CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.

No. G/SH/58/2025/ED/GOC/e-file/3/2025/5355/GH:- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Gujarat hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Laboratory Assistant, Class III, in the Commissionerate of Technical Education, Recruitment Rules, 2012, namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Laboratory Assistant, Class III, in the Commissionerate of Technical Education, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Laboratory Assistant, Class III, in the Commissionerate of Technical Education, Recruitment Rules, 2012 (hereinafter referred to as "the said rules"), in rule 3, in clause(a), for the figures and word "28 years", the figures and word "33 years" shall be substituted.

"4. The provisions of rule 9A of the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967 shall be applicable in respect of a candidate appointed by direct selection.".

4. In the said rules, rules 5 and 6 shall be deleted.

CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.

No. G/SH/59/2025/ED/out/e-file/3/2025/5928/GH:- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Gujarat hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Store Keeper, Class III, in the Commissionerate of Technical Education Recruitment Rules, 2012, namely:-

1 (1) These rules may be called the Store Keeper, Class III, in the Commissionerate of Technical Education Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Store Keeper, Class III, in the Commissionerate of Technical Education Recruitment Rules, 2012 (hereinafter referred to as "the said rules"), in rule 2, in clause (a), for the words, "by promotion of a person of proved merit and efficiency from amongst the persons who", the words, figures and brackets "by promotion of a person who possesses 'Good' benchmark for being considered fit for promotion within the zone of consideration as laid down in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967 from amongst the persons who" shall be substituted.

3. In the said rules, in rule 3, in clause (a), for the figures and word "30 years", the figures and word "35 years" shall be substituted.

4. In the said rules, for rule 4, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

"4. The provisions of rule 9A of the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967 shall be applicable in respect of a candidate appointed by direct selection.".

5. In the said rules, rules 5, 6 and 8 shall be deleted.

ક્રર્માં: જીજી/૧૬૪/૨૦૨૫/ચસફ/૧૦૨૦૨૫/૫૧૨૫/ડ: સોચિયલ મિચીયા પ્લેટફોમમ, વિજ્ઞાપનો, સામાર્ચિ સંગઠન તેમચ અલગ-અલગ ચન સમુદાયનાં માધ્યમથી મળેલી વિગતો મુચબ રાજ્યમાં સગીર/યુવાઓ દ્વારા અલગ અલગ પ્ર્રારના નચાઓ ચેવાર્ ે ચરસ ગાંજાનુ ં સેવનર્ રવા માટે રોલીંગ પેપર, ગોગો સ્ર્મોીંગર્ ોન, પરર્ફેટ રોલ ચેવી વસ્તુઓનો ઉપયોગર્ રવામાં આવે છે. તે પદાથમની અંદર ટાઇટેનીયમ ઓક્સાઇચ, પોટેચીયમ નાઇટ્રેટ, આટીફીચયલ ચાય, ર્ેલ્ચીયમ ર્ાબોનેટ તથા ક્લોરીન બ્લીચ ચેવા ઝેરી પદાથમ હોય છે. ચે માનવ સ્વાસ્્ય માટે ખૂબ ચ હાર્નિાર્ર છે. આવા રોલીંગ પેપર, ગોગો સ્ર્મોીંગર્ ોન, પર્ફેટ રોલ ચેવી વસ્તુઓ પાન પાલમર, પરચૂરણર્ રીયાણાની ર્દુાનો તથા ચાની ર્દુાનો વિગેરે ઉપર સરળતાથી ઉપલબ્ધ થઈ રહેલ છે. ચેના પડરણામ સ્વરૂપ યુવા વગમમાં નચોર્ રવાની વૃચિમાં વધારો થયેલ છે. આથી રોલીંગ પેપર, ગોગો સ્ર્મોીંગર્ ોન, પરફેક્ટ રોલ ચેવી વસ્તુઓ ગુચરાત રાજ્યમાં આવેલ પાન પાલમર, ચાની ર્દુાનો, છુર્ટર્ રીયાણાની ર્દુાનો વિગેરેમાં વેચાણ ન થાય તે બાબત નાગર્રીોના હિત માટે આવશ્ર્ય ચણાય છે.

આમ, ભારતીય નાગડર્ર સુરક્ષા સંહિતાનીર્ લમ ૧૬૩(૨) અને ૧૬૩(૩)થી આપવામાં આવેલ સચાની રૂએ, ગુચરાત રાજ્યના સમગ્ર વિસ્તારમાં તાતર્્ાર્લિ અસરથી નીચે મુચબના આદેચો જાહેરર્ રવામાં આવે છે.

ગુચરાત રાજ્યના સમગ્ર વિસ્તારમાં આવેલ તમામ પાન પાલમર, ચાની ર્દુાનો, છુર્ટર્ રીયાણાની ર્દુાનો વિગેરેમાં રોલીંગ પેપર, ગોગો સ્ર્મોીંગર્ ોન, પરફેક્ટ રોલ ચેવી વસ્તુઓનુ ં સંગ્રહ, વેચાણ, વિતરણર્ ે હેરાફેરીર્ રવી નહીં.

આ આદેચ તાતર્્ાર્લિ અમલમાં આવચે અને આ જાહેરનામાનો ભંગર્ રનાર વ્યચિ ભારતીય ન્યાય સંહિતા, ૨૦૨૩ (BNS) નીર્ લમ ૨૨૩ મુચબ ચિક્ષાને પાત્ર થચે.
