NOTIFICATION

Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 3rd July, 2025

THE GUJARAT TOWN PLANNING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1976.

No. GH/V/228 of 2025/UDUHD/WRT/e-file/18/2023/7625/L:- WHEREAS under Government notification, Urban Development & Urban Housing Department Gandhinagar No. GH/V/05 of 2020/TPS-112019-4687-L, dated 15.01.2020, the Government of Gujarat in exercise of the powers conferred by section 65 of the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976 (President's Act No.27 of 1976) sanctioned the Preliminary Town Planning Scheme No. 28 (Nava Vadaj) (4th Varied) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act and the said Scheme respectively);

AND WHEREAS, the Government of Gujarat has received the representation from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation dated 08.03.2022 for the variation in the said scheme under section 70 of the said Act;

AND WHEREAS, the Government of Gujarat is satisfied that the variation under section 70 of the said Act is required in the said scheme;

AND WHEREAS, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 70(2) of the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976, the Government of Gujarat published the notification No. GH/V/269 of 2023/UDUHD/ WRT/e-file/18/2023/7625/L, dated 30.12.2023, in the Gujarat Government Gazette Ext. Part. IV-B dated 30.12.2023 on Page No. 390-1 to 390-2 for inviting suggestion or objection, if any, with respect to the proposed variation to thePrincipal Secretary, Urban Development and Urban Housing Department, Sachivalaya Gandhinagar, through the Collector, District Ahmedabad and endorse a copy thereof to the Municipal Commissioner, Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, in writing, within a period of one month from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette; 284-1 IV-B Ex.- ²⁸⁴ 284-2 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, EX., 03-07-2025 [ PART IV-B AND WHEREAS, the Government of Gujarat has considered the suggestion and objection so received; NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by the clause (b) of sub-section (6) of Section 70 of the said Act, the Government of Gujarat hereby:- (a) Sanction the said variation to be made in the Final Town Planning Scheme No. 28 (Nava Vadaj) (4th Varied), as set out in Schedule appended hereto and;

(b) Specify that the variation so set out shall come into force from the date of this notification.

SCHEDULE

Variation in the Preliminary Town Planning Scheme No. 28 (Nava Vadaj) (4th Varied) sanctioned vide Government Notification Urban Development & Urban Housing Department Gandhinagar No. GH/V/05 of 2020/TPS-112019-4687- L, dated 15.01.2020.

1. The area and boundary of Final Plot No. 862/3 admeasuring 3009 sq.mt., Final Plot No. 871 admeasuring 1096 sq.mt. and Final Plot No. 912 (બગીોિ) admeasuring 10400 sq.mt. are modified as Final Plot No. 862/3 admeasuring 3068 sq.mt., Final Plot No. 871 admeasuring 1096 sq.mt. and Final Plot No. 912 (બગીોિ) admeasuring 10341 sq.mt. as shown in the accompanying plan and redistribution statement.
