The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013

No:- AM/NJ/2025-314/AKN/Section-19(1)/S.R.No314- 1. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section-19 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013(30 of 2013) (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), the Government of Gujarat hereby notifies to all the person, or persons interested, that the Government of Gujarat is satisfied with the report submitted by the Deputy Collector and Special Land Acquisition Officer, Narmada Project, Lab. Building No.-6, Narmada Administrative Complex, Radhanpur under sub-section (2) of section 15 of the Act and it is decided to Acquire the land at Takhatpura (Dhima)

I-B Ex.-¹¹⁷⁶1176-2 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, EX., 30-12-2025 [ PART I-B Village of Dharnidhar Taluka of Vav-Tharad District which has more particularly been specified in the SCHEDULE-A annexed here to for public purpose of construction of Dhima Direct Minor Canal of Narmada Project.

2. This declaration made by way of notification issued under sub-section (1) of section 19 of the Act is applicable to all the persons interested in these land.

3. The layout and plan of the land/lands proposed to be acquired is kept for inspection by public in the Office of Deputy collector and Special Land Acquisition Officer (Narmada Project), Lab. Building No.-6, Narmada Administrative Complex, Radhanpur on any working day during the office hours.

4. As per Narmada, Water Resources, Water Supply & Kalpsar Department, Government of Gujarat, Notification No:-

AM/NJ/2025-205/LAQ/ 2025/BK/29/M dated-21/05/2025 the same land/lands which are proposed to be acquired is exempted from Social Impact Assessment study.

૨. સદરહંર્ ાયદાનીર્ લમ-૧૯(૧) હેઠળની જાહેરાત આ જાહેરનામાથી બહાર પાચેલ છે. તે આ જમીનમાં હિત ધરાવતી તમામ વ્યચિઓને લાગુ પચે છે.

૩. સંપાદનર્ રવાની થતી જમીનના ર્નશા અને પ્લાન જાહેર જનતાના નિરીક્ષણ સારં નાયબ ક્લેક્ટર અને ખાસ જમીન સંપાદન અર્ધિારીશ્રી (નમવદા યોજના), લેબ. બિલ્ચીંગ નં.-૬, નમવદા વહીવટી ર્સંુલ, રાધનપુરનીર્ ચેરીએર્ ાર્માજનાર્ ોઈપણ ડદવસેર્ ચેરી સમયમાં ઉપલબ્ધ થશે.

૪. સર્રારશ્રીના, નમવદા જળ સંપત્તિ, પાણી પુરવઠા અનેર્ લ્પસર વિભાગના જાહેરનામા ક્રર્માં:- અમ/નજ/૨૦૨૫-૨૦૫/જ.સં/૨૦૨૫/બર્.ાં/ ૨૯/મ તા.૨૧/૦૫/૨૦૨૫ થી સંપાદનર્ રવાની થતી ઉચ જમીનને સામાર્જિ અસર મૂલ્ર્યાંનમાંથી મુચિ અપાયેલ છે.
