Government of Gujarat hereby notifies the issue of 5.90 per cent Gujarat State Development Loan, 2017 of 13 years tenure .
Object of the loan
1. ( i) The proceeds of the loan will be utilised for financing capital expenditure in connection with the development programme of the Government of Gujarat .
(ii) The consent of Central Government has been obtained to the flotation of this loan as required by Article 293 (3 ) of the Constitution of India .
Nomenclature
2. 2017 . The loan offered for subscription is 5.90 per cent Gujarat State Development Loan , Method of Issue
3. (i)The Gujarat Government Loan will be sold through the Reserve Bank of India , Ahmedabad and Mumbai .

(ii) The sale will be on tap during banking hours from January 21 , 2004. Reserve Bank of India reserves the right to close the sale at any time during or after the close of banking hours on or after January 21 , 2004 if it deems it appropriate and necessary to do so having regard to the borrowing requirement of Government of Gujarat and subscriptions already received at that time.
(iii)Reserve Bank of India will have the discretion to accept or reject any or all applications either wholly or partially if it deems it appropriate to do so , without assigning any reason at the time of closure of sale.
(iv) The issue will commence from the date of payment of the loan.
Rate of interest
4. The loan will bear interest at 5.90 per cent per annum . The interest will be paid half-yearly on 21st January and 21st July , each year .
Application Form
5. ( i) Applications for purchase of Gujarat Government loan should be submitted duly. filled in by interested persons in the prescribed form of application that may be obtained from the Public Debt Office of the Reserve Bank of India , Ahmedabad . and Mumbai on 19th January, 2004 .
(ii) The payment by the bidders will be on 21st January , 2004.
( iii) Payment in cash or by Demand Draft/Bankers ' Pay Order drawn payable to Reserve Bank of India/ cheque drawn on account with Reserve Bank of India , at the place where the application is tendered should be submitted to the concerned office during the banking hours subject to the condition as stipulated and also by the terms and conditions as included in the prescribed form of application . As the bidder has to tender only the amount of allotment , the same may be ascertained from the concerned Public Debt Office .
Issue Price
6. " 5.90 per cent Gujarat State Development Loan , 2017 " will be issued at par i.e. Rs.100.
Commencement of the tenure
7. The tenure of the loan will commence from 21st January , 2004.
Date of repayment
8. The loan will be repaid at par on 21st January , 2017 at the Public Debt Office of the Reserve Bank of India at which they are registered.
Other terms and conditions
9. The other terms and conditions will be as per the provisions contained in the revised General Notification of Government of Gujarat bearing No.GN - 3 /97 /OMB - 1197-844- Kh , dated 1st April , 1997 , as amended vide Notification No.GN - 7 /98/OMB - 1198-588 -KH dated June 15,1998 .

ગુજરાત હિસાબી સેવા, વર્ગ-૧ (સીની. ડ્યુટી)ના સંયુક્ત નિયામક કક્ષા (પગાર ધોરણ રૂા . ૧૦,૦૦૦-૧૫,૨૦૦) ના અધિકારીઓની તા. ૧/૧/૨૦૦૨ ના રોજની સ્થિતિએ કામચલાઉ પ્રવરતા યાદી વંચાણમાં લીધેલ ક્રમાંક (૧ ) પરના તા. ૧/૮/૨૦૦૩ના ઠરાવથી પ્રસિધ્ધ કરવામાં આવી હતી.આ કામચલાઉ પ્રવરતા સામે કોઈ વાંધા હોય તો તે અંગેની રજુઆતો સદરહુ કામચલાઉ પ્રવરતા યાદી પ્રસિધ્ધ કર્યાના એક માસમાં નાણાં વિભાગને મોકલી આપવા જણાવ્યું હતું. પરંતુ ઉપર જણાવ્યા મુજબ પ્રસિધ્ધ કરવામાં આવેલ કામચલાઉ પ્રવરતા યાદી સામે સંબંધિત કોઈ અધિકારીના વાંધા મળ્યા નથી. તે મુજબ સંદર્ભ -ર ના પત્રથી નિયામક, હિસાબ અને તિજોરીએ જણાવેલ છે. સબબ આ અંગે આખરી પ્રવરતા યાદી પ્રસિધ્ધ કરવાની બાબત સરકારશ્રીની વિચારણા હેઠળ હતી.

