No.GHU/2025/08/GMC/102003/889/CHH.1: In exercise of the powers conferred under Article 107(a) of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Limited and as per the provisions of clause 17 of the Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements issued by Securities Exchange Board of India(SEBI), the State Government is pleased to appoint Shri Rajinder Khanna as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors of Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation (GMDC) Ltd.
