CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.
No. GV/215 of 2025/UDUHD/MIS/e-file/18/2025/0679/M Section: WHEREAS having regard to the population of the areas, the density of the population therein, the revenue generated for local administration, the percentage of employment in non-agriculture activities and the economic importance of the areas, it is considered necessary to include certain areas in the existing local limits of the Khambhalia Municipality.
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of Article 243Q and clause (d) of Article 243P of the Constitution of India, the Government of Gujarat, hereby,
