Read : Letter No. Estb./16843/2025 dated 04/12/2025 of the Government Pleader, High Court of Gujarat,
Ahmedabad.
In supersession of High Court's Notification of even number dated 20/11/2023, Honourable the Chief Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the Oaths Act, 1969 (44 of 1969) pleased to empower Mr. T. S. Vahia, Deputy Secretary and HOD and Mr. U. B. Desai, in-charge Special Officer, Office of the Government Pleader, Gujarat High Court, Ahmedabad, to administer oaths and affirmations in respect of affidavits of Government Officers for the purpose of judicial proceedings to be filed in the High Court.
