NOTIFICATION

No:AM/NJ/2025-217/AKN/Section-19(1)/Final Notification/Vana/S.R./05/2025:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section-(1) of section-19 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30th of 2013), (hereinafter referred to as "the ACT)" it is hereby notifies to all the person or persons interested, that the Government of Gujarat is satisfied with the report submitted by the Deputy Collector & Special Land Acquisition Officer, Narmada Yojana, Surendranagar under sub section (2) of section-15 of the Act and it is decided to Acquire the land of Vana Village of Lakhtar Taluka of Surendranagar District which has more particularly been specified in the SCHDULE-A Annexed here to for public purpose construction of Narmadaa Yojana Dhrangandhra Branch Canal of Kesariya Distributory (D-3) Vana Minor-1 Chain from 1027 m. to 1300 m. of Narmada Project.

(2) This declaration made by way of notification issued under sub section-(1) section-19 of the Act is applicable to all the persons interested in this land.

(3) The layout and plan of the land/lands proposed to be acquired is kept for inspection by public in the Office of the Deputy Collector & Special Land Acquisition Officer, Narmada Scheme, Near Sardar Society, Oppoisite Krishnanagar Society, Narmada Colony, Block no, SD-6, Surendranagar on any working day during the office hours.

(4) As per Narmada, Water Resources, Water Supply & Kalpsar Department's Government of Gujarat Notification No: LAQ/2028/Su.nagar/279/135/M Dt.15/02/2022 the same land / land's which are proposed to be acquired has been exempted from Social Impact Assessment study under section-10(a) of the Act.

૨. સદરહુર્ ાયદાનીર્ લમ ૧૯(૧) હેઠળની જાહેરાત આ જાહેરનામાથી બહાર પાડેલ છે. તે આ જમીનમાં હિત ધરાવતી તમામ વ્યચિઓને લાગુ પડે છે.

૩. સંપાદન ર્રવાની થતી જમીનના ર્નશા અને પ્લાન જાહેર જનતાના નિરીક્ષણ સારૂં નાયબ ર્લેક્ટર અને ખાસ જમીન સંપાદન અર્ધિારીશ્રી, (નમવદા યોજના), સરદાર સોસાયટી પાસે, ર્ૃષ્ણનગર સોસાયટી સામે, નમવદા વસાહત, બ્ર્લો નંબર-એસ.ડી-૬, સુરેન્રનગરનીર્ ચેરીએર્ ાર્માજનાર્ ોઈપણ રદવસેર્ ચેરી સમયમાં ઉપલબ્ધ થશે.

૪. સર્રારશ્રીના, નમવદા, જળ સંપત્તિ, પાણી પુરવઠા અને ર્લ્પસર વિભાગના જાહેરનામા ક્રર્માં: જ.સં/૨૦૨૧/સુ.નગર/૨૭૯/૧૩૫/મ તા.૧૫/૦૨/૨૦૨૨ સંપાદનર્ રવાની થતી ઉચ જમીનને સામાર્જિ અસર મુલ્ર્યાંન અભ્યાસમાંથી મુચિ અપાયેલ છે.
