(The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and
Resettlement Act, 2013) (30 of 2013)

No. AM-M-2025-421-LME-142025-679-GH: In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 10A of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, the State Government, vide Revenue Department Notification No.AM-M-202-237-LME-142025-679-GH, Dated: 05.04.2025 had specified that the lands mentioned therein are intended to be acquired for a public purpose, and in public interest has exempted the applicability of the provisions of Chapters II and III of the said Act to such acquisition.
Now, the Government of Gujarat hereby declares that the aforesaid notification stands withdrawn.

હવે, ગુજરાત સર્રાર જાહેરર્ રે છેર્ ે ઉચ જાહેરનામુ ં રદર્ રવામાં આવે છે.
