CORRIGENDUM
Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 24th December, 2025
THE GUJARAT TOWN PLANNING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1976.
No.GH/V/404 of 2025/UDUHD/TPS/e-file/18/2023/7250/L: WHEREAS, under Government Notification of Urban Development and Urban Housing Department No. GH/V/145 of 2025/UDUHD/TPS/e-File/18/2023/7250/L, dated 25.04.2025, the Preliminary Town Planning Scheme No. 1 (Vejalpur) (1st Varied) was sanctioned under section 65 of the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976 (President's Act No.27 of 1976).
In the said notification dated 25.04.2025, the Sr. No. 9 is replaced by "9. The boundary of the Original Plot No. 58, Final Plot No. 58 and Final Plot No. 57 are modified as shown in the accompanying plan."
The Town Planning Scheme records to be corrected accordingly.
