(The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and

Resettlement Act, 2013) (30 of 2013)

No: AM-M-2025-389-LNV-142025-973-GH:- Whereas it appears to the Government of Gujarat, that the land is likely to be needed for public purpose viz. for the purpose of construction of the infrastructure project of "Development of High Speed Corridor from Surat-Sachin-Navsari Six Lane (6 Lane) KM 26/660 to 30/360 Road".

(1) Now therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section (2) of "The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) (herein after referred to as "The Act") and the Rules made there-under, it is hereby notified that the Government of Gujarat intends to acquire the said land for the public purpose of the infrastructure project specified above.

(2) Now whereas a proposal is made for acquisition of the above mentioned proposed project of "Development of High Speed Corridor from Surat-Sachin-Navsari Six Lane (6 Lane) KM 26/660 to 30/360 Road" the bare minimum area of land to be acquired, for the Project is H.A. 04-29-06 Sq.mtr. and is situated within the boundary limit of : Village: Kolasana, Taluka: Jalalapor, Dist. Navsari.

(3) Now whereas it appears to the State Government that it is expedient to exempt in public interest such area of H.A. 04-29-06 Sq.mtr. of land to be acquired, for the above stated infrastructure project, from the application of the provision of chapter II and III of the Act. Navsari to be acquired for the "Development of High Speed Corridor from Surat-

Sachin-Navsari Six Lane (6 Lane) KM 26/660 to 30/360 Road" from the application of the provision of chapter II and III of The Act.

ક્રર્માં: અમ-મ-૨૦૨૫-૩૮૯-જનચ-૧૪૨૦૨૫-૯૭૩-ઘ :- "ડેવલપમેન્ટ ઓફ હાઇસ્પીડર્ ોરીડોર ફ્રોમ સુરત-સચિન-નવસારી ર્સિસ લેન (૬ લેન)ર્ર્ .મી. ૨૬/૬૬૦ થી ૩૦/૩૬૦ રોડ" ના જાહેર હેતુના આંતરમાળર્ખાીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે જમીનની જરૂર પડવાનો સંભવ છે, એવુ ં ગુજરાત સર્રારને જણાય છે.

(૧) તેથી જમીન સંપાદન, પુન:સ્થાપન અને પુનનવસનમાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદકર્નતા અર્ધિાર અધિનિયમ-૨૦૧૩ (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો) (જેનો આમાં હવે પછી "સદરહુ અધિનિયમ" તેમ ઉલ્લેખર્ રવામાં આવેલ છે તે) નીર્ લમ-૨(૧) તથા તે અંગેના નિયમોથી મળેલ અર્ધિાર અન્વયે ગુજરાત સર્રાર આથી ઉપરોક્ત આંતરમાળર્ખાીય પ્રોજેક્ટના જાહેર હેતુ માટેર્ ાયદાનુસાર સંપાદનર્ રવાનો ઈરાદો જાહેરર્ રે છે.

(૨) હવે જ્યારે ઉક્ત સૂચિત પ્રોજેક્ટ "ડેવલપમેન્ટ ઓફ હાઇસ્પીડર્ ોરીડોર ફ્રોમ સુરત-સચિન-નવસારી સિક્સ લેન (૬ લેન)ર્ર્ .મી. ૨૬/૬૬૦ થી ૩૦/૩૬૦ રોડ"ના જાહેર હેતુ માટે જમીન સંપાદન માટેની દરખાસ્ત રજૂ થયેલ છે, ત્યારે આ પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સંપાદનર્ રવાની થતી ઉપરોક્ત ઓછામાં ઓછી જમીનનો ર્ુલ વિસ્તાર હે. આરે. ૦૪-૨૯-૦૬ ચો. મી. છે અને તે મોજે. ર્ોલાસણા, તા. જલાલપોર, જિ. નવસારીની હદમાં આવેલ છે.

(૩) હવે જ્યારે ઉપરોક્ત આંતરમાળર્ખાીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સદરહુ સંપાદનર્ રવાની થતી ક્ષેત્રફળ હે. આરે. ૦૪-૨૯-૦૬ ચો. મી. જમીનને સદરહુ અધિનિયમના પ્ર્રરણ-૨ અને ૩ ની જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાંથી મુક્તિ આપવાનુ ં રાજ્ય સર્રારને જાહેર હિતમાં આવશ્ર્ય જણાય છે.

(૪) તેથી સદરહુ અધિનિયમની ર્લમ-૧૦(એ) (જમીન સંપાદન, પુન:સ્થાપન અને પુનનવસનમાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદકર્નતા (ગુજરાત સુધારા) અધિનિયમ-૨૦૧૬ (૨૦૧૬ નો ગુજરાત અધિનિયમ-નં.૧૨)નીર્ લમ-૩થી દાખલર્ રેલ) થી મળેલ અર્ધિારો અન્વયે, રાજ્ય સર્રાર આથી જાહેર હિતમાં "ડેવલપમેન્ટ ઓફ હાઇસ્પીડર્ ોરીડોર ફ્રોમ સુરત-સચિન-નવસારી સિક્સ લેન (૬ લેન) ર્ર્.મી. ૨૬/૬૬૦ થી ૩૦/૩૬૦ રોડ" ના આંતરમાળર્ખાીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સંપાદન થતી જમીનમાં સમાવિષ્ટ થયેલ મોજે.ર્ ોલાસણા, તા.

જલાલપોર, જિ. નવસારીની ક્ષેત્રફળ હે. આરે. ૦૪-૨૯-૦૬ ચો. મી. જમીનને સદરહુ અધિનિયમના પ્ર્રરણ-૨ અને ૩ ની જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાંથી મુક્તિ આપે છે.
