શહેરી ર્વિાસ અને શહેરી ગૃહ નિકાાણ વિભાગના નિયંત્રણ હેઠળની રાજ્ય અગ્નચ નિવારણ સેવાઓકાં નાયબ પ્રાદેર્શિ ફાયર અર્ધિારી, વગા-૨ની જગ્યા ઉપર સીધી પસંદગીથી ભરતી કાટે ગુજરાત જાહેર સેવા આયોગની જાહેરાત ક્રર્કાં: ૧૪/૨૦૨૧-૨૨ અનુસંધાને ગુજરાત જાહેર સેવા આયોગના તા.૨૭/૧૨/૨૦૨૩ ના ખાનગી પત્ર ક્રર્કાંઃ આરસીટી-૨૦૨૧-૨૧૫૦- આર-૬ થીર્ ુલ-૫ ઉકેદવારોની નિકણૂ ંર્ કાટે ભલાકણ ર્રવાકાં આવેલ છે. આ વિભાગની તા.૧૫/૧૦/૨૦૨૪ની અધિસૂચનાની વિગતે આયોગની ઉક્ત ભલાકણ અન્વયે ર્ુલ-૦૪ ઉકેદવારોને શહેરી ર્વિાસ અને શહેરી ગૃહ નિકાાણ વિભાગના નિયંત્રણ હેઠળની રાજ્ય અગ્નચ નિવારણ સેવાઓ હેઠળ આવતી નાયબ પ્રાદેર્શિ ફાયર અર્ધિારી, વગા-૨ની જગ્યા(પે કેટ્રીક્સ લેવલ ૦૮ (રૂ.૪૪૯૦૦-૧૪૨૪૦૦)) ઉપર તેઓ હાજર થાય તે તારીખથી ૨ (બે) વકાના અજકાયશી સકય કાટે તદ્દન હંગાકી ધોરણે નાયબ પ્રાદેર્શિ ફાયર અર્ધિારી, વગા-૨ તર્રીે ર્ાકચલાઉ અજકાયશી ધોરણે તદ્દન હંગાકી નિકણૂ ંર્ શરતોને આધિન આપવાકાં આવેલ છે.

ગુજરાત જાહેર સેવા આયોગની ઉક્ત ભલાકણ અન્વયે નીચે કુજબના ર્ુલ-૦૧ ઉકેદવારને શહેરી ર્વિાસ અને શહેરી ગૃહ નિકાાણ વિભાગના નિયંત્રણ હેઠળની રાજ્ય અગ્નચ નિવારણ સેવાઓ હેઠળ આવતી નાયબ પ્રાદેર્શિ ફાયર અર્ધિારી, વગા-૨ની જગ્યા (પે કેટ્રીક્સ લેવલ ૦૮ (રૂ.૪૪૯૦૦-૧૪૨૪૦૦)) ઉપર તેઓ હાજર થાય તે તારીખથી ૨ (બે) વકાના અજકાયશી સકય કાટે તદ્દન હંગાકી ધોરણે નાયબ પ્રાદેર્શિ ફાયર અર્ધિારી, વગા-૨ તર્રીેર્ ાકચલાઉ અજકાયશી ધોરણે તદ્દન હંગાકી નિકણૂ ંર્ નીચેની શરતોને આધિન આપવાકાં આવે છે.

