NOTIFICATION

Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 30th December, 2025

District: Dahod

No: AM-M-2025-907-LDH-1224-610-CH: Whereas the Government of Gujarat, Revenue Department Notification No.AM-M-2025-11-LDH-1224-610-CH dated:23/06/2025 issued under section 11(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 has notified that the lands specified in the Schedule appended thereto are needed for the public purpose mentioned therein;

And Whereas the Government of Gujarat, Revenue Department Notification No. AM-M-2025-419-LDH-1224- 610-CH dated:23/06/2025 issued under section 19(1) of the said Act has declared that the lands specified in the Schedule appended thereto are needed for the public purpose mentioned there in;

And Whereas Government has decided to withdraw parcels of land from the acquisition;

નં. અમ-મ-૨૦૨૫-૯૦૭-ચદહ-૧૨૨૪-૬૧૦-:િ- જમીન સંપાદન, પુનઃસ્થાપન અને પુનઃવસનમાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદશિચતા અર્ધિાર અધિનિયમ, ૨૦૧૩ની ર્લમ-૧૧(૧) હેઠળ સર્રારશ્રીના મહેસૂલ વિભાગ, ગાંધીનગરે બહાર પાચેલ તા.૦૪/૦૧/૨૦૨૫ ના જાહેરનામા નં. અમ-મ-૨૦૨૫-૧૧-જદહ-૧૨૨૪-૬૧૦-ચ અન્વયે આથી રાજ્ય સર્રારે એવુ ં નિડદચષ્ટર્ યુ ચ છેર્ ે તેની સાથે જોચેલ અનુસૂચિમાં દશાચવેલ જમીન તેમાં દશાચવેલ જાહેર હેતુ માટે જરૂરી છે.

અને ઉક્ત અધિનિયમની ર્લમ-૧૯(૧) હેઠળ સર્રારશ્રીના મહેસૂલ વિભાગ, ગાંધીનગરે બહાર પાચેલ તા.૨૩/૦૬/૨૦૨૫ના જાહેરનામા નં. અમ-મ-૨૦૨૫-૪૧૯-જદહ-૧૨૨૪-૬૧૦-ચ અન્વયે આથી રાજ્ય સર્રારે એવુ ં જાહેરર્ યુ ચ છેર્ ે તેની સાથે જોચેલ અનુસૂચિમાં દશાચવેલ જમીન તેમાં દશાચવેલ જાહેર હેતુ માટે જરૂરી છે.

અને જ્યારે સર્રારે સંપાદનમાંથી જમીનના ર્ટુચા પાછા લેવાનુ ં નક્કીર્ યુ ચ છે.

હવે, તેથી જમીન સંપાદન અધિનિયમ-૨૦૧૩ નીર્ લમ-૯૩ થી મળેલ સત્તાની રૂએ ગુજરાત સર્રાર આથી આ સાથે જોચેલ અનુસૂચિમાં નિડદચષ્ટર્ રેલ જમીન સંપાદનમાંથી પરત લેવાનુ ં નક્કીર્ રે છે.