Object of the loan
1 ( i ) The proceeds of the loan will be utilised for financing capital expenditure in connection with the development programme of the Government of Gujarat .
( ii) The consent of Central Government has been obtained to the flotation of this loan as required by Article 293 (3 ) of the Constitution of India .
Nomenclature
2. 2014. The loan offered for subscription is 5.60 per cent Gujarat State Development Loan,
Method of issue
3. (i ) The Gujarat Government Loan will be sold through the Reserve Bank of India , Ahmedabad and Mumbai.
( ii ) The sale will be on tap during banking hours from April , 23 , 2004. Reserve Bank of India reserves the right to close the sale at any time during or after the close of banking hours on or after April 23, 2004 if it deems it appropriate and necessary to do so having regard to the borrowing requirement of Government of Gujarat and subscriptions already received at that time .
( iii ) Reserve Bank of India will have the discretion to accept or reject any or all applications either wholly or partially if it deems it appropriate to do so , without assigning any reason at the time of closure of sale.
( iv) The issue will commence from the date of payment of the loan.
Rate of interest
4. The loan will bear interest at 5.60 per cent per annum half- yearly on 23rd October and 23rd April , each year . The interest will be paid

Application Form
5. (i) Applications for purchase of Gujarat Government loan should be submitted duly filled in by interested persons in the prescribed form of application that may be obtained from the Public Debt Office of the Reserve Bank of India , Ahmedabad . and Mumbai on 21st April , 2004.
( ii) The payment by the bidders will be on 23rd April , 2004 .

(iii) Payment in cash or by Demand Draft/Bankers ' Pay Order drawn payable to Reserve Bank of India/ cheque drawn on account with Reserve Bank of India , at the place where the application is tendered should be submitted to the concerned office during the banking hours subject to the condition as stipulated and also by the terms and conditions as included in the prescribed form of application . As the bidder has to tender only the amount of allotment, the same may be ascertained from the concerned Public Debt Office .
Issue Price
6. " 5.60 per cent Gujarat State Development Loan , 2014 " will be issued at par i.e. Rs.100.
Commencement of the tenure
7. The tenure of the loan will commence from 23rd April , 2004 .
Date of repayment
8. The loan will be repaid at par on 23rd April , 2014 at the Public Debt Office of the Reserve Bank of India at which they are registered .
Other terms and conditions
9. The other terms and conditions will be as per the provisions contained in the revised General Notification of Government of Gujarat bearing No.GN-3 /97/ OMB- 1197-844- Kh , dated 1st April , 1997 , as amended vide Notification No.GN - 7 /98 /OMB - 1198-588 - KH dated June 15,1998 .

Object of the loan

Method of Issue
3. (i) The Gujarat Government Loan will be Sold through the Reserve Bank of India, Ahmedabad and Mumbai .
(ii) The sale will be on tap during banking hours from May 26, 2004. Reserve Bank of India reserves the right to close the sale at any time during or after the close of banking hours on or after May 26, 2004 , if it deems it appropriate and necessary to do so having regard to the borrowing requirement ofGovernment of Gujarat and subscriptions already received at that time .
(iii) Reserve Bank of India will have the discretion to accept or reject any or all applications either wholly orpartially if it deems it appropriate to do so , without assigning any reason at the time of closure of sale .
(iv) If partial allotment is required to be made due to over subscription , excess subscription will be refunded by the Reserve Bank of India to the respective subscribes as soon as possible and no interest will be paid on the amount so refunded.
Rate of interest
4. The loanwill bear interest at 5.70 per cent per annum from May 28 , 2004. The interest will be paid half- yearly on 28th November and 28th May, each year .