૧. સાકાન્ય વહીવટ વિભાગના તા.૧૬/૦૧/૧૯૬૯ તથા તા.૧૨/૦૧/૧૯૭૦ના પરરપત્ર ક્રર્કાં: પીએસસી/૧૦૬૮/૬૫૬૪/જી તેકજ તા.૧૯/૦૯/૨૦૧૬ના ઠરાવ ક્રર્કાં. વીસીએ/૧૦૨૦૧૬/ ૪૨૯૫૪૭/ગ-૨ ની જોગવાઇ અનુસાર ઉકેદવારે/ઉકેદવારોએ સંબંધિત સત્તાર્ધિારી પાસેથી કેળવવાના રહેતા ચારરત્ર્ય, વતાણૂ ંર્ અને પૂવા વૃત્તાંત પ્રકાણપત્ર તથા ગુજરાત કુર્લ્ી સેવા (ર્નોરીની સાકાન્ય શરતો) નિયકો, ૨૦૦૨ના ચેપ્ટર-૩ ના નિયક-૧૧ કુજબ તબીબી યોગ્યતા પ્રકાણપત્રો રજૂ ર્રવાના રહેશે. પ્રકાણપત્રોકાં તેઓની નિકર્ણૂ કાટેની યોગ્યતા અંગેર્ શુ ં વિરુદ્ધ નહીં હોવાની શરતે, ચારરત્ર્ય, વતાર્ણૂ અને પૂવા વૃત્તાંત પ્રકાણપત્ર વધુકાં વધુ ૬(છ) કાસકાં તથા ગુજરાત કુર્લ્ી સેવા (ર્નોરીની સાકાન્ય શરતો) નિયકો, ૨૦૦૨ ના પ્ર્રરણ-3 ર્નોરીની સાકાન્ય શરતો ના નિયક-૧૧ કુજબ અજકાયશી ધોરણે નિકર્ણૂ પાકતા અર્ધિારીઓને સર્રારી ર્નોરીકાંર્ ાયકી જગા પરર્ ાયકી રીતે નિકણૂ ંર્ આપવાકાં આવે તે પહેલાં અથવા નિકણૂ ંર્ની તારીખથી છ કાસની ર્નોરી પૂરી થાય તે પહેલાં, એ બે કાંથી જે વહેલુ

ં ં હોય તે પહેલાં તેણે પરરશિષ્ટ-૩ કુજબ દશાાવેલ નકૂના કુજબનુ તબીબી અધિક્ર્ષ પાસેથી તંદુરસ્તીનુ ં પ્રકાણપત્ર કેળવી રજૂર્ રવાની શરતે નિકર્ણૂ આપવાની રહે છે.

આ અંગેની લેખિત બાંહેધરી તેઓએ હાજર થતા પહેલા આ વિભાગને આ સાથે બિડેલ પરરશિષ્ટ-૧ (બાહેધરી પર્ત્ર)કાં આપવાની ંર્ અને પૂવા વૃત્તાંતર્ ે શારીરર્ર યોગ્યતા અંગેના પ્રકાણપત્રોકાં જો તેઓ અયોગ્ય પૂરવાર થશે તો આ અધિસૂચનાથી રહેશે. ચારરત્ર્ય, વતાણૂ આપેલ નિકર્ણૂનો અંત લાવવાકાં આવશે.

સાકાન્ય વહીવટ વિભાગના તા. ૧૯-૯-૨૦૧૬ના પરરપત્રના નિયત નકૂના-૧ કુજબ ઉકેદવાર દ્વારા આપેલ સ્વર્-બુલાતનાકા કુજબ પૂવા ઇતિહાસ અને સારા ચારરત્ર્ય અંગેનુ ં પ્રકાણપત્ર જિલ્લા પોલીસ વડા પાસેથી રજૂર્ રવાની શરતે નિકણૂ ંર્ આપવાની રહે છે.

૨. ઉક્ત ઉકેદવાર/ઉકેદવારોને નાયબ પ્રાદેર્શિ ફાયર અર્ધિારી, વગા-૨ની જગા પર પ્રથક બે વકા કાટે અજકાયશી ધોરણે તદ્દન હંગાકી અને ર્ાકચલાઉ નિકર્ણૂ આપવાની થાય છે. વિભાગના સને ૨૦૨૦ના ભરતી નિયકોથી નિયત થયેલ તાલીકર્/ોસા ર્રવાનો રહેશે. તેકજ વિભાગ દ્વારા નક્કીર્ રવાકાં આવનાર તાલીકર્ ાયાક્રક કુજબ તાલીક કેળવવાની રહેશે.

૩. આ ઉકેદવારે/ઉકેદવારોએ આ ર્હુકની તારીખથી ૩૦ રદવસની અંદર નિયાર્કશ્રી, રાજ્ય અગ્નચ નિવારણ સેવાની ર્ચેરી, ડૉ.જીવરાજ કહેતા ભવન, ગાંધીનગર ખાતે હાજર થવાનુ ં રહેશે તથા ભવિષ્યકાં લેવાની થતી તાલીકની જગ્યાએ પોતાના ખચે હાજર થવાનુ રહેશે.

