(The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and

Resettlement Act, 2013) (30 of 2013)

No: AM-M-2025-388-LSU-2025-965-GH:- Whereas it appears to the Government of Gujarat, that the land is likely to be needed for public purpose viz. for the purpose of construction of the infrastructure project of "Construction of Power Grid South Olpad Transmission Ltd. 765 KV Sub Station".

(1) Now therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section (2) of "The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) (herein after referred to as "The Act") and the Rules made there-under, it is hereby notified that the Government of Gujarat intends to acquire the said land for the public purpose of the infrastructure project specified above.

(2) Now whereas a proposal is made for acquisition of the above mentioned proposed project of "Construction of Power Grid South Olpad Transmission Ltd. 765 KV Sub Station" the bare minimum area of land to be acquired, for the Project is H. A. 41-27-35 Sq. mtr. and is situated within the boundary limit of : Village: Olpad, Taluka: Olpad, Dist. Surat.

(3) Now whereas it appears to the State Government that it is expedient to exempt in public interest such area of H. A. 41-27-35 Sq. mtr. of land to be acquired, for the above stated infrastructure project, from the application of the provision of chapter II and III of the Act. A. 41-27-35 Sq. mtr. land is situated within the boundary limit of: Village: Olpad, Taluka: Olpad, Dist. Surat to be acquired for the "Construction of Power Grid South Olpad Transmission

Ltd. 765 KV Sub Station" from the application of the provision of chapter II and III of The Act.

ક્રર્માં: અમ-મ-૨૦૨૫-૩૮૮-જસત-૨૦૨૫-૯૬૫-ઘ :- "પાવરગ્રીડ સાઉથ ઓલપાડ ટ્રાન્સમિશન લિ. ૭૬૫ર્ ે. વી. સબ સ્ટેશનના બાંર્ધામ માટે"ના જાહેર હેતુના આંતરમાળર્ખાીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે જમીનની જરૂર પડવાનો સંભવ છે, એવુ ં ગુજરાત સર્રારને જણાય છે.

(૧) તેથી જમીન સંપાદન, પુન: સ્થાપન અને પુનનવસનમાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદશર્નતા અર્ધિાર અધિનિયમ-૨૦૧૩) (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો) (જેનો આમાં હવે પછી "સદરહં અધિનિયમ" તેમ ઉલ્લેખર્ રવામાં આવેલ છે તે) નીર્ લમ-૨(૧) તથા તે અંગેના નિયમોથી મળેલ અર્ધિાર અન્વયે ગુજરાત સર્રાર આથી ઉપરોક્ત આંતરમાળર્ખાીય પ્રોજેક્ટના જાહેર હેતુ માટેર્ ાયદાનુસાર સંપાદનર્ રવાનો ઈરાદો જાહેરર્ રે છે.

(૨) હવે જ્યારે ઉક્ત સૂચિત પ્રોજેક્ટ પાવરગ્રીડ સાઉથ ઓલપાડ ટ્રાન્સમિશન લિ. ૭૬૫ર્ ે. વી. સબ સ્ટેશન ના બાંર્ધામ માટેના જાહેર હેતુ માટે જમીન સંપાદન માટેની દરખાસ્ત રજૂ થયેલ છે, ત્યારે આ પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સંપાદનર્ રવાની થતી ઉપરોક્ત ઓછામાં ઓછી જમીનનો ર્ુલ વિસ્તાર હે. આરે. ૪૧-૨૭-૩૫ ચો. મી. છે અને તે મોજે. ઓલપાડ, તા. ઓલપાડ, જિ. સુરતની હદમાં આવેલ છે.

(૩) હવે જ્યારે ઉપરોક્ત આંતરમાળર્ખાીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સદરહં સંપાદનર્ રવાની થતી ક્ષેત્રફળ હે. આરે. ૪૧-૨૭-૩૫ ચો. મી. જમીનને સદરહં અધિનિયમ ના પ્ર્રરણ-૨ અને ૩ની જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાંથી મુક્તિ આપવાનુ ં રાજ્ય સર્રારને જાહેર હિતમાં આવશ્ર્ય જણાય છે.

(૪) તેથી સદરહં અધિનિયમની ર્લમ-૧૦(એ) (જમીન સંપાદન, પુન:સ્થાપન અને પુનનવસનમાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદશર્નતા (ગુજરાત સુધારા) અધિનિયમ-૨૦૧૬ (૨૦૧૬નો ગુજરાત અધિનિયમ-નં.૧૨)ની ર્લમ-૩થી દાખલ ર્રેલ) થી મળેલ અર્ધિારો અન્વયે, રાજ્ય સર્રાર આથી જાહેર હિતમાં "પાવરગ્રીડ સાઉથ ઓલપાડ ટ્રાન્સમિશન લિ. ૭૬૫ ર્ે. વી. સબ સ્ટેશનના બાંર્ધામ માટે ના આંતરમાળર્ખાીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સંપાદન થતી જમીનમાં સમાવિષ્ટ થયેલ મોજે. ઓલપાડ, તા. ઓલપાડ, જિ. સુરતની ક્ષેત્રફળ હે. આરે. ૪૧-૨૭-૩૫ ચો. મી. જમીનને સદરહં અધિનિયમના પ્ર્રરણ-૨ અને ૩ની જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાંથી મુક્તિ આપે છે.
