The Right to Fair Compensation and transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013
District: Valsad
No. AM-M-2025-905-LBU-12-2023-326-GH: Whereas the state Government by its notification No.AM-M-2024-723- LBU-12-2023-326-GH, Dated. 28/12/2024 issued under section-19(1) of Land Acquisition Act, 2013 has notified that the land bearing Survey Numbers shown in SCHEDULE of Village. Chala, Ta. Vapi, Dist. Valsad is needed for the public purpose namely "Reconstruction of ROB & RUB at Existing Vapi ROB At Railway CH.172/16-18 (DFCC 13 + 523,289 KM) at Vapi Project".
The Government of Gujarat, as having its opinion that, the circumstance so exist for justifying extension of period of the aforesaid notification u/s 19(1) of the Act, In exercise of the powers conferred by provision to section-25 of The Right to fair compensation and transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013 and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, The Government of Gujarat hereby extend the period of 12(twelve) months to the aforesaid notification of 19(1) of the Act, for pronouncement of an Award under section-23 of the Act. The period of 12(twelve) months will be effective from the date of 28/12/2025.

ક્રર્માંઃ અમ-મ-૨૦૨૫-૯૦૫-જચલ-૧૨-૨૦૨૩-૩૨૬-ઘ:- જમીન સંપાદન, પુનઃસ્થાપન અને પુનવવસવાટમાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદકર્વતા અર્ધિાર અધિનિયમ, ૨૦૧૩ નીર્ લમ-૧૯ (૧) હેઠળ બહાર પાચેલ તા.૨૮/૧૨/૨૦૨૪ના સર્રારશ્રીના જાહેરનામાં ક્રર્માં: અમ- મ-૨૦૨૪-૭૨૩-જવલ-૧૨-૨૦૨૩-૩૨૬-ઘ થી રાજ્ય સર્રારે એવુ નિડદચષ્ટર્ રેલ છેર્ ે મોજે. ચલા, તા. વાપી, જિ. વલસાચની અનુસૂચિમાં દકાવવલ સવે નંબરોની જમીનો "ર્રીન્સ્ટસ્રસ્ટેકન ઓફ આર.ઓ.બી. એન્સ્ટચ આર.યુ.બી એટ એક્સીડટચંગ વાપી આર.ઓ.બી. એટ રેલ્વે ચે.૧૭૨/૧૬- ૧૮ (ડચએફસીસી ચે.૧૩+૫૨૩,૨૮૯ ર્ડમી) એટ વાપી પ્રોજેક્ટ" ના સાવવજર્નિ જાહેર હેતુ માટે જરૂરી છે.
સદરહચંર્ ાયદાનીર્ લમ-૧૯(૧)ના સદરહચં જાહેરનામાની અમલવારીનો સમય લંબાવવા માટેનાં વ્યાજબીપણાને સમથવન આપતાં પુરતાં ર્ારણો અસ્સ્તત્વ ધરાવે છે, તેવો અચિપ્રાય થતો હોવાથી જમીન સંપાદન, પુનઃસ્થાપન અને પુનવવસવાટમાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદકર્વતા અર્ધિાર અધિનિયમ-૨૦૧૩ નીર્ લમ-૨૫ થી અપાયેલ સત્તાની રૂએ અને આ અંગે અર્ધિૃતર્ રતી બીજી તમામ સત્તાની રૂએ ગુજરાત સર્રાર આ ર્ાયદાની ર્લમ-૨૩ હેઠળ જાહેર ર્રવાના થતાં એવોચવ માટેની મુદ્દત વધુ ૧૨(બાર) માસ સુધી વધારી આપે છે. આ બાર મહિનાનો સમયગાળો તા.૨૮/૧૨/૨૦૨૫ થી ગણવાનો રહેકે.