તાલીકકાં હાજર/નિકણૂ ંર્ના સ્થળે હાજર થવા કાટેની સકય કયાાદા વધારવાકાં આવશે નહી. નિયત સકયકાં હાજર ન થાય તો તેની અસર પ્રવરતા પર પડશે. તાલીક કાટે નિયત તારીખે હાજર થવાકાં નિષ્્ળ નીવડે તેવા ઉકેદવાર/ઉકેદવારો સદરહુ સેવાકાં જોડાવા ઇ્િછ્તા નથી તેવુ સ્પષ્ટપણે કાની લઇને તેઓની નિકણૂ ંર્ રદર્ રવાકાં આવશે. સિવાયર્ ે તેઓનીર્ ાબૂ બહારના હોય તેવા અસાધારણ સંજોગો /ર્ ારણો અંગે સર્રારને ખાતરી થતાં નિયત તારીખ બાદ હાજર થવાની પરવાનગી આપવાકાં આવશે.

૪. આ ઉકેદવાર/ઉકેદવારોને ૨(બે) વકા કાટે તદ્દન હંગાકી અનેર્ ાકચલાઉ રીતે અજકાથી ધોરણે નિકર્ણૂ આપવાકાં આવે છે. નિકર્ણૂ પાકતા ઉકેદવાર/ઉકેદવારોનો અજકાયશી સકય સંતોર્કાર્ર રીતે પૂણા થયા બાદ તેઓને નિયકિત નિકર્ણૂ આપવાની રહે છે.

૫. અજકાયશી સકય દરમ્યાન નાયબ પ્રાદેર્શિ ફાયર અર્ધિારી, વગા-૨ની જગ્યા (પે કેટ્રીક્સ લેવલ ૦૮ (રૂ.૪૪૯૦૦-૧૪૨૪૦૦)) ના ન્યુનત્તક તબક્કે ર્કુવાના રહેશે તથા નિયકોનુસાર અન્ય ભથ્થા કળવા પાત્ર થશે. અને તેઓ અજકાયશીની સકગ્ર કુદત્ત દરમ્યાન તે પગાર કેળવશે. અજકાયશી સકય સંતોર્કાર્ર રીતે પૂરોર્ યાા બાદ તેકનો પગાર નક્કીર્ રવા કાટે અજકાયશી સકયને ઇજાફાના હેતુ કાટે ફરજ તર્રીે ગણવાકાં આવશે. જે ઉકેદવાર/ઉકેદવારો હાલ ગુજરાત સર્રારની ર્નોરીકાં છે તેઓના પગાર, રજા વગેરે ગુજરાત કુર્લ્ી સેવા નિયકો, ૨૦૦૨ની જોગવાઇને આધીન રહેશે.

૬. ર્નોરીની અન્ય શરતો, દા.ત. શિસ્ત-વતાણૂ ંર્, પગાર-ભથ્થા, રજા, પેશગીઓ વગેરે સર્રારે વખતોવખત નક્કીર્ રેલ નિયકોથી વિનિયકિત થશે.

૭. આ ઉકેદવારે/ઉકેદવારોએ, સાકાન્ય વહીવટ વિભાગના તા.૦૩/૧૨/૧૯૮૬ના પરરપત્ર ક્રર્કાં:- સીડીઆર-૧૧૮૬-યુઓ રર૪૪-ગ.ર ની જોગવાઇઓ અન્વયે નિયત નકૂના કુજબ સોગંદ લેવાના રહેશે.

૮. ઉકેદવારે/ઉકેદવારોએ, ગુજરાત કુર્લ્ી સેવા વર્ગીરણ અને ભરતી (સાકાન્ય) નિયકો, ૧૯૬૭ના નિયક-૧ થી ઠરાવ્યા અનુસાર ગુજરાતી અથવા હિન્દી અથવા બંને ભાકાઓની પરીક્ષાઓ સર્રારે વખતોવખત નક્કીર્ રેલ પ્રવતાકાન ર્હુકો કુજબ પાસર્ રવાની રહેશે.

