(The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and

Resettlement Act, 2013) (30 of 2013)

No: AM-M-2025-396-LGN- 142025- 832-CH:- Whereas it appears to the Government of Gujarat, that the land is likely to be needed for public purpose viz. for the purpose of construction of the infrastructure project of "joining road to 0/000 to 26/000 up to kalol-borisna-sherisa-moti bhoyan-ranchhodpura-chikhla,sanand passing through the boundary of village sherisa where canal crossing ch: 724.251 near sherisa kalol road.".

(1) Now therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section (2) of "The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) (herein after referred to as "The Act") and the Rules made there-under, it is hereby notified that the Government of Gujarat intends to acquire the said land for the public purpose of the infrastructure project specified above.

(2) Now whereas a proposal is made for acquisition of the above-mentioned proposed project of "joining road to 0/000 to 26/000 up to kalol-borisna-sherisa-moti bhoyan-ranchhodpura-chikhla,sanand passing through the boundary of village sherisa where canal crossing ch: 724.251 near sherisa kalol road." the bare minimum area of land to be acquired, for the Project is H.A. 00-04-76 Sq.mtr. and is situated within the boundary limit of: Village:

sherisa, Taluka: kalol, Dist. Gandhinagar.

(3) Now whereas it appears to the State Government that it is expedient to exempt in public interest such area of H.A. 00-04-76 Sq.mtr. of land to be acquired, for the above stated infrastructure project, from the application of the provision of chapter II and III of the Act. I-B Ex.- 594 594-1 594-2 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, EX., 24-06-2025 [ PART I-B (4) Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(A) of The Act [inserted by section 3 of The RFCTLARR (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 2016] (Gujarat Act No. 12 of 2016) The Government of Gujarat, hereby exempt in public interest, the area of H.A. 00-04-76 Sq.mtr. land is situated within the boundary limit of: Village: sherisa, Taluka: kalol, Dist. Gandhinagar to be acquired for the "joining road to 0/000 to 26/000 up to kalol-

borisna-sherisa-moti bhoyan-ranchhodpura-chikhla,sanand passing through the boundary of village sherisa where canal crossing ch:251.724 near sherisa kalol road." from the application of the provision of chapter II and III of The Act.

ક્રર્માં : અમ-મ-૨૦૨૫-૩૯૬-જગચ-૧૪૨૦૨૫-૮૩૨-:િ- ર્"લોલ-બોરીસણા-શેરીસા મોટી ભોયણ રણછોડપુરા ચીખલા સાણંદ સુધી ૦/૦૦૦ થી ૨૬/૦૦૦ને જોડતા રોડ જયાં શેરીસાર્ લોલ રોડ પાસેર્ ેનાલ ક્રોસીંગ ચેનેજ ૨૫૧.૭૨૪ પર રસ્તાની પહોળાઇને અનુરૂપ નમમદા સ્ર્રચર બનાવવા"ના જાહેર હેતુના આંતરમાળર્ખાીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે જમીનની જરૂર પડવાનો સંભવ છે, એવુ ં ગુજરાત સર્રારને જણાય છે.

(૧) તેથી જમીન સંપાદન, પુન:સ્થાપન અને પુનમવસનમાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદશર્મતા અર્ધિાર અધિનિયમ-૨૦૧૩) (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો) (જેનો આમાં હવે પછી "સદરહં અધિનિયમ" તેમ ઉલ્લેખર્ રવામાં આવેલ છે તે)નીર્ લમ-૨(૧) તથા તે અંગેના નિયમોથી મળેલ અર્ધિાર અન્વયે ગુજરાત સર્રાર આથી ઉપરોક્ત આંતરમાળર્ખાીય પ્રોજેક્ટના જાહેર હેતુ માટે ર્ાયદાનુસાર સંપાદન ર્રવાનો ઈરાદો જાહેર ર્રે છે.

(૨) હવે જયારે ઉક્ત સૂચિત પ્રોજેક્ટ ર્"લોલ-બોરીસણા-શેરીસા મોટી ભોયણ રણછોડપુરા ચીખલા સાણંદ સુધી ૦/૦૦૦ થી ૨૬/૦૦૦ને જોડતા રોડ જયાં શેરીસાર્ લોલ રોડ પાસેર્ ેનાલ ક્રોસીંગ ચેનેજ ૨૫૧.૭૨૪ પર રસ્તાની પહોળાઇને અનુરૂપ નમમદા સ્ર્રચર બનાવવા"ના જાહેર હેતુ માટે જમીન સંપાદન માટેની દરખાસ્ત રજૂ થયેલ છે, ત્યારે આ પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સંપાદનર્ રવાની થતી ઉપરોક્ત ઓછામાં ઓછી જમીનનો ર્ુલ વિસ્તાર હે.આરે. ૦૦-૦૪-૭૬ ચો.મી. છે અને તે મોજે. શેરીસા તા.ર્ લોલ જિ. ગાંધીનગરની હદમાં આવેલ છે.

(૩) હવે જયારે ઉપરોક્ત આંતરમાળર્ખાીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સદરહં સંપાદનર્ રવાની થતી ક્ષેત્રફળ હે.આરે.૦૦-૦૪-૭૬ ચો.મી. જમીનને સદરહં અધિનિયમના પ્ર્રરણ-૨ અને ૩ની જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાંથી મુક્તિ આપવાનુ ં રાજય સર્રારને જાહેર હિતમાં આવશ્ર્ય જણાય છે.

(૪) તેથી સદરહં અધિનિયમનીર્ લમ-૧૦(એ) (જમીન સંપાદન, પુન:સ્થાપન અને પુનમવસનમાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદશર્મતા (ગુજરાત સુધારા) અધિનિયમ-૨૦૧૬ (૨૦૧૬નો ગુજરાત અધિનિયમ-નં.૧૨)નીર્ લમ-૩થી દાખલર્ રેલ) થી મળેલ અર્ધિારો અન્વયે, રાજય સર્રાર આથી જાહેર હિતમાં ર્"લોલ-બોરીસણા-શેરીસા મોટી ભોયણ રણછોડપુરા ચીખલા સાણંદ સુધી ૦/૦૦૦ થી ૨૬/૦૦૦ને જોડતા રોડ જયાં શેરીસા ર્લોલ રોડ પાસે ર્ેનાલ ક્રોસીંગ ચેનેજ ૨૫૧.૭૨૪ પર રસ્તાની પહોળાઇને અનુરૂપ નમમદા સ્ર્રચર બનાવવા"ના આંતરમાળર્ખાીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સંપાદન થતી જમીનમાં સમાવિષ્ટ થયેલ મોજે. શેરીસા, તા.ર્ લોલ, જિ. ગાંધીનગરની ક્ષેત્રફળ હે.આરે. ૦૦-૦૪-૭૬ ચો.મી. જમીનને સદરહં અધિનિયમના પ્ર્રરણ-૨ અને ૩ની જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાંથી મુક્તિ આપે છે.