Application Form
5. (i) Applications for purchase of Gujarat Government Loan should be submitted by interested persons.in the prescribed form of application that may be obtained from the public Debt Office of the Reserve Bank of India, Ahmedabad and Mumbai .
(ii ) The Application Form, duly filled in , together with payment therefor in cash or by Demand Draft/ Bankers ' Pay Order drawn payable to Reserve Bank of India , at the place where the application is tendered should be submitted to the concerned office during the banking hours on the days specified above subject to the condition as stipulated and also by the terms and conditions as included in the prescribed form of application. The payment will include accrued interest on the nominal value of loan applied for from the date of commencement of tenure of the loan .
Issue Price
6.5.70 per cent Gujarat State Development Loan , 2014 " will be issued at par i.e. Rs . 100.

7. The tenure of the loan will commence from 28th May, 2004.

(iv) If partial allotment is required to be made due to over subscription , excess subscription will be refunded by the Reserve Bank of India to the respective subscribes as soon as possible and no interest will be paid on the amount so refunded .
Rate of interest
4. The loan will bear interest at 6.35 per cent per annum from July 30, 2004. The interest will be paid half- yearly on July 30, and January 30, each year.
Application Form
5. (i) Applications for purchase of Gujarat Government loan should be submitted by interested persons in the prescribed form of application that may be obtained from the Public Debt Office of the Reserve Bank of India, Ahmedabad, and Mumbai .
(ii ) The Application Form , duly filled in , together with payment therefor in cash or by Demand Draft/Bankers ' Pay Order drawn payable to Reserve Bank of India , at the place where the application is tendered should be submitted to the concerned office during the banking hours on the days specified above subject to the condition as stipulated and also by the terms and conditions as included in the prescribed form of application . The payment will include accrued interest on the nominal value of loan applied for from the date of commencement of tenure of the loan .

6. " 6.35 per cent Gujarat State Development Loan , 2013 " ( II Series ) will be issued at par i.e. Rs.100 .
Commencement of the tenure
7. The tenure of the loan will commence from July 30, 2004.

8. The loan will be repaid at par on July 30, 2013 at the Public Debt Office of the Reserve Bank of India at which they are registered .

9. The other terms and conditions will be as per the provisions contained in the General Notification of Government of Gujarat bearing No.GN- 60/ 03/OMB - 1103-2142-Kh , dated 15th December, 2003.

ગુજરાત હિસાબી સેવા , વર્ગ-ર ની જગ્યા ઉપર તા. ૧-૧૦-૭૫ અને તા . ૩૧-૩-૯૨ વચ્ચે કાયદેસર નિમણૂંક મેળવવાને પાત્ર થયેલ હોય તેવા સીધી ભરતી અને બઢતીથી નિમણૂંક પામેલા વર્ગ-૨ના હિસાબી અધિકારીઓની આખરી પ્રવરતા નાણાં વિભાગના તા . ૧૮-૬-૯૬ના ઠરાવ ક્રમાંક. તસમ-૨૦૯૬-૧૮૪૬-ઘ થી બહાર પાડવામાં આવી હતી. સદરહુ આખરી પ્રવરતા યાદીમાં સમાવેશ કરવામાં આવેલ વર્ગ-૨ ના હિસાબી અધિકારીઓ પછી નિમણૂંક મેળવેલ વર્ગ-રના હિસાબી અધિકારીઓની કામચલાઉ પ્રવરતા (Provisional Seniority ) નાણાં વિભાગના તા . ૪-૭-૦૨ના સરખા ક્રમાંકવાળા પરિપત્રથી બહાર પાડવામાં આવી છે. કામચલાઉ પ્રવરતા યાદી સામેના વાંધા/રજૂઆતો ધ્યાનમાં લઈને આખરી પ્રવરતા પ્રસિધ્ધ કરવાની બાબત વિચારણા હેઠળ હતી.
२. ગુજરાત હિસાબી સેવા, વર્ગ-રના હિસાબી અધિકારીઓની આખરી પ્રવરતાયાદી નીચે દર્શાવેલ સિધ્ધાંતો મુજબ અત્ય સાથે સામેલ પત્રક-૧ અનુસાર પ્રસિધ્ધ કરવામાં આવે છે.
(૧ )આ પ્રવરતા યાદી નામદાર ગુજરાત હાઈકોર્ટનાં ડીવીઝન બેંચના સ્પે. સી.એ.નં.૬૭૭/૮૪. ૮૪૨/૭૪, ૧૦૦૫/૭૨ તેમજ એલપીએ નં. ૧૧૩/૭૩ ૧૧૫/૭૪ ના કેસમાં આપેલ તા. ૨૧-૭-૮૧નાં ચુકાદા અનુસાર પ્રસિધ્ધ કરવામાં આવેલ છે.