૯. અજકાયશીઓએ પ્રત્યક્ષ તાલીક દરમ્યાનર્ રેલ પ્રગતિ અંગેના કૂલ્ર્યાંન અહેવાલો (Appraisal Report) સાકાન્ય વહીવટ વિભાગના તા.૦૯/૦૬/૧૯૮૯ના પરરપત્ર ક્રર્કાંઃ પીઆરઓ-૧૦૮૬-૫૦૬૮-ગ-૨ થી નિયત થયેલ નકૂનાકાં, ૨(બે) ર્નલકાં સર્રારશ્રીને નિયકિત ર્કોલવાનુ ંર્ ાયા અજકાયશીની જે જગા સાકે ફાળવણી/નિકર્ણૂર્ રવાકાં આવી છે તે જગાના સત્તાર્ધિારીએ જર્ રવાનુ ં રહેશે. જેથી દર્રે સંબંધિત સત્તાર્ધિારીએ આ બાબતે અંગત ધ્યાન આપી સૂચવ્યા પ્રકાણેનીર્ ાયાવાહી થાય તેનીર્ ાળજી રાખવી. અહેવાલો રજી.એ.ડી.થી અથવા રુબરુકાં ર્કોલવાના રહેશે જેથી ટપાલકાં ગેરવલ્લે જવાનો સંભવ ન રહે. તેકજ સાકાન્ય વહીવટ વિભાગના તા.૩૦/૦૩/૧૯૮૯ના પરરપત્ર ક્રર્કાં-પીઆરઓ-૧૦૮૧-૧૭-૯-ગ-૨ અન્વયે વખતોવખત આપવાકાં આવેલ કાગાદર્શા સૂચનાઓનો અકલર્ રવાનો રહેશે.

૧૦. આ ઉકેદવાર/ઉકેદવારો નિયત પરીક્ષા, નિયત ર્રેલ સકયકયાાદાકાં અને નિયત ર્તોકાં ઉત્તીણા ર્રવાકાં નિષ્ફળ જશે અને/અથવા અજકાયશી સકય દરમ્યાનનીર્ ાકગીરી અંગે ઉપરી અર્ધિારીઓએ ર્કોલાવેલા અહેવાલના આધારે અજકાયશી સકય દરમ્યાનની તેકની સેવાર્/ાકગીરી સક્ષક સત્તાર્ધિારીને સંતોર્કાર્ર નહિ જણાય તો :

(અ) અજકાયશી સકય દરમ્યાન ર્ોઇપણ નોરટસ આપ્યા વગર તાતર્્ાર્લિ અસરથી તેઓની ર્નોરીનો અંત લાવવાકાં આવશે. આક, અજકાયશી સકય દરમ્યાનની સેવા તદ્દન હંગાકી અનેર્ ાકચલાઉ (Purely temporary) ગણાશે, અથવા

(બ) અજકાયશી કુદત લંબાવવાનો પ્રસંગ ઉપગ્નસ્થત થયે જે તેર્ ેસના ગુણદોકના આધારે વિચારણાર્ રવાકાં આવશે. આ અંગે અલગથી ર્હુકર્ રવાકાં આવશે.

૧૧. આ ઉકેદવારે/ઉકેદવારોએ ફાળવણી/નિકર્ણૂવાળી જગ્યાએ હાજર થતા પહેલા જો તેઓ અગાઉની સર્રારીર્ ે અધાસર્રારી ર્નોરીકાં હોય તો તે સેવાકાંથી તેઓને છૂટાર્ રવાકાં આવ્યા છે/ફરજ કુક્તર્ રવાકાં આવ્યા છે તે કતલબનો ર્હુક (રીલીવ ઓડાર) હાજર થતી વખતે રજૂર્ રવાનો રહેશે.

૧૨. જે ઉકેદવાર/ઉકેદવારો હાલ ર્નોરીકાં ચાલુ હોય અને જેકણે અરજીપત્ર સાથે ર્ે રૂબરૂ કુર્લાાત વખતે આયોગકાં પોતાની ર્ચેરીનુ ં

ં હોય તો તેકણે નિકર્ણૂ પાકતાં પહેલા સબંધિત અર્ધિારીશ્રી સકક્ષ "ના વાંધા પ્રકાણપત્ર" "ના વાંધા પ્રકાણપત્ર" (N.O.C.) રજૂ નર્ યુ રજૂર્ રવાનુ ં રહેશે.

