CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.
No.(GN-52)-2025-EJF-102023-41-CH: In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Gujarat hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Gujarat Civil Services (Pay) Rules, 2002, namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Gujarat Civil Services (Pay) (First Amendment) Rules, 2025.
2. In the Gujarat Civil Services (Pay) Rules 2002, second proviso to sub-rule (1) of rule 39 shall be deleted.
