NOTIFICATION

CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.
No.KP/50 of 2025/PRHRDD/VBN/e-file/14/2025/1514/Section - Ch:- WHEREAS the Government of Gujarat vide Government Notification, Urban Development and Urban Housing Department No. GV/415 of 2024/UDUHD/MSM/ e-file/18/2023/6614/M Section, dated the 9th December, 2024 had specified the areas of Javanpura (All Survey numbers of 1 to 66) and Sadatpura (All Survey numbers of 1 to 386) of Idar Taluka of Sabarkantha District as the smaller urban areas and notified such areas as the municipal areas of the Idar Municipality and the said areas formed the part of the Idar Municipality vide the said notification;
AND WHEREAS the Javanpura Village Panchayat of Idar Taluka of Sabarkantha District with its local areas except Sapavada Village and Krushnanagar Part included in the Idar Municipality;
AND WHEREAS original village panchayat i.e. Javanpura Village Panchayat which included in the Idar Municipality, the Sapavada Village and Krushnanagar Part continued to exist without Village Panchayat and as such required to be declared as a new Village Panchayat;
AND WHEREAS the District Panchayat, Sabarkantha and Taluka Panchayat, Idar have passed resolution and recommended to declare the areas of Sapavada village and Krushnanagar Part areas as Sapavada Village Panchayat;
AND WHEREAS the State Government has considered the said resolutions and decided to declare areas of revenue village Sapavada and Krushnanagar Part areas as Sapavada Village Panchayat;

187-1187-2 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, EX., 31-12-2025 [ PART I-A NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of article 243 of the Constitution of India read with section 7 of the Gujarat Panchayats Act, 1993 (Guj.18 of 1993) the Government of Gujarat hereby specifies the new Village Panchayat named in column 3, comprising of the local areas shown in column 4 of the Schedule appended hereto.