૧૩. આ ઉકેદવારે/ઉકેદવારોએ ગુજરાત કુર્લ્ી સેવા ર્ોમ્પ્યુટર ર્ૌશલ્ય તાલીક અને પરીક્ષા નિયકો, ૨૦૦૬ ની જોગવાઈઓ અનુસાર અજકાયશી સકય દરમ્યાન CCC+ ની પરીક્ષા પાસ ર્રવાની રહેશે. આ અંગે તેઓએ નિકર્ણૂની ર્ચેરીકાં હાજર થતાં પહેલા સાથે બિડેલ પરરશિષ્ટ - ૧ કુજબ બાંહેધરી આપવાની રહેશે.

૧૪. આ ઉકેદવાર/ઉકેદવારોની સેવાઓ જાહેર હિતકાં જરૂરી જણાયેથી રાજ્ય સર્રાર ધ્વારા અન્ય વિભાગ ર્ે રાજ્ય સર્રાર હસ્ર્તના નિગક, બોડાર્ ેર્ ોપોરેશન હેઠળ પ્રતિનિયુક્તિના ધોરણે ફાળવી ર્શાશે.

૧૫. આ ઉકેદવાર/ઉકેદવારોને નિકર્ણૂના સ્થળે હાજર થતી વખતે આ સાથે બિડેલ પરરશિષ્ટ-૨ (Security Bond) કુજબના જાકીનખતનાં નિયત નકૂનાકાં લેખર્/રારર્ રવાનો રહેશે. જેર્ રાર પ્રકાણે જો તેઓ, ર્() ઠરાવેલો તાલીક અભ્યાસક્રક પૂરોર્ રી ન ર્શે અથવા (ખ) સેવા પૂવેની પરીક્ષાકાં બેસી ન ર્શે અથવા (ગ) સર્રારને સંતોક થાય તે રીતે અજકાયશી નિયકોની જોગવાઈ પર્ૈીર્ ોઇ જોગવાઇ પૂરી ર્રી ન ર્શે અથવા (ઘ) અજકાયશી કુદત સહિતની કૂળ નિકર્ણૂની તારીખથી ૩ વકાની સેવા પૂણા થયા પહેલાં સેવા છોડી દે તો સર્રારે એકને આપેલી તાલીકના ખચા ઉપરાંત અજકાયશી તર્રીેની તેકની નિકર્ણૂને પરરણાકે તેકની તાલીકની કુદત દરમ્યાન સર્રારે ર્ચૂવેલા પગાર અને ભથ્થાં પરતર્ રવા તેઓ અને તેકના જાકીનો સંયુક્ત અને અલગ રીતે બંધાયેલા રહેશે. અને પરતર્ રવાકાં નહી આવેલ ર્રક જકીન કહેસુલની ર્બાી વસુલ તર્રીેર્ રી ર્શાશે.

૧૬. ર્ોઈ યોજનાર્/ાકગીરીર્/ચેરી/જગ્યા બંધ થવાથી અથવા ર્ોઈ યોજનાર્/કાચારીઓને ર્ોઈ બોડા ર્ે નિગકને સર્રાર તબદીલ ર્રે તેવા સંજોગોકાં ઉકેદવાર/ઉકેદવારોને રાજ્ય સર્રાર જગાના અભાવે ફાજલ (સરપ્લસ) જાહેરર્ રે તો આ ર્નોરીનો અંત આવશે. તેક થતાં ગુજરાત કુર્લ્ી સેવા નિયકો-૨૦૦૨ કુજબ કળવાપાત્ર લાભો આપી સર્રાર છૂટાર્ રી ર્શશે. ર્નોરીકાં ચાલુ રાખવાનો દાવો થઈ ર્શશે નહીં.

૧૭. ઉપરોક્ત નિકણૂ ંર્ કેળવતા ઉકેદવાર/ઉકેદવારોને નિયકિત નિકણૂ ંર્ કળ્યા બાદ નાણા વિભાગના તા. ૧૮-૩-૦૫ના ઠરાવ ક્રર્કાં: નયન- ૨૦૦૩-જીઓઆઈ-૧૦-પી તથા તા. ૨૭-૯-૨૦૦૬ ના પરરપત્ર નયન-૨૦૦૬-જીઓઆઈ-૧૦-(પા.ફા.)-પી ની જોગવાઈ પ્રકાણે તા.૧-૪-૦૫ થી દાખલર્ રવાકાં આવેલ નવી વધિાત પેન્શન યોજના અને તે અંગેના વખતો વખત બહાર પાડેલ અને ભવિષ્યકાં બહાર પડનાર ર્હુકો આ ઉકેદવારોને લાગુ પડશે.