(૨) નામદાર ગુજરાત હાઈકોર્ટના ચુકાદા અનુસાર ગુજરાત હિસાબી સેવા, વર્ગ-૨ ની પ્રવરતા યાદી શ્રી એન.કે. ચૌહાણ વિરુધ્ધ ગુજરાત સરકારનાં કેસના ચુકાદા મુજબ અને તે અન્વયે પ્રસિધ્ધ કરેલ સામાન્ય વહીવટ વિભાગના તા . ૪-૧૨-૮૬નાં ઠરાવ અનુસાર પ્રસિધ્ધ કરવાની રહેતી નથી. પરંતુ જે તે વર્ષવાર ઉપલબ્ધ થયેલ જગ્યાઓ સામે રોટા કવોટા પ્રમાણે ગોઠવવામાં આવી છે.
( ૩) રોટા -કવોટા પધ્ધતિ મુજબ પ્રવરતા યાદી ગોઠવવા માટે સા.વ.વિ. ના તારીખ . ૪-૧૨-૮૬નાં ઠરાવના પારા-૨ (સી) ની સુચના મુજબ જે તે વર્ષમાં ઉપલબ્ધ થયેલા કુલ જગ્યા (બઢતી તેમજ સીધી ભરતીથી ભરાયેલ) ગણત્રીમાં લેવામાં આવી છે. રોટા -કવોટા પધ્ધતિમાં વર્ષને યુનીટ વર્ષ તરીકે ગણત્રીમાં લઈને વર્ષ દરમ્યાન સીધી ભરતી અને બઢતીથી ભરાયેલ જગ્યાઓને ધ્યાને લઈ તેમાં ભરતીના રેશીયો મુજબ સીધી ભરતી અને બઢતીથી ભરવાપાત્ર થતી જગ્યાઓ નિયત કરી રોટા-કવોટા પ્રમાણે ગોઠવણી કરી પ્રવરતા નક્કી કરવામાં આવેલ છે.
(૪) ગુજરાત હિસાબી સેવા, વર્ગ-૨ માં બઢતી પામેલ અને ત્યાર બાદ સીધી ભરતીથી પણ વર્ગ-રમાં નિમણૂંક પામેલ હોય તેવા અધિકારીઓના કિસ્સામાંજો વિકલ્પ આપેલ હોય તો તદ્દનુસાર અન્યથા જે વિકલ્પ ન આપેલ હોય તો બેમાંથી જે લાભકર્તા હોય તે મુજબની પ્રવરતાનો લાભ આપવામાં આવેલ છે અને તે મુજબ તેમને પ્રવરતા યાદીમાં ગોઠવીને દર્શાવેલ છે .
(૫ )અનુસૂચિત જાતિ અને અનુસૂચિત જનજાતિની બઢતીના ત્રણ પ્રસંગો સુધી નહીં ભરાયેલ જગ્યાઓ કે જે સીધી ભરતીથી ભરવામાં આવેલ છે. તેમની પ્રવરતા સા.વ.વિના તા . ૨૬-૯-૮૬નાં ઠરાવ ક્રમાંક. પવસ-૧૩૮૬-( ૫)-ગ -૫-(રોસ્ટર) ની સુચના અનુસાર સીધી ભરતીના અધિકારીની જેમ જ નક્કી કરવામાં આવેલ છે .
3. પ્રસ્તુત પ્રવરતાયાદી દરેક સંબંધકર્તા અધિકારીઓનાં ધ્યાને લાવવા નિયામક હિસાબ અને તિજોરીને વિનંતી કરવામાં આવે છે.
૪. આ આખરી પ્રવરતાયાદીમાં કોઈ પ્રિન્ટીંગ ભુલ હોય કે રેકર્ડઆધારીત કોઈ ક્ષતિ રહી જવા પામી હોય તો તે અંગેની જાણ દિન-૩૦ માં અત્રે કરવાની રહેશે. પ્રવરતા સંદર્ભની કોઈ રજુઆતો સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે નહિ.

