NOTIFICATION

Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 3rd July, 2025

THE GUJARAT TOWN PLANNING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1976.

No.GH/V/229 of 2025/UDUHD/TPS/e-file/18/2024/9285/L: WHEREAS, under Government Notification, Urban Development and Urban Housing Department No. GH/V/117 of 2013/TPS-272012-6512-L, dated 03.07.2013 the Government of Gujarat, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 48(2) of the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976 (President's Act No. 27 of 1976) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act") sanctioned the Draft Town Planning Scheme Patan No. 2 (Samalpati) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Draft Scheme") submitted by the Patan Area Development Authority (Patan Nagarpalika) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Authority");

AND WHEREAS, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 50 of the said Act, the Government of Gujarat appointed the Town Planning Officer for finalizing the said Draft Scheme;

AND WHEREAS, under Government Notification, Urban Development and Urban Housing Department No.GH/V/122 of 2021/TPS-272020-3632-L, dated 23.12.2021 the Government of Gujarat, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 65 of the said Act 1976, sanctioned the Preliminary Town Planning Scheme Patan No. 2 (Samalpati);

AND WHEREAS, the Town Planning Officer submitted to the Government of Gujarat, the Final Town Planning Scheme Patan No. 2 (Samalpati) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Final Scheme") as required under sub-section (2) of section 52 and section (2) of section 62 of the said Act; IV-B Ex.- 285 285-1 285-2 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, EX., 03-07-2025 [ PART IV-B NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 65 of the said Act, the Government of Gujarat hereby: - (a) Sanction "the said Final Scheme" with modifications enumerated in SCHEDULE below;

(b) State that the said Final Scheme shall be kept open for inspection by the public at the office of the said authority during office hours of all working days;

SCHEDULE

1. In Case No.145, the condition "નામદાર હાર્ઈોકટમાં દાખલ થયેલ એસ.સી.એ. નં.૧૬૮૩૯/૨૦૧૮માં જે આખરીર્ ૂિાદો આવશે તે તમામ સંબંધચતોને બંચર્નતાા રહેશે" is added in column no.16 of Form-F.

2. In Case No.233, the condition "નામદાર હાર્ઈોકટમાં દાખલ થયેલ એસ.સી.એ. નં.૧૫૩૧૧/૨૦૨૩ માં જે આખરીર્ ૂિાદો આવશે તે તમામ સંબંધચતોને બંચર્નતાા રહેશે" is added in column no.16 of Form-F.