૧૮. અજકાયશી તર્રીે હાજર થયા બાદ રદન-૩૦કાં નિયાર્કશ્રી, રાજ્ય અગ્નચ નિવારણ સેવાઓ ગાંધીનગરે અજકાયશીઓનુ ં KARMYOGI પોટટલ (HRMS CELL, GAD) પર કેપિંગ ર્રાવી તેઓની રજાઓ તથા અન્ય બાબતો KARMYOGI પોટટલ ઉપર જ હાથ ધરવાની રહેશે.

૧૯. આ ઉકેદવારે/ઉકેદવારોએ ગુજરાત રાજ્ય સેવા (વતાણૂ ંર્) નિયકો, ૧૯૭૧ ના નિયક-૧૯ ર્() ની જોગવાઇ કુજબ તેઓની પ્રથક નિકણૂ ંર્ સકયે, તેકના પોતાના નાકે અથવા તેકનાર્ ુટુ કાર્લિીની પટ્ટે અથવા ગીરોથી સંપાદન ર્રેલ અથવા ધરાવેલ સ્થાવર કિર્લત સંબંધિ પૂરેપૂરી વિગતો આપતુ

ંબનીર્ ોઇ વ્યક્તિના નાકે અથવા અન્યર્ ોઇ વ્યક્તિના નાકે, તેને વારસાકાં કળેલ, તેકની ં સર્રારે નિયત ર્રેલ નકૂનાકાં તેની સ્થાવર અર્સ્યાકતોનુ ં પર્ત્ર રજૂર્ રવાનુ ં રહેશે. આ પર્ત્ર KARMYOGI પોટટલ ઉપર ઓનલાઇન સબકિટર્ રવાનુ ં રહેશે. વધુકાં દર વકે ડીસેમ્બર કહિનાની ૩૧ કી તારીખે પૂરી થતી કુદ્દતને આવરી લેતાં દર્રે વકાના જાન્યુઆરી કહિનાની ૧લી તારીખે નિયત નકૂનાકાં વિગતો રજૂર્ રવાની રહેશે.

૨૦. નાયબ પ્રાદેર્શિ ફાયર અર્ધિારી, વગા-૨કાં હાજર થયા બાદ સેવાકાંથી રાજીનાકુ ં આપવા ઇ્િછછતા ઉકેદવાર/ઉકેદવારોના ર્ેસ પરત્વે ગુજરાત કુર્લ્ી સેવા (ર્નોરીની સાકાન્ય શરતો) નિયકો, ૨૦૦૨ કુજબર્ ાયાવાહીર્ રવાકાં આવશે.

૨૧. નિયાર્કશ્રી, રાજ્ય અગ્નચ નિવારણ સેવાઓ, ગાંધીનગરે ઉકેદવાર/ઉકેદવારોની સેવાપોથી તૈયારર્ રાવડાવી તેના પહેલા પાનાની પ્રકાણિત

