No:- AM-M-2025-LME-908-1210-GH: Whereas it appears to the Government of Gujarat that the lands specified in the schedule annexed hereto, is Likely to be required for the Public purpose of Constraction of infrastructure Project of "Development of Dharoi Dam Region, As a World Class Sustainable Tourist/Pilgrimage Destination Project." (here in after referred to as ''The Public Purpose Project'').

Now whereas, the Government of Gujarat, Revenue Department has, in exercise of the powers conferred, by section-10 A {(inserted by section 3 of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation, Resettlement (Gujarat Amendment) Act-2016 (Gujarat Act No.12 of 2016)} of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) (here in after referred to as ''The Act'') exempted, in public interest, by Notification No. AM-M-2025-469- LME-2025-1210-GH, Dt.22/07/2025 Published, the below mentioned Scheduled area of Land, to be acquired for the infrastructure project of the "Development of Dharoi Dam Region, As a World Class Sustainable Tourist/Pilgrimage Destination Project.". Scheme from the application of the provision of Chapter II and III of The Act, and

2. Now whereas, in exercise of the conferred by sub-section (1) of section 43 of the Act, The Government of Gujarat has appointed by Notification No. AM-M-2025-623-LME-2025-1210-GH, Dt.08/09/2025, The Special Land Acquisition Officer And Prant Officer Kheralu the Officer of Rehabilitation and Resettlement in respect of the schedule land to be acquired for the construction of captioned infrastructure project, and

3. Now whereas in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 11 of ''The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) (hereafter referred to as The act), the Government of Gujarat, has notified, vide Notification No.AM-M-2025- 623-LME-2025-1210-GH, Dt.08/09/2025, that the said scheduled land is required for the public purpose specified here above.

4. And whereas, the Government of Gujarat is satisfied after considering the report made by The Special Land Acquisition Officer And Prant Officer Kheralu under sub section (2) of section-15 of the Act, that the said land is needed to be acquired for ''The Public Purpose Project'' specified in the schedule hereto, and

5. Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section-19 of The Act, the Government of Gujarat hereby declares that the said scheduled lands are required for the public purpose specified in the schedule hereto.

6. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause(g) of section-3 of The Act, The Government of Gujarat hereby appoints, Special Land Acquisition Officer And Prant Officer Kheralu to perform the function of a collector, for all proceeding herein after to be carried out under The Act. In respect of the said scheduled lands.

7. The plans of scheduled lands can be inspected at the office of Special Land Acquisition Officer And Prant Officer Kheralu

ક્રર્માં: અમ-મ-૨૦૨૫-જમહ-૯૦૮-૧૨૧૦-ઘ: આ સાથે સામેલ અનુસૂચિમાં દકાાવેલ મોજે. ધરોઈ, તા. સતલાસણા, જિ. મહેસાણાની જમીનોની જાહેર હેતુ માટે એટલે ર્ે ધરોઈ બંધક્ષેત્રનુ ં વૈર્ચિ ર્ક્ષાના પ્રવાસી/તિથાસ્થાન રૂપે ર્વિાસ ર્રવાની યોજનાના જાહેર હેતુ માટે (જેનો આમાં હવે પછી જાહેર હેતુની યોજના એમ ઉલ્લેખર્ રવામાં આવે છે તે) ના આંતરમાળર્ખાીય પ્રોજેક્ટના બાંર્ધામ માટે જરૂર પચવાનો સંભવ છે એવુ ં ગુજરાત સર્રારને જણાય છે.

(૧) હવે જ્યારે ગુજરાત સર્રારના અસાધારણ રાજ્યપત્રમાં પ્રસિદ્ધ થયેલ મહેસૂલ વિભાગના જાહેરનામા ક્રર્માં: અમ-મ-૨૦૨૫-૪૬૯- જમહ-૨૦૨૫-૧૨૧૦-ઘ, તા. ૨૨.૦૭.૨૦૨૫થી ગુજરાત સર્રારે જમીન સંપાદન, પુનઃસ્થાપન અને પુનવાસનમાં વાજબી વળતર અને પારદર્કાતા અર્ધિાર અધિનિયમ-૨૦૧૩ (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો) (જેનો આમાં હવે પછી સદરહુ અધિનિયમ તેમ ઉલ્લેખર્ રવામાં આવેલ છે) તેની ર્લમ-૧૦ (એ) {(જમીન સંપાદન, પુનઃસ્થાપન અને પુનવાસનમાં વાજબી વળતર અને પારદકિાતા અર્ધિાર (ગુજરાત સુધારો) અધિનિયમ-૨૦૧૬) (૨૦૧૬ ના ગુજરાત અધિનિયમ નં.૧૨નીર્ લમ-૩ થી દાખલર્ રેલ)}થી મળેલ અર્ધિારો અન્વયે રાજ્ય સર્રારે જાહેર હિતમાં ધરોઈ બંધક્ષેત્રનુ ં વૈર્ચિર્ ક્ષાના પ્રવાસી/તિથાસ્થાન રૂપે ર્વિાસર્ રવાની યોજના માટેના પ્રોજેક્ટ માટેના આંતર માળર્ખાીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સંપાદનર્ રવાની નીચે જણાવેલ અનુસૂચિ ક્ષેત્રફળની જમીનને સદરહું અધિનિયમના પ્ર્રરણ-૨ અને ૩ ની જોગવાઇઓની અમલવારીમાંથી મુચિ આપેલ છે, અને

