1. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section-19 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013(30 of 2013) (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), the Government of Gujarat hereby notifies to all the person, or persons interested, that the Government of Gujarat is satisfied with the report submitted by the Deputy Collector and Special Land Acquisition Officer, Narmada Project, Patan, Radhe Arcade third Floor Ranault Show Room Chansama Deesa Highway, Patan under sub-section (2) of section 15 of the Act and it is decided to Acquire the land at Abiyana Village of Santalpur Taluka of Patan District which has more particularly been specified in the SCHEDULE-A annexed hereto for public purpose of construction of Radhanpur sub Branch Canal's Gadsai Distributary Canal of Narmada Project.

3. The layout and plan of the land/lands proposed to be acquired is kept for inspection by public in the Office of Deputy Collector and Special Land Acquisition Officer, Narmada Project, Patan, Radhe Arcade third Floor Ranault Show Room Chansama Deesa Highway, Patan On any working day during the office hours.

4. As per Narmada, Water Resources, Water Supply & Kalpsar Department, Government of Gujarat, Notification No:-AM/NJ/2025-66/LAQ/2025/Patan/4/M dated- 04/02/2025 the same land/lands which are proposed to be acquired is exempted from Social Impact Assessment study.

૨. સદરહંર્ ાયદાનીર્ લમ-૧૯(૧) હેઠળની જાહેરાત આ જાહેરનામાથી બહાર પાચેલ છે. તે આ જમીનમાં હિત ધરાવતી તમામ વ્યચિઓને લાગુ પચે છે.

૩. સંપાદનર્ રવાની થતી જમીનના ર્નશા અને પ્લાન જાહેર જનતાના નિરીક્ષણ સારં નાયબર્ લેક્ટર અને ખાસ જમીન સંપાદન અર્ધિારી, નમવદા યોજના, રાધે ર્આેચ ત્રીજો માળ, અંર્બિા નગર, સોસાયટીની બાજુમાં ચાણસ્મા-ચીસા, રોચ ઓવરબ્રીજ નીચે રેનોલ્ટ શોરૂમ, ની ર્ચેરીએર્ ાર્માજનાર્ ોઈપણ ડદવસેર્ ચેરી સમયમાં ઉપલબ્ધ થશે.

૪. સર્રારશ્રીના, નમવદા, જળ સંપત્તિ,, પાણી પૂરવઠા અને ર્લ્પસર વિભાગના જાહેરનામા ક્રર્માં:-અમ/નજ/૨૦૨૫- ૬૬/જ.સં/૨૦૨૫/પાટણ/ ૪/મ તા.૦૪/૦૨/૨૦૨૫થી સંપાદન ર્રવાની થતી ઉચ જમીનને સામાર્જિ અસર મૂલ્ર્યાંન માંથી મુચિ અપાયેલ છે.