ંર્ ર્નલ અત્રે ર્કોલી આપવાની રહેશે. જે અર્ધિારી/અર્ધિારીઓ અજકાયશી નાયબ પ્રાદેર્શિ ફાયર અર્ધિારી, વગા-૨ તર્રીેની નિકણૂ પાકે તે પહેલાં સર્રારી/અધા સર્રારી સેવાકાં હોય તેકના ર્રસ્સાકાં તેકની અગાઉની સેવાપોથીના પ્રથક પાનાની પ્રકાણિત ર્નલ અત્રેCENTRAL SECTION ] GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, 26-06-2025 218 ર્કોલી આપવાની રહેશે. તેઓએ નાણાં વિભાગના તા.૨૮/૦૫/૨૦૦૪ના ઠરાવની જોગવાઇ કુજબ સર્રારી સેવાકાં દાખલ થયા તારીખથી છ કાસની કુદતકાં સક્ષક સત્તાર્ધિારી દ્વારા વતનના સ્થળ અંગે નોંધણીર્ રાવવાની રહેશે. આ નોંધર્ રાવવાના સકયે વતનના સ્થળે અર્ધિારી સ્થાવર કિર્લત ધરાવતા હોય અથવા ર્નોરીકાં જોડાયા તે પૂવે રહેતા હોય તેના અર્ધિૃત પૂરાવાની ર્નલ રજૂર્ રવાની રહેશે અને તે સંબંધિત ઉકેદવાર/ઉકેદવારોની સવિાસર્બૂકાં ચોંટાડવાની રહેશે. પોતાની સવિાસર્બુકાં વતતના સ્થળની નોંધણી થઇ હોવા બાબતે ઉકેદવારે/ઉકેદવારોએ જાતે ખાતરીર્ રી લેવાની રહેશે. સવિાસર્બુકાં નોંધણીર્ રવાની રહી જવા પાકી હોવાની ગ્નસ્થતિકાં પ્રથક નિકણૂ ંર્ જે સ્થળે થઇ હશે તેને ઉકેદવાર/ઉકેદવારોનુ ં વતનનુ

ં રહેશે. વતનના સ્થળ અથવા તેવા ફેરફાર અંગેની ર્ોઇ રજૂઆતો વિચારણાને પાત્ર બનશે નહીં. વધુકાં ઉકેદવારે/ઉકેદવારોએ પહેલેથી સર્રારી/અધા સર્રારી સેવાકાં હોય તેકના ર્રસ્સાકાં તેઓએ નવેસરથી તેકના વતન અંગે ર્એરારર્ રવાની જરૂર નથી. પરંતુ, આ અંગે સેવાપોથીકાં થયેલ વતનની નોંધની પ્રકાણિત ર્નલ આ વિભાગને ર્કોલવાની રહેશે.

૨૨. સબંધિત ઉકેદવાર/ઉકેદાવારો દ્વારા રજૂ ર્રેલ એટેસ્ટેશનની વિગતો કુજબ પોલીસ અહેવાલકાં ર્ંઇ વિરુધ્ધ ન હોવાની શરતે નાયબ પ્રાદેર્શિ ફાયર અર્ધિારી, વગા-૨ ની જગ્યાએ સીધી ભરતીથી બે વકાના અજકાયશી ધોરણે નિકણૂ ંર્ આપવાકાં આવે છે.

૨૩. ગુજરાત જાહેર સેવા આયોગ દ્વારા કળેલ ઉકેદવાર/ઉકેદવારોના અનુભવ અંગેના પર્ત્ર અને ઉકેદવાર/ઉકેદવારો દ્વારા રજુ થયેલ અનુભવના પ્રકાણપત્રોની સંબંધિત સર્રારીર્ ચેરી, ખાનગીર્ ંપની/સંસ્થાએ ખરાઇ અંગે આપેલ/આપવાકાં આવનાર વિગતોકાંર્ શુ ં વિરુદ્ધ નહીં હોવાની શરતે નિકર્ણૂ આપવાની રહે છે.

૨૪. ઉકેદવાર/ઉકેદવારોને સંબંધિતર્ ચેરી/ખાતાના વડાનીર્ ચેરી (નિયાર્કશ્રી, રાજ્ય અગ્નચ નિવારણ સેવાઓનીર્ ચેરી, ગાંધીનગર ખાતે)એ નાયબ પ્રાદેર્શિ ફાયર અર્ધિારી, વગા-૨ની જગ્યા ઉપર નિકર્ણૂ આપ્યા બાદ નિયત થયેલ તાલીકર્ ાયાક્રક દરમ્યાન પગાર-ભથ્થા કાટે જરૂર જણાયે સંખ્યાર્ધિ જગા ઉભીર્ રવાની રહેશે.

૨૫. ઉપર દશાાવેલ શરતો ઉપરાંત તેકની આ નિકણૂ ંર્ અંગે હવે પછી જે શરતો લાગુર્ રાય તે શરતો પણ તેઓને બંધનર્ રતા રહેશે.

