No: AM/NJ/2025-318/AKN/Section-19(1)/S.R.No.318: In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section-19 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013(30 of 2013) (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), the Government of Gujarat hereby notifies to all the person or persons interested, that the Government of Gujarat is satisfied with the report submitted by the Deputy Collector and Land Acquisition Officer, Narmada Yojana, Ahmedabad under sub-section (2) of section 15 of the Act and it is decided to Acquire the land at Naranpura Village of Sanand Taluka of Ahmedabad District which has more particularly been specified in the SCHEDULE-A annexed hereto for public purpose of construction of Naranpura Branch Minor.

(2) This declaration made by way of notification issued under sub-section (1) of section 19 of the Act is applicable to all the persons interested in these land.

(3) The layout and plan of the land / lands proposed to be acquired is kept for inspection by public in the Office of Deputy Collector and Special Land Acquisition Officer, Narmada Yojana, C-3, Narmada Vasahat, Ground Floor, Opp. Karnavati Club, Nr. Heaven Park, Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway, Vejalpur, Ahmedabad-380015 On any working day during the office hours.

૨. સદરહુર્ ાયદાનીર્ લમ ૧૯(૧) હેઠળની જાહેરાત આ જાહેરનામાથી બહાર પાચેલ છે. તે આ જમીનમાં હિત ધરાવતી તમામ વ્યચિઓને લાગુ પચે છે.

૩. સંપાદન ર્રવાની થતી જમીનના ર્નશા અને પ્લાન જાહેર જનતાના નિરીક્ષણ સારૂ નાયબ ર્લેક્ટર અને ખાસ જમીન સંપાદન અર્ધિારીશ્રી, નમવદા યોજના, સી-૩, નમવદા વસાહત, ગ્રાઉન્ચ ફ્લોર,ર્ ણાવવતીર્ લબ સામે, હેવન ર્ર્પાની બાજુમાં, સરખેજ-ગાંધીનગર હાઇવે, વેજલપુર, અમદાવાદ-૩૮૦૦૧૫નીર્ ચેરીએર્ ાર્માજનાર્ ોઇપણ ડદવસેર્ ચેરી સમયમાં ઉપલબ્ધ થશે.

૪. સર્રારશ્રીના, નમવદા, જળસંપત્તિ, પાણી પુરવઠા અને ર્લ્પસર વિભાગના જાહેરનામા ક્રર્માં: અમ/નજ/૨૦૨૫/૨૬૫/જસં/૨૦૨૪/ અમદાવાદ/૧૨૩/મ, તા.૦૪/૦૯/૨૦૨૫થી સંપાદન ર્રવાની થતી ઉચ જમીનને સામાર્જિ અસર મૂલ્ર્યાંન અભ્યાસમાંથી મુચિ અપાયેલ છે.
