Resettlement Act-2013 (30th Of 2013)

No: AM/NJ/2025-311/AKN/K-11(1)/S.R.No311:- In exercise of the Powers conferred under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013 (30th of 2013), it seems to the Additional Collector (Narmada) Ahmedabad (empowered under Section-3(G) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013 (30th of 2013), by State Government (Narmada, Water Resources, Water Supply & Kalpsar Department) letter No. LAQ/2025/Patan/ 53/M, Date:-17/11/2025) that there is Possibility that the land notified in the schedule appended herewith will be required for public purpose on account of the Construction Dahegam Minor-2 Canal of Narmada Project.

1. It is here by declared under the provisions of Section-11(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013 (30th of 2013) that there is possibility that the aforesaid lands will be required for the notified purpose.

2. All the persons interested in the said lands are hereby warned that not to obstruct or interface with any surveyers or any other persons employed upon the said land for the said purpose of acquisition. After the date of this notification, the Office assessing the compensation for the portions of said lands which may finally be acquired shall not take any agreement in respect of sale, lease, mortgage, mutation, exchange or disposal of the said land or modification into consideration under Section-22 of the said Act without approval of the Collector.

If the State Government satisfies that the aforesaid land are required for the aforesaid public purpose, then the final notification to that effect shall be published in accordance with law in due course under Section-19 of the said Act. If the acquisition is Waived partly or fully, then such fact shall be published properly in accordance with law.

4. Under Section-3(G) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013 (30th of 2013), The State Government appoints the Deputy Collector and Special Land Acquisition Officer, Narmada Project, Patan to perform the functions of the Collector in respect of the said lands.

5. A plan of the land may be inspected in the Office of the Deputy Collector and Special Land Acquisition Officer, Narmada Project, Patan, Radhe Arcade third Floor Ranault Show Room Chansama Deesa Highway, Patan on any working day during the working hours.

6. Objection to the acquisition, if any, may be filed by the person interested within 60 (Sixty) days from the date of publication of this notification as provided under Section-15 of the act before the Deputy Collector and Special Land Acquisition Officer, Narmada Project, Patan, Radhe Arcade third Floor Ranault Show Room Chansama Deesa Highway, Patan.

૧. આથી જમીન સંપાદન, પુન:સ્થાપન અને પુનવમસવાટ અધિનિયમમાં વાજબી વળતર અને પારદકર્મતા અર્ધિાર અધિનિયમ-૨૦૧૩ (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો)નીર્ લમ-૧૧(૧) ની જોગવાઇઓ હેઠળ જાહેરર્ રવામાં આવે છેર્ ે, સદરહં જમીનની ઉપર નિડદચષ્ટર્ રેલ હેતુઓ માટે જરૂર પચવાનો સંભવ છે.

૨. સદરહં જમીનમાં હિત ધરાવતી તમામ વ્યચિઓને આથી ચેતવણી આપવામાં આવે છેર્ ે, સદરહં સંપાદનના હેતુ ં સારૂ સદરહં જમીનમાં ર્ોઈ સવેયરોર્ ે અન્ય વ્યચિઓને હર્રતર્ રવી નહી. આ જાહેરનામાની તારીખ પછીર્ લેક્ટરની મંજુરી વિના વેચાણ, પટ્ટા, ગીરો, નામફેર, વિનિમય દ્વારા અથવા સદરહં જમીનોના ર્નિાલ માટેનો અથવા સુધારાર્ રવા માટેનોર્ ોઈર્ રાર છેવટે સંપાડદતર્ રવામાં આવે તેવા સદરહં જમીનોના ભાગો માટે વળતર ર્આારતા અર્ધિારી સદરહં અધિનિયમનીર્ લમ-૨૨ હેઠળ ધ્યાનમાં લેકે નહી.

૩. ગુજરાત સર્રારને એવી ખાત્રી થાયર્ ે સદરહં જમીનોની ઉપયુ મચ જાહેર હેતુ ં માટે જરૂર છે, તો સદરહં અધિનિયમનીર્ લમ–૧૯ હેઠળ તે મતલબનુ ં છેવટનુ ં જાહેરનામુ ં યોગ્ય સમયમાંર્ ાયદાનુસાર પ્રસિદ્ધર્ રવામાં આવકે.સંપાદન અકંત:ર્ ે પુણમત: જતુ ંર્ યુ મ હોય તો તે ર્ર્હીત ર્ાયદાનુસાર યોગ્ય રીતે જાહેરર્ રવામાંઆવકે.

૪. જમીન સંપાદન, પુન:સ્થાપન અને પુનવમસવાટ અધિનિયમમાં વાજબી વળતર અને પારદકર્મતા અર્ધિાર અધિનિયમ-૨૦૧૩ (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો)ની ર્લમ-૩(જી) હેઠળ જિલ્લા ર્લેક્ટરને સદરહં જમીનોના સબંધમાં સદરહં અધિનિયમ હેઠળ ર્લેક્ટરના ર્ાયો બજાવવા માટે રાજ્ય સર્રાર નાયબ ર્લેક્ટર અને ખાસ જમીન સંપાદન અર્ધિારી, નમમદા યોજના, પાટણને ઉચ અધિનિયમની જોગવાઈ હેઠળ ઉચ જમીનો સબંધમાં નીમે છે.

૫. જમીનના પ્લાનનુ ં નિરીક્ષણ નાયબ ર્લેક્ટર અને ખાસ જમીન સંપાદન અર્ધિારી, નમમદા યોજના, રાધે ર્આેચ, ત્રીજો માળ, અંર્બિા નગર સોસાયટીની બાજુમાં, ચાણસ્મા-ચીસા રોચ, ઓવરબ્રીજ નીચે રેનોલ્ટ, કોરૂમનીર્ ચેરીએર્ ાર્માજનાર્ ોઇ પણ ડદવસેર્ ચેરી સમય દરમ્યાનર્ રી ર્કાકે.

૬. સંપાદન બાબતે હિત ધરાવતી વ્યચિને જોર્ ોઈ, વાંધાઓ હોય તો આ જાહેરનામુ ં પ્રસિદ્ધ થયા તારીખથી ૬૦ (સાઈઠ) ડદવસમાંર્ લમ- ૧૫ ની જોગવાઈઓ મુજબ નાયબર્ લેક્ટર અને ખાસ જમીન સંપાદન અર્ધિારી, નમમદા યોજના, રાધે ર્આેચ, ત્રીજો માળ, અંર્બિા નગર સોસાયટીની બાજુમાં, ચાણસ્મા-ચીસા રોચ, ઓવરબ્રીજ નીચે રેનોલ્ટ, કોરૂમની ઉપર રજુર્ રવાના રહેકે.