૨૬. ઉકેદવાર/ઉકેદવારો ૨ વકા અજકાયશી/પ્રોબેશન ઉપર રહેવાના હોવાથી તેઓ સાકેર્ ોઇપણ વહીવટી પ્રર્તિુળ બાબતો/ગેરલાર્ય ઠરે તેવી બાબતો ધ્યાને આવશે તો તેકની સેવાઓ સકાપ્તર્ રવાકાં આવશે.

૨૭. પ્રસ્તુત નિકણૂ ંર્ નાક. ગુજરાત હાર્ઇોટટકાં દાખલ થયેલ એસ.સી.એ. નં.૧૩૦૮૪/૨૦૨૪ તથા ભવિષ્યકાં તેને સંબંધિત ર્ેસકાં નાક.

હાર્ઇોટટ દ્વારાર્ ોઇ ર્ચુાદો આપવાકાં આવે તો તે આખરી ર્ચુાદાને આધીન રહેશે.

• ઉકેદવારે/ઉકેદવારોએ અજકાયશી સકય પૂરોર્ રીને, લાંબાગાળાની નિકણૂ ંર્ કેળવ્યા બાદ ત્રણ વકાની સેવા બજાવવા અંગે આ સાથે બિડેલ પરરશિષ્ટ-૨ કુજબ સિક્યોરીટી અને સ્યોરીટી બોન્ડ આપવાના રહેશે. આ સિક્યોરીટી અને સ્યોરીટી બોન્ડ સંબંધિત ઉકેદવાર/ઉકેદવારો તથા તેકના બે જાકીનોને સંયુક્ત અને અલગ રીતે એક બંને રીતે બંધર્નતાા રહેશે. દર્રે ઉકેદવારે/ઉકેદવારોએ પોતે રજૂર્ રેલા જાકીનો રૂ.૫૦૦૦/- સુધીની ર્રક કાટે દાર અને હયાત છે, તેવા પ્રકાણપત્ર સાથે પોતાની, નાયબ પ્રાદેર્શિ ફાયર અર્ધિારી, વગા-૨ તર્રીેની નિકણૂ ંર્ના નિયાર્કશ્રી, રાજ્ય અગ્નચ નિવારણ સેવાઓ, ગાંધીનગરને હાજર થતી વખતે અથવા હાજર થયા બાદ ર્એ કાસની અંદર આપવાના રહેશે. દારપણાનુ ં પ્રકાણપત્ર નિયત નકૂનાકાં અને જરૂરીર્ ોટટ ફી, સ્ટેમ્પ સાથે આપવાનુ ં રહેશે તથા દર વકે તે રરન્યૂર્ રાવીને રજૂર્ રવાની જવાબદારી અજકાયશી ઉકેદવારની રહેશે.

• નિયાર્કશ્રી, રાજ્ય અગ્નચ નિવારણ સેવાઓ, ગાંધીનગરે ઉપર ર્ફરાકાં જણાવ્યા કુજબ ઉકેદવારે/ઉકેદવારોએ રજૂ ર્રેલ બાંહેધરીપત્ર, સિક્યોરીટી અને સ્યોરીટી બોન્ડ તેકજ દારપણાના પ્રકાણપત્રો બધી રીતે સંપુણા હોવાની ખાતરીર્ રીને તે પ્રકાણેના શેરા સાથે ર્નલ સર્રારશ્રીને ર્કોલશે અને તેકર્ યાાની જાણ ર્એાઉન્ટન્ટ જનરલ (એ એન્ડ ઇ), રાર્જોટને પણર્ રશે. જ્યાં સુધી આ કુજબના દસ્તાવેજો રજૂર્ રવાકાં નહિ આવે ત્યાં સુધી ઉકેદવાર/ઉકેદવારોને તેના પગાર અને ભથ્થાં કાટે અર્ધિૃતર્ રવાના રહેશે નહિ.

• આ નિકણૂ ંર્ની સ્ર્વીૃતિની જાણ પ્રત્ર્યે ઉકેદવારે/ઉકેદવારોએ ઉલટ ટપાલે નાયબ સચિવશ્રી (ફા.સ.), શહેરી ર્વિાસ અને શહેરી ગૃહ નિકાાણ વિભાગ, સચિવાલય, ગાંધીનગરનેર્ રવાની રહેશે.
