No. AM-M-2025-894-LDG-142024-811-GH: In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013 (No. 30 of 2013) (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), the Government of Gujarat hereby declares that the land / lands mentioned in the Schedule annexed hereto is / are required for the purpose of acquisition for the public purpose of "Construction of Four Lanning of Chikhali-Saputara Road (SH-15) (Section Waghai Samghan KM 59/600 to 103/300)."

(2) It is notified that, -

(1) The area of land / lands required for the above project is H. 02-27-63.33 Sq.mt. and is at Ambapada (Sakarpatal) Village of Waghai Taluka of Dang District;

(2) The public purpose involved in the above project are: For the purpose of construction of the infrastructure project of "Construction of Four Lanning of Chikhali-Saputara Road (SH-15) (Section Waghai Samghan KM 59/600 to 103/300).

(3) The reasons necessitating the displacement of the affected persons are –

Due to acquisition of the Land, specified in the SCHEDULE for public purpose of Construction of Four Lanning of Chikhali-Saputara Road (SH-15) (Section Waghai Samghan KM 59/600 to 103/300).

1158-11158-2 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, EX., 22-12-2025 [ PART I-B (4) The summary of the Social Impact Assesment Report is as under : Under Section 10A of the Gujarat Act of 12 of 2016, exemption is given under Section 10A of the Act vide Revenue department, Government of Gujarat Notification No: AM-M-2024-334-LDG-142024-811-GH. Dated:-24/07/2024 it is not required for the summary of the Social Impact Assessment Report.

(5) The particulars of the Administrator appointment under section 43 of the Act are as under– Deputy Collector and Land Acquisition officer, Ahwa-Dang, Ta. Ahwa Dist. Dang.

(3) All the persons interested in these lands are hereby notified not to obstruct and disturb any Surveyor or other staff to enter upon and survey the land. Any transaction in respect of whole or part of these lands in whatsoever manner including by sale, lease, mortgage, change of name, exchange entered into after the date of this Notification made without permission of the Collector shall not be taken into consideration by the officer assessing the compensation under section 27 of the Act for a particular portion of the land as may be finally acquired.

(4) The Government of Gujarat, if satisfied about acquisition of the land for aforesaid public purpose, may publish final declaration under section 19 of the Act in this regard in the manner and timeframe so prescribed under the Act. In case the acquisition is dropped partially or entirely, such facts shall be notified in a proper manner as provided under the Act.

(5) In exercise of the powers under clause (g) of section 3 of the Act the state Government is pleased to designate Deputy Collector and Land Acquisition officer, Ahwa-Dang, Ta. Ahwa Dist. Dang function and discharge the duties as Collector under the provisions of the Act in respect of these lands.

(6) Objection to the acquisition, if any, may be find the person interested within 60 (Sixty Days) from the date of the publication of this notification as provided under Section 15 of the Act before Deputy Collector and Land Acquisition officer, Ahwa-Dang, Ta. Ahwa Dist. Dang.

ક્રર્માંઃ અમ-મ-૨૦૨૫-૮૯૪-જડગ-૧૪૨૦૨૪-૮૧૧-ઘ: જમીન સંપાદન, પુનઃસ્થાપન અને પુનઃવસનમાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદશિચતા અર્ધિાર અધિનિયમ, ૨૦૧૩) (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો)ની ર્લમ-૧૧ની પેટા ર્લમ-(૧) હેઠળ (હવે પછી તેનો "સદરહુ અધિનિયમ" તેમ ઉલ્લેખ ર્રવામાં આવશે.) ગુજરાત સર્રાર આથી જાહેરર્ રે છેર્ ે આ સાથે જોચેલ અનુસૂચિમાં બતાવવામાં આવેલ જમીનોની જાહેર હેતુ માટે એટલેર્ ે "ચીખલી-સાપુતારા રોચ (SH-૧૫) (ર્સેશન: વઘઈ-શામગહાનર્ ી.મી. ૫૯/૬૦૦ થી ૧૦૩/૩૦૦ને ચાર માગીયર્ રવા"ના પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે જરૂર છે.

૨. આથી જાહેરર્ રે છેર્ ે:

(૧) ઉપર જણાવેલ પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે જરૂરી જમીન ર્ુલ ક્ષેત્રફળ હે. ૦૨-૨૭-૬૩.૩૩ ચો.મી. છે અને તે મોજે. આંબાપાચા (ર્સારપાતળ), તા. વઘઈ, જિ. ચાંગમાં આવેલ છે.

(૨) ઉપર જણાવેલ પ્રોજેક્ટમાં નીચે મુજબના જાહેર હિતનો સમાવેશ થાય છે. "ચીખલી-સાપુતારા રોચ (SH-૧૫) (ર્સેશન: વઘઈ- શામગહાનર્ ી.મી. ૫૯/૬૦૦ થી ૧૦૩/૩૦૦ને ચાર માગીયર્ રવા"ના આંતરમાળર્ખાીય પ્રોજેક્ટના બાંર્ધામ માટે.

