NOTIFICATION

NO：GL/13/2025/SJED/PUR/e-file/17/2023/0682/CHH- In pursuance of section-17 of the Commission for Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005 (4 of 2006), the Government of Gujarat vide notification no. GL/66/2024/SJED/PUR/ e-file/17/2023/0682/CHH, dated: 12/12/2024 nominated Mrs. Shardaben Rameshabhai Chaudhari (District: Tapi) and Shree Vijaybhai Thanaki (District: Porbandar) as the members of the Gujarat State Commission for Protection of Child Rights in accordance with section-18 of the Commission for Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005.
2. In pursuance of section-19 of the Commission for Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005 (4 of 2006), the nomination of Mrs. Shardaben Rameshabhai Chaudhari (District: Tapi) and Shree Vijaybhai Thanaki (District: Porbandar) as the members of the Gujarat State Commission for Protection of Child Rights is hereby cancelled ab-initio.
