In view of the Sub rule (i) of Rule (1) of, "The Gujarat High Court Rules for Video Conferencing for Courts (High Court and Subordinate Courts), 2021", the High Court of Gujarat has been pleased to notify that, "The Gujarat High Court Rules for Video Conferencing for Courts (High Court and Subordinate Courts), 2021" are deemed to have come in force w.e.f. 22/01/2021 which is the date of publication of it in the Official Gazette and the said Rules is applicable to the Courts of the High Court of Gujarat and to all types of proceedings of the Courts of the High Court of Gujarat except where the Hon'ble Court does not grant permission for Video Conferencing mode in particular case(s).