શ્રી અમરસિંહ ચૌધરીનો જન્મ ૩૧મી જુલાઈ , ૧૯૪૧ના રોજ સુરત જીલ્લાના વ્યારા તાલુકામાં ડોલવણ ગામે થયો હતો. તેઓએ બી.ઈ.સીવીલ સુધીનું શિક્ષણ મેળવેલ હતું. એક ઈજનેર તરીકેના વ્યવસાય ઉપરાંત તેઓએ સમાજ સેવાને પણ સ્વિકારેલ .

તા. ૬ ઠ્ઠી જુલાઈ, ૧૯૮૫ થી તા . ૯મી ડિસેમ્બર, ૧૯૮૯ સુધી ગુજરાત રાજયના મુખ્યમંત્રી હતા ., ત્યારબાદ તેઓશ્રી માર્ચ , ૧૯૯૫ થી તા . ૧૯મી ડીસેમ્બર , ૧૯૯૬ સુધી ગુજરાત વિધાનસભા વિરોધપક્ષના નેતા, તા. ૧૮મી માર્ચ, ૧૯૯૮ થી તા. ૧૮મી નવેમ્બર , ૨૦૦૧ સુધી તેમજ તા. ૨૨-૧૨-૨૦૦૨ થી તા . ૧૫-૮-૨૦૦૪ સુધી ગુજરાત વિધાનસભામાં વિરોધપક્ષના નેતા હતા. શ્રી અમરસિંહભાઈએ વર્તમાન વિધાનસભામાં વિરોધપક્ષના નેતા તરીકે સક્રીય રહીને સરકારને સહયોગ આપીને સંસદીય પ્રણાલીને ઉજાગર કરી છે.
તેઓશ્રી આઠ વર્ષ સુધી સુરત જીલ્લા કોંગ્રેસના પ્રમુખ , સાત વર્ષ સુધી ગુજરાત પ્રદેશ કોંગ્રેસ સમિતિન મહામંત્રી , પંદર વર્ષ સુધી પ્રમુખ , ભારત સ્કાઉટસ એન્ડ ગાઈડસ , ગુજરાત રાજય તા. ૯ મી જુન , ૨૦૦૧ થી તા . ૧૫મી જુન , ૨૦૦૨ સુધી ગુજરાત પ્રદેશ કોંગ્રેસ સમિતિના પ્રમુખ હતા.
તેઓએ અમેરિકા, યુરોપના દેશો , રશિયા , જાપાન, હોંગકોંગ વિગેરે દેશોનો પ્રવાસ કરેલો છે.
શ્રી અમરસિંહ ચિધરીના અવસાનથી રાષ્ટ્રને અને ખાસ કરીને ગુજરાત રાજયના લોકોને ભારે ખોટ પડી :

No. B/185 / 1672 of2004. - The undersigned is pleased to constitute Special Court fore purpose ofproviding speedy trial of offences referred to in Secs . 135 to 139 ofThe Electricity Act, 2003 , and is furtherpleased to designate 8th Fast Track Court , Surat (Shri K. B. Gujarathi) to be Special Court for the purpose ofthe offences Governed by Secs . 135 to 139 of The ElectricityAct, 2003.
The Presiding Judge, that is to say Mr. K. B. Gujarathi, Joint District Judge and Addl . Sessions Judge is hereby empowered to conduct and to decide above referred cases . In case of his transfer or assignment ofnew responsibility, his successor shall continue to preside over the Special Court as referred earlier.
TheADM and Criminal Branch ofthe District are hereby directed to withdraw all the cases Governed by Secs. 135 to 139 ofThe Electricity Act pending before various courts ofthis District, and to transfer it to 8th Fast Track Court , Surat for disposal according to law.

