૪ ના રોજ અને તારીખ ૨૧ મી માર્ચ , ૧૯૯૪ થી અમલી બને એ રીતે એવો સુધારો કર્યો છે કે જેથી એમાં , જણાવેલા મૂળ વેતન દર અને ખાસ ભથ્થાંનો સમાવેશ થઈ જાય અને ઉક્ત સક્ષમ અધિકારીને એવી સૂચના આપી છે કે અનુક્રમે ૩૦ મી જૂન અને ૩૧ મી ડીસેમ્બરના રોજ પૂરા થતાં એની તરત પહેલાંના ૬ મહિના માટેના ૧ લી ઓકટોબર અને ૧ લી એપ્રિલથી શરૂ કરીને દર છ મહિનાના અંતરે સરેરાશ જીવન - નિર્વાહ ખર્ચના સૂચિ - આંકના આધારે ભથ્થાના દરમાં એવી રીતે ફેરફાર કરવો કે જેથી ( ક ) જીવન - નિર્વાહ ખર્ચના સૂચિ - આંક ૧૦૪૦ કરતાં અથવા ઉકત અનુસૂચિત રોજગારમાં નોકરી કરતાં કર્મચારીઓને લાગુ પડતા ૧૦૪૦ કરતાં વધુ હોય એવી કોઈ સંખ્યા કરતાં દર પાંચ પોઈન્ટના વધારા માટે મૂળ વેતન દર ઉપરાંત દૈનિક રૂા . ૦.૨૦ અથવા માસિક ૫-૨૦ લેખે ખાસ ભથ્થું ચૂકવવાનું રહેશે . ( ખ ) ૧૦૪૦ કરતાં નીચો ન હોય એવા જીવન - નિર્વાહ ખર્ચના સૂચિ - આંક દર પાંચ પોઈન્ટના ઘટાડા માટે , ખાસ ભથ્થાના દરનો તા . ૧ લી ઓકટોબર , ૨૦૦૨ થી શરૂ થતા ૬ મહિનાની મુદત માટે પહેલાં મેળ બેસાડવામાં આવે એ શરતે ખાસ ભાગમાં દૈનિક રૂા . ૦-૨૦ ના દરે ઘટાડો કરવામાં આવશે .

ક્રમાંક કેએચઆર -૨૦૦૨ / ૧૨૫ / આઈડીએ - ૧૦૯૮-૧૮૨૨ - મ ( ૪ ) .- ગુજરાત સરકારને ખાતરી થઈ છે કે , જેના સંબંધમાં રાજય સરકાર સમુચિત સરકાર હોય અને જેનું સમગ્ર ઉત્પાદન નિકાસ કરવામાં આવતું હોય તેવા ઉદ્યોગ હેઠળના કામદારોના રોજગારને સને ૧૯૪૭ ના ઔદ્યોગિક વિવાદ અધિનિયમ ( જેનો ઉલ્લેખ હવે પછી ' ' ઉક્ત અધિનિયમ ' ' એ રીતે કરેલ છે ) ના હેતુઓ માટે " લોકોપયોગી સેવા ' તરીકે જાહેર કરવામાં આવે તે જાહેર હિતમાં જરૂરી છે .

ગુજરાત સરકાર આવું કરવાનું યોગ્ય માને છે . તેથી હવે , લઘુત્તમ વેતન અધિનિયમ , ૧૯૪૮ ( સને ૧૯૪૮ ના ૧૧ મા ) ની કલમ ૨૬ ની પેટા- કલમ ( ૨ ) થી મળેલ સત્તાની રૂએ આ અધિનિયમ ગુજરાત રાજ્યને લાગુ પાડતી વખતે ગુજરાત સરકાર આદેશ કરે છે કે રાજ્યમાં જ્યારથી અછત ચાલુ થઈ ત્યારથી અછત ચાલુ રહે ત્યાં સુધીના સમય માટે આ સાથે જોડેલ પરિશિષ્ટ -૨ માં નિર્દિષ્ટ કરવામાં આવેલ વિસ્તારોમાં આ જાહેરનામા સાથે જોડેલ પરિશિષ્ટ- ૧ માં નિર્દિષ્ટ કરેલ અનુસૂચિત રોજગારોમાં સરકાર દ્વારા કામે રાખવામાં આવેલ બિન- કુશળ કામદારોને ઉપરોક્ત અધિનિયમની જોગવાઈઓ લાગુ પડશે નહીં .

પરિશિષ્ટ -૧

( ૧ ) કોઇપણ સ્થાનિક સ્વરાજ્યની સંસ્થા દ્વારા ચલાવાતા કામો જે લઘુત્તમ વેતન ધારાની અનુસૂચિના ભાગ -૧ ની એન્ટ્રી નંબર - ૬ " Employment under any Local Authority " હેઠળ આવે છે .

( ૨ ) માર્ગના બાંધકામ કે નિભાવ અથવા બાંધકામ કામગીરી માટેનો રોજગાર જે અધિનિયમની અનુસૂચિના ભાગ - ૧ ની એન્ટ્રી નંબર - ૭ " Employment on the construction or maintenance of road or in building operation " έδη આવે છે .

( ૩ ) મકાન જાળવણીની કામગીરી જે અધિનિયમની અનુસૂચિના ભાગ -૧ ની એન્ટ્રી નં . ૨૩ " Employment in maintenance buildings" હેઠળ આવે છે .

( ૪ ) વન નિર્માણ અને ખેડૂતો જે કામગીરી કરતા હોય છે તે ખેતર ઉપરના કોઈ કામને લગતી કે તે સાથે સંલગ્ન કામગીરી સિવાયની ઈમારતી લાકડાના કામ માટેનો રોજગાર જે અધિનિયમની અનુસૂચિના ભાગ - ૧ ની એન્ટ્રી નં . ૨૮ " Employment in forestry and timber operation other than those carried on by a farmer or on a farm as incidential to or in conjuction with farm operations " હેઠળ આવે છે .

( ૫ ) રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા અછત કે દુષ્કાળ દરમ્યાન ચલાવાતા રાહત કામો જે અનુસૂચિના ભાગ -૧ ની એન્ટ્રી નં . ૫૨ " The workers employed by the State Government in relief works or femine or scarcity works " हेडन खावे छे .

( ૬ ) અધિનિયમની અનુસૂચિના ભાગ - ૨ ની એન્ટ્રી નં .૧ " Employment in Agricul- ture " હેઠળ રાજ્ય સરકાર કે તેમના જાહેર સાહસો દ્વારા સંચાલિત કોઈપણ કામ * કે રોજગાર .

નંબર કેએચ - એસએચએમસી - ૩૩૮૪૯–૧૯૪૮ના લઘુત્તમ વેતન અધિનિયમની કલમ -૨ ના ખંડ ( ઘ ) મુજબ એ અધિનિયમ ગુજરાત રાજ્યને લાગુ પડતાં નાયબ મજુર કમિશનર , અમદાવાદ અને ઉક્ત કલમ -૨ ના ખંડ ( ગ ) હેઠળ સક્ષમ અધિકારી તરીકે નિમાયેલ હું , આથી અધિનિયમની અનુસૂચિના ભાગ -૧ માં જણાવેલા રોજગારમાં નોકરી કરતા કર્મચારીઓને લાગુ પડતા આ સાથે જોડેલી અનુસૂચિના ખાના -૨ માં જણાવેલા અને -મેંખાતરી કરેલા ખર્ચના સૂચિ આંકની જાહેરાત કરું છું .
