NOTIFICATION

Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 23rd December, 2025

THE GUJARAT TOWN PLANNING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1976.

NO.GH/V/401 of 2025/UDUHD/TPS/e-file/18/2023/6270/L : WHEREAS under Government notification, Urban Development & Urban Housing Department No. GH/V/165 of 2025/UDUHD/TPS/e-file/18/2023/6270/L dated 09.05.2025, the Government of Gujarat in exercise of the powers conferred by section 65 of the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976 (President's Act No.27 of 1976) sanctioned the Preliminary Town Planning Scheme No. 91/A (Sanathal-Telav) of Ahmedabad (hereinafter referred to as the said Act and the said Scheme respectively);

AND WHEREAS, the Town Planning Officer and Town Planner-4, Town Planning Unit-2, Ahmedabad has send the proposal for variation in the said Preliminary Scheme for correcting the error;

AND WHEREAS, the Government of Gujarat is satisfied that the variation under section 70 of the said Act is required in the said scheme;

AND WHEREAS, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 70(2) of the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976, the Government of Gujarat published the notification No. GH/V/284 of 2025/UDUHD/TPS/e- file/18/2023/6270/L, dated 02.08.2025, in the Gujarat Government Gazette Ext. Part. IV-B dated 04.08.2025 on Page No. 402-1 to 402-2 for inviting suggestion or objection, if any, with respect to the proposed variation to the PrincipalSecretary, Urban Development and Urban Housing Department, Sachivalaya Gandhinagar, through the Collector, District Ahmedabad and endorse a copy thereof to the Chief Executive Officer, Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority, in writing, within a period of one month from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette; IV-B Ex.-578 578-1 578-2 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, EX., 23-12-2025 [ PART IV-B AND WHEREAS, the Government of Gujarat has not received any suggestion and objection; NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by the clause (b) of sub-section (6) of Section 70 of the said Act, the Government of Gujarat hereby:- (a) Sanction the said variation to be made in the Preliminary Town Planning Scheme No. 91/A (Sanathal-Telav), as set out in Schedule appended hereto and;

(b) Specify that the variation so set out shall come into force from the date of this notification.

1. The area of Final Plot No. 6/1 admeasuring 6266 sq.mt. and Final Plot No. 6/2 admeasuring 9318 sq.mt. are modified as Final Plot No. 6/1 admeasuring 3421 sq.mt. and Final Plot No. 6/2 admeasuring 12163 sq.mt. as shown in the redistribution statement.