Government of Gujarat hereby notifies the issue of 7.36 per cent Gujarat State Development Loan , 2014 of 10 years tenure .
Object of the loan
1 ( i ) The proceeds of the loan will be utilised for financing capital expenditure in connection with the development programme of the Government of Gujarat .
(ii) The consent of Central Government has been obtained to the flotation of this loan as required by Article 293 ( 3 ) of the Constitution of India .

2. 2014. The loan offered for subscription is 7.36 per cent Gujarat State Development Loan , īviethod of issue
3. (i)The Gujarat Government Loan will be sold through the Reserve Bank of India , Anmedabad and īvīumbai .

( ii ) The sale will be on tap during banking hours from November 02, 2004. Reserve Bank of India reserves the right to close the sale at any time during or after the close of banking hours on or after November 02 , 2004 if it deems it appropriate and necessary to do so having regard to the borrowing requirement of Government of Gujarat and subscriptions already received at that time .
( iii ) Reserve Bank of India will have the discretion to accept or reject any or all applications either wholly or partially if it deems it appropriate to do so , without assigning any reason at the time of closure of sale .
( iv) If partial allotment is required to be made due to over subscription , excess subscription will be refunded by the Reserve Bank of India to the respective subscribes as soon as possible and no interest will be paid on the amount so refunded .
Rate of interest
4. The loan will bear interest at 7.36 per cent per annum from November 04 , 2004. The interest will be paid half- yearly on 04th May and 04th November , each year .
Application Form
5. ( i) Applications for purchase of Gujarat Government loan should be submitted by interested persons in the prescribed form of application that may be obtained from the Public Debt Office of the Reserve Bank of India , Ahmedabad . and Mumbai .
( ii ) The Application Form , duly filled in , together with payment therefor in cash or by Demand Draft/Bankers ' Pay Order drawn payable to Reserve Bank of India , at the place where the application is tendered should be submitted to the concerned office during the banking hours on the days specified above subject to the condition as stipulated and also by the terms and conditions as included in the prescribed form of application . The payment will include accrued interest on the nominal value of loan applied for from the date of commencement of tenure of the loan .

6. " 7.36 per cent Gujarat State Development Loan , 2014 " will be issued at par i.e. Rs.100.
Commencement of the tenure
7. The tenure of the loan will commence from November 04, 2004.
Date of repayment
8. The loan will be repaid at par on November 04 , 2014 at the Public Debt Office of the Reserve Bank of India at which they are registered .
Other terms and conditions
9. The other terms and conditions will be as per the provisions contained in the General Notification of Government of Gujarat bearing No.GN - 60/03/ OMB- 1103-2142- Kh , dated 15th December , 2003 .

નોંધ- (3 ) ઉપર જાહેર કરેલા મુસ્લીમોના કોઇપણ તહેવારો જાહેર કરેલા દિવસે આવતા ન હોય તો તે તહેવાર જે દિવસે ખરેખર ઉજવાય તે દિવસે સરકારના મુસ્લીમ કર્મચારીઓને તેમણે પસંદગી કરેલી રજા જાહેર કરેલી રજાના બદલે તે દિવસે મરજીયાત રજા તરીકે આપી શકાશે .
નોંધ- (૪ ) નીચે મુજબની મરજીયાત રજાઓના દિવસે ઈન્ટરવ્યુ તેમજ પરીક્ષાઓ રાખવી નહીં.