(ર) હવે જ્યારે રાજ્ય સર્રારે સદરહુ અધિનિયમનીર્ લમ-૪૩ની પેટાર્ લમ-(૧) થી મળેલ અર્ધિારોની રૂએ જાહેરનામા ક્રર્માં: અમ-મ- ૨૦૨૫-૬૨૩-જમહ-૨૦૨૫-૧૨૧૦-ઘ, તા.૦૮.૦૯.૨૦૨૫થી જમીન સંપાદન અર્ધિારી વ પ્રાંત અર્ધિારીશ્રી, ખેરાલુને ઉલ્લેખિત આંતરમાળર્ખાીય પ્રોજેક્ટના બાંર્ધામ માટેની અનુસૂચિત વિસ્તારની જમીનના સંપાદનના સંબંધમાં પુનઃસ્થાપન અને પુનવાસનના અર્ધિારી તર્રીે નિમર્ણૂર્ રેલ છે, અને

(૩) હવે જ્યારે જમીન સંપાદન, પુનઃસ્થાપન અને પુનવાસનમાં વાજબી વળતર અને પારદર્કાતા અર્ધિાર અધિનિયમ-૨૦૧૩ (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો) (જેનો આમાં હવે પછી સદરહુ અધિનિયમ તેમ ઉલ્લેખર્ રવામાં આવેલ છે) તેનીર્ લમ-૧૧ ની પેટાર્ લમ-(૧) થી મળેલ અર્ધિાર અન્વયે ગુજરાત સર્રારે જાહેરનામા ક્રર્માં: અમ-મ-૨૦૨૫-૬૨૩-જમહ-૨૦૨૫-૧૨૧૦-ઘ, તા.૦૮.૦૯.૨૦૨૫ થી ઉચ જમીન, ઉપરોચ સાવાજર્નિ હેતુ માટે જરૂરી છે તેમ જાહેરર્ રેલ છે, અને

(૪) હવે જ્યારે સદરહુ અધિનિયમનીર્ લમ-૧૫ની પેટાર્ લમ-૨ નીચેના ખાસ જમીન સંપાદન અર્ધિારી, અને પ્રાંત અર્ધિારી ખેરાલુના અહેવાલને વિચારધારામાં લીધા બાદ રાજ્ય સર્રારને એવો સંતોષ થયેલ છેર્ ે, સદરહુ અનુસૂચિત જમીનો સદરહુ જાહેર હેતુની યોજના માટે જરૂરી છે, અને

(૫) તેથી હવે, સદરહુ અધિનિયમનીર્ લમ-૧૯(૧) થી મળેલ અર્ધિારો અન્વયે રાજ્ય સર્રાર આથી સત્તાવાર જાહેરાતર્ રે છેર્ ે સદરહુ અનુસૂચિત જમીનો સદરહુ જાહેર હેતુની યોજના માટે જરૂરી છે.

(૬) ગુજરાત સર્રાર સદરહુ અધિનિયમનીર્ લમ-૩(૪) થી મળેલ સત્તા અન્વયે, ઉચ જમીનના સંબંધમાં સદરહુ અધિનિયમ નીચે હવે પછી ર્લેક્ટર તર્રીેર્ રવાના તમામર્ ાયો બજાવવા માટે ખાસ જમીન સંપાદન અર્ધિારી, અને પ્રાંત અર્ધિારી ખેરાલુની નિમર્ણૂર્ રેલ છે.

(૭) સદરહુ અનુસૂચિત જમીનના ર્નકા, ખાસ જમીન સંપાદન અર્ધિારી અને પ્રાન્ત અર્ધિારી ખેરાલુનીર્ ચેરી ખાતે તપાસી ર્કાકે.
