In exercise of powers conferred under Rule-28 of 'The Non-Judicial Officers and Staff of the Courts (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2017', posting and transfer of Additional Registrar, District Court and Registrar, Additional District Court, are made as under :-
1. Mr. J. N. Parmar, promoted and appointed as Additional Registrar, District Court, by the Principal District Judge, Surat, vide Office Order No.573 of 2025, dated 10/06/2025, is hereby posted on the establishment of District Court, Navsari, as Additional Registrar, District Court, Navsari.
2. Ms. B. C. Rathod, promoted and appointed as Registrar, Additional District Court, by the Principal District Judge, Surat, vide Office Order No.574 of 2025, dated 10/06/2025, is hereby posted on the establishment of Family Court, Valsad, as Registrar, Family Court, Valsad.
