ક્રમાંક : કેએસએચ/૨૧/કેએચપીએસએચ/ ૧૦૦૪/ ૧૪૨૧/ ચ . -મુંબઈ પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ નિયમો , ૧૯૪૯ વધુ સુધારતા કેટલાક નિયમોનો મુસદ્દો મુંબઈ પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ અધિનિયમ , ૧૯૪૭ ( સન ૧૯૪૭ના મુંબઈના ૬૧ મા) ની કલમ -૬૩ની પેટા -કલમ ( ૩ ) થી ઠરાવ્યા પ્રમાણે , તારીખ : ૧૮મી સપ્ટેમ્બર , ૨૦૦૬ના શિક્ષણ વિભાગના સરકારી જાહેરનામા ક્રમાંક : કેએસએચ/૧૮ /કેએચપીએસએચ/૧૦૦૪/ ૧૪૨૧ /ચ હેઠળ , તારીખ : ૨૮મી સપ્ટેમ્બર , ૨૦૦૬ ના ગુજરાત સરકારી રાજપત્ર , ભાગ-૧/એ , સેન્ટ્રલ સેકશનના પાના ૧૭ અને ૧૮ ઉપર પ્રસિધ્ધ કર્યો હતો અને તેનાથી અસર થવાનો સંભવ હોય તે તમામ વ્યકિતઓ તરફથી રાજપત્રમાં પ્રસિધ્ધિની તારીખથી ત્રીસ દિવસની અંદર વાંધા અને સૂચનો મંગાવવામાં આવ્યા હતા. , અને સદરહુ જાહેરનામાના મુસદાના સંબંધમાં , સરકારને કોઈ વાંધા અથવા સૂચનો મળેલ નથી ,
તેથી , હવે , મુંબઈ પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ અધિનિયમ , ૧૯૪૭ ( સન -૧૯૪૭ ના મુંબઈના ૬૧ મા) ની કલમ-૬૩ થી મળેલી સત્તાની રૂએ , ગુજરાત સરકાર, આથી, મુંબઈ પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ નિયમો , ૧૯૪૯ વધુ સુધારવા નીચેના નિયમો કરે છેઃ- १ . આ નિયમો મુંબઈ પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ (ગુજરાત ત્રીજા સુધારા ) નિયમો , ૨૦૦૬ કહેવાશે .
२. મુંબઈ પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ નિયમો , ૧૯૪૯માં , અનુસૂચિ - છ માં વિદ્યમાન શરત ૫ ને બદલે , નીચેનો મજકૂર મૂકવો : - " ૫. શાળા બંધ કરવા અથવા વર્ગોની કુલ સંખ્યા ઘટાડવા બાબત :- કોઈપણ માન્ય ખાનગી પ્રાથમિક શાળાનું સંચાલક મંડળ અધિકૃત અધિકારીની લેખિતમાં પૂર્વમંજૂરી મેળવ્યા સિવાય પોતાની શાળાના વર્ગોની કુલ સંખ્યામાં ઘટાડો કરી શકશે નહિ અથવા શાળા બંધ કરી શકશે નહિ . આ હેતુ માટે, સંચાલક મંડળે પોતે જે તારીખથી વર્ગોની સંખ્યા ઘટાડવા અથવા શાળા બંધ કરવા ધારતું હોય તે તારીખથી ઓછામાં ઓછા છ મહિના પહેલાં અધિકૃત અધિકારીને અરજી કરવાની રહેશે . આવી અરજી મળ્યે , અધિકૃત અધિકારી , પોતે જરૂરી ગણે તે રીતે , પોતાને જરૂરી લાગે તેવી તપાસ કરી શકશે અને અરજીને પૂર્ણતઃ અથવા અંશતઃ મંજૂર કરવાનો અથવા નામંજૂર કરવાનો નિર્ણય કરશે."

અને સદરહુ જાહેરનામાના મુસદાના સંબંધમાં, સરકારને કોઈ વાંધા અથવા સૂચનો મળેલ નથી;
તેથી ,હવે, મુંબઈ પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ અધિનિયમ , ૧૯૪૭ (સન ૧૯૪૭ ના મુંબઈના ૬૧ મા)ની કલમ ૬૩ની પેટા-કલમ (૧)થી મળેલી સત્તાની રૂએ, ગુજરાત સરકાર, આથી, મુંબઈ પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ નિયમો, ૧૯૪૯ વધુ સુધારવા નીચેના નિયમો કરે છે- ૧. આ નિયમો મુંબઈ પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ (ગુજરાત દ્વિતીય સુધારા) નિયમો, ૨૦૦૬ કહેવાશે.
૨. મુંબઈ પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ નિયમો, ૧૯૪૯માં, નિયમ ૧૦૬(ક)માં, પેટા-નિયમ (૪)માં, ખંડ ( ૫)ને બદલે , નીચેનો મજકૂર મૂકવો :-
"(૫) સહાયક અનુદાન મેળવતી માન્ય ખાનગી પ્રાથમિક શાળાની શિક્ષણ ફીના દર, અધ્યાપકીય સ્ટાફના પગારધોરણ અને ભથ્થાં , સરકાર, વખતોવખત, મંજૂર કરે તેવા રહેશે.".
ગુજરાતના રાજ્યપાલના હુકમથી અને તેમના નામે, પોપટસિંહ વાઘેલા , સરકારના ઉપસચિવ .
