NOTIFICATION

Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 18th December, 2025

Dist: Valsad

No. AM-M-2025-891-LBU-2016-515-GH:- Whereas the Revenue Department's Notification No. AM-87-562-M- LBU-1384-3070-1-GH, Dated: 08/09/1987 and Notification No. AM-87-563-M-LBU-1384-3070-2-GH, Dated: 08/09/1987 issued under section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 has declared that the lands specified in the scheduled appended there to are needed for the public purpose mentioned therein;

And Whereas Government has decided to withdraw parcel of land from the acquisition;

Now, Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of the section 48 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 the Government of Gujarat hereby withdraws from the acquisitions the land specified in the schedule appended here to.

ક્રર્માંોઃ અમ-મ-૨૦૨૫-૮૯૧-ચચલ-૨૦૧૬-૫૧૫-ઘ:- જમીન સંપાદન અધિનિયમ-૧૮૯૪નીર્ લમ-૬ હેઠળ મહેસૂલ વિભાગ એ બહાર પાચેલ તા. ૦૮/૦૯/૧૯૮૭ના જાહેરનામા ક્રર્માં: અમ-૮૭-૫૬૨-મ-જવલ-૧૩૮૪-૩૦૭૦-૧-ઘ અને તા.૦૮/૦૯/૧૯૮૭ના જાહેરનામા ક્રર્માં: અમ-૮૭-૫૬૩-મ-જવલ-૧૩૮૪-૩૦૭૦-૨-ઘ અન્વયે આથી રાજ્ય સર્રારે એવય ં નિડદચષ્ટ ર્યય ુ છે ર્ે તેની સાથે જોચેલ અનયસૂચિમાં દકાુવેલ જમીન તેમાં દકાુવેલ જાહેર હેતય માટે જરૂરી છે.

અને તેથી સર્રારે સંપાદનમાંથી જમીનનો ટર્યચો પાછો લેવાનય ં નક્કીર્ યય ં છે.

હવે, તેથી જમીન સંપાદન અધિનિયમ-૧૮૯૪નીર્ લમ-૪૮ની પેટાર્ લમ-(૧)થી મળેલ સત્તાની રૂએ ગયજરાત સર્રાર આ સાથે જોચેલ અનયસયચિમાં નિડદચષ્ટર્ રેલ જમીનના સંપાદનમાંથી જમીન પરત લેવાનય ં નક્કીર્ રે છે.
