NOTIFICATION

Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 17th December, 2025

THE GUJARAT TOWN PLANNING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1976.

No.GH/V/394 OF 2025/UDUHD/DVP/e-file/18/2025/0549/L: WHEREAS, the Final Development Plan of Surat Urban Development Authority was sanctioned under Government Notification, Urban Development and Urban Housing Department No.GH/V/157 of 2020/DVP-142018-5731-L, dated 08.10.2020 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Development Plan", "the said Authority" and "the said Sanctioned Development Plan");

AND WHEREAS, the said Authority has send the proposal for variation in the said Development Plan by communication dated 21.01.2025;

AND WHEREAS, the proposal of said Authority for the variation under section 19(1) of the said Act in the said Development Plan was considered by the State Government;

AND WHEREAS, the variation proposed to be made in the said Development Plan was published, as required by the Section 19(1) of the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976 (President's Act No. 27 of 1976) (hereinafter referred as to "the said Act"), in the Gujarat Government extra ordinary Gazette Part IV-B dtd.20.05.2025 on page no.232-1 to 232-5 under Government Notification, Urban Development and Urban Housing Department No. GH/V/184 OF 2025/UDUHD/DVP/e-file/18/2025/0549/L, dtd.19.05.2025 along with a notice calling upon any person to submit suggestion or objection, if any, with respect to the proposed variation to the Principal Secretary to the Government of Gujarat, Urban Development and Urban Housing Department, Sachivalaya, Block No. 14, 9th Floor, Gandhinagar, in writing, within a period of two months from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette;

571-1571-2 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, EX., 17-12-2025 [ PART IV-B AND WHEREAS, the Government of Gujarat has considered the suggestions and objections so received; AND WHEREAS, the Government of Gujarat has finalized the variation proposed in Sr. No. 1 to 17, 20 to 26, 29 to 31, 34 to 58, 61 to 65 of the table in Sr.No.1 of the SCHEDULE and Sr.No.2 and 3 of the SCHEDULE of the notification dated 19.05.2025 by notification dated 29.09.2025;

AND WHEREAS, the suggestions and objections so received for variation proposed in Sr. No. 18, 19, 27, 28, 32, 33, 59 and 60 of the table in Sr.No.1 of the SCHEDULE of the notification dated 19.05.2025 was under consideration and thus not finalized by notification dated 29.09.2025;

AND WHEREAS, the Government of Gujarat has received the opinion of the said Authority by communication dated 19.11.2025 on proposed variation in Sr. No. 18, 19, 27, 28, 32, 33, 59 and 60 of the table in Sr.No.1 of the SCHEDULE of the notification dated 19.05.2025;

NOW THEREFORE, for Sr. No. 18, 19, 27, 28, 32, 33, 59 and 60 of the table in Sr.No.1 of the SCHEDULE of the notification dated 19.05.2025 in exercise of the powers conferred by the section 19 of the said Act, the Government of Gujarat hereby:-

(a) Sanction the said variation to be made in the said Development Plan, as set out in Schedule below;

(b) Specify that the variation so set out shall come into force from the date of this notification.

SCHEDULE

Variation in the Final Development Plan of the said Authority sanctioned by Government Notification, Urban Development and Urban Housing Department No.GH/V/157 of 2020/DVP-142018-5731-L, dated 08.10.2020.

1. The roads earmarked as per column no.3 passing through villages mentioned in column no.2 is either realigned or deleted or proposed as new road as described in column no.4 and accordingly nodes of the proposed roads are mentioned in column no.5 of the following table. The land thus released shall be designated under the adjacent zone under section 12(2)(a) of the said Act as shown in the accompanying plan. The roads are realign and new roads are proposed under section 12(2)(d) of the said Act as shown in the accompanying plan.