(૩) અસરગ્રસ્ત વ્યચિઓને ખસેચવાની જરૂરના ર્ારણો નીચે મુજબ છે. "ચીખલી-સાપુતારા રોચ (SH-૧૫) (ર્સેશન: વઘઈ- શામગહાનર્ ી.મી. ૫૯/૬૦૦ થી ૧૦૩/૩૦૦ને ચાર માગીયર્ રવા" માટે અનુસૂચિત વિસ્તારની જમીન સંપાદનનર્ ારણે.

(૪) સામાર્જિ અસરોના મૂલર્યાંન અહેવાલ સંક્ષિપ્તમાં નીચે મુજબ છે. ગુજરાત અધિનિયમ-૧૨/૨૦૧૬ની ર્લમ-૧૦(એ) હેઠળ મહેસૂલ વિભાગના ગુજરાત સર્રારના જાહેરનામા ક્રર્માં: અમ-મ-૨૦૨૪-૩૩૪-જચગ-૧૪૨૦૨૪-૮૧૧-ઘ, તા.૨૪/૦૭/૨૦૨૪થી મુચિ આપવામાં આવેલ છે. અધિનિયમનીર્ લમ-૧૦(એ) હેઠળ સામાર્જિ અસરોના મૂલર્યાંનનો સંક્ષિપ્ત અહેવાલ આપવો જરૂરી નથી.

(૫) અધિનિયમનીર્ લમ-૪૩ હેઠળ નિયુચર્ રવામાં આવેલ વહીવટદારની વિગતો નીચે મુજબ છે. - નાયબર્ લેક્ટર અને જમીન સંપાદન અર્ધિારી, આહવા-ચાંગ, તા. આહવા, જિ. ચાંગ.

૩. આ જમીનોમાં હિત ધરાવતી તમામ વ્યચિઓને આથી જાણર્ રવામાં આવે છેર્ ેર્ ોઇપણ સવેયરને અથવા અન્યર્ મચચારીઓને આ જમીન પર દાખલ થવા અને જમીનનો સવે ર્રવા અર્ટાવવા નહી. આ જાહેરનામુ બહાર પાડ્યા ર્લેક્ટરની પરવાનગી વગર આ જમીનનીર્ ે તેનાર્ ોઇ ભાગનીર્ ોઇ પણ સ્વરૂપે તબદીલી જેમાં વેચાણ, ભાચા પટ્ટે આપવી, ગીરવે ર્મુવી, નામ બદલવુ ં અથવા નોંધણીમાં ફેરફારર્ રવા નહીં. જો તેમર્ રવામાં આવે તો અધિનિયમનીર્ લમ-૨૭ હેઠળ જમીન સંપાદનના વળતરનુ ં મૂલર્યાંનર્ રતી વખતે આવા ફેરફાર પર વિચારણાર્ રવામાં નહી આવે.

૪. ગુજરાત સર્રારને જો ઉપર જણાવેલ જાહેર હેતુ માટે જમીન સંપાદનર્ રવા અંગે સંતોષ થશે તો સદરહું અધિનિયમનીર્ લમ-૧૯ હેઠળ, અધિનિયમમાં નિયતર્ રેલ સમયમયાચદામાંની અંદર આખરી જાહેરનામુ ં બહાર પાચશે. જો સંપાદનર્ રવાનુ ં આંર્શિ રીતે અથવા પુરેપુરી રીતે રદર્ રવામાં આવે તો ર્ર્હીત અધિનિયમની જોગવાઈ યોગ્ય રીતે જાહેરર્ રવાની રહેશે. તે મતલબનુ ં છેવટનુ ં જાહેરનામુ ં યોગ્ય સમયમાંર્ ાયદાનુસાર પ્રસિદ્ધર્ રવામાં આવશે. સંપાદન અંશત:ર્ ે પૂણચત: જતુ ંર્ યુ ચ હોય તો તે ર્ર્હીતર્ ાયદાનુસાર યોગ્ય રીતે જાહેર ર્રવામાં આવશે.

૫. સદરહું અધિનિયમની ર્લમ-૩ (જ) હેઠળ મળેલ સત્તાની રૂએ નાયબ ર્લેક્ટર અને જમીન સંપાદન અર્ધિારી, આહવા-ચાંગ, તા. આહવા, જિ. ચાંગને અધિનિયમની જોગવાઈઓ હેઠળ આ જમીનો માટેર્ લેક્ટર તર્રીે ફરજો બજાવવા માટે નિયુચર્ રે છે.

૬. આ જાહેરનામા પ્રસિદ્ધિની તારીખથી ૬૦ ડદવસની અંદર અધિનિયમનીર્ લમ-૧૫ મુજબ જોર્ ોઇને સંપાદન બાબતે વાંધો હોય તો તેઓ ર્લમ-૧૫ હેઠળ નાયબર્ લેક્ટર અને જમીન સંપાદન અર્ધિારી, આહવા-ચાંગ, તા. આહવા, જિ. ચાંગને રજૂઆતર્ રી ર્શશે.