Government of Gujarat hereby notifies the issue of 7.32 per cent Gujarat State Development Loan , 2014 of 10 years tenure .
Object of the loan
1 ( i) The proceeds of the loan will be utilised for financing capital expenditure in connection with the development programme of the Government of Gujarat .
( ii ) The consent of Central Government has been obtained to the flotation of this loan as required by Article 293( 3) of the Constitution of India .
Nomenclature
2. 2014. The loan offered for subscription is 7.32 per cent Gujarat State Development Loan ,
Method of Issue
3. (i) The Gujarat Government Loan will be sold through the Reserve Bank of India , Ahmedabad and Mumbai .
(ii) The sale will be on tap during banking hours from December 08, 2004. Reserve Bank of India reserves the right to close the sale at any time during or after the close of banking hours on or after December 08, 2004 if it deems it appropriate and necessary to do so having regard to the borrowing requirement of Government of Gujarat and subscriptions already received at that time.

(iii) Reserve Bank of India will have the discretion to accept or reject any or all. applications either wholly or partially if it deems it appropriatetodo so , without assigning any reason at the time of closure of sale .
(iv) If partial allotment is required to be made due to over subscription , excess subscription will be refunded by the Reserve Bank of India to the respective subscribers as soon as possible and no interest will be paid on the amount so refunded .
Rate of interest
4. The loan will bear interest at 7.32 per cent per annum from December 10, 2004. The interest will be paid half- yearly on 10th June and 10th December , each year .
Application Form
5. (i ) Applications for purchase of Gujarat Government loan should be submitted by interested persons in the prescribed form of application that may be obtained from the Public Debt Office of the Reserve Bank of India , Ahmedabad . and Mumbai .
(ii ) The Application Form , duly filled in , together with payment therefor in cash or by Demand Draft/Bankers ' Pay Order drawn payable to Reserve Bank of India , at the place where the application is tendered should be submitted to the concerned office during the banking hours on the days specified above subject to the condition as stipulated and also by the terms and conditions as included in the prescribed form of application . The payment will include accrued interest on the nominal value of loan applied for from the date of commencement of tenure of the loan.
Issue Price
6. " 7.32 per cent Gujarat State Development Loan , 2014 " will be issued at par i.e. Rs.100 .
Commencement of the tenure
7. The tenure of the loan will commence from December 10, 2004.
Date of repayment
8. The loan will be repaid at par on December 10 , 2014 at the Püblic Debt Office of the Reserve Bank of India at which they are registered .
Other terms and conditions
9. The other terms and conditions will be as per the provisions contained in the General Notification of Government of Gujarat bearing No.GN- 60/03 / OMB - 1103-2142- Kh , dated 15th December , 2003 .

ક્રમાંકઃમનવ-૧૦-૨૦૦૪ (૬ )-કેયુઃ- ગુજરાત સરકારના કામકાજના નિયમો, ૧૯૯૦ ના નિયમ -૫ ના પરંતુક- ( ૩) ની જોગવાઈ અન્વયે હું નરેન્દ્ર મોદી , મુખ્ય મંત્રી આથી, મંત્રીશ્રી અશોક ચંદુલાલ ભટ્ટને ફાળવેલ " કાયદો અને ન્યાયતંત્ર , વૈદ્યાનિક અને સંસદીય બાબતો, સ્વૈચ્છિક સંસ્થાઓનું સંકલન, બિન નિવાસી ગુજરાતી પ્રભાગ, ગૌસંવર્ધન, દેવસ્થાન, યાત્રાધામ વિકાસ " વિષયો તારીખઃ ૧૦ મી, ડિસેમ્બર , ૨૦૦૪ થી શરૂ થતાં વિદેશ પ્રવાસેથી , તેઓશ્રી પાછા ફરે તે સમય સુધી, તેમના હસ્તકના વિષયોની કામગીરી અને ફરજો મંત્રીશ્રી રમણલાલ વોરા ને તેમના હસ્તકના વિષયો ઉપરાંત વધારામાં સોંપું છું.
