Resettlement Act, 2013) (30 of 2013)

District: Kachchh

No: AM-M-2025-379-LKU-292025-112-GH:- The Government of Gujarat Notification No: AM-M-2025-295-LKU- 292025-112-GH dated: 12/05//2025 issued under section 11(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in the land acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013(30 of 2013) for the acquisition of land for public purpose at Village: Punarajpar, Ta.Lakhpat, Dist. Kachchh. In the said notification below mentioned change is amended.

The declared public purpose, originally stated as "Construction of the infrastructure development by GMDC" shall be substituted with: "Lignite and Limestone excavation by GMDC" and in para [2]1-which originally read as "H. 05-52-93 Sq.mt. and is at-Chher Nani village"shall be substituted with "H. 353-51-65 Sq.mt. and is at-Punarajapr village"
