GUJARAT (RIGHT OF CITIZENS TO PUBLIC SERVICES) ACT, 2013.
No. GHP/53/2025/PRHRDD/MSM/e-file/14/2025/3600/Section-T:- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Gujarat (Right of Citizens to Public Services) Act, 2013 (Guj. 16 of 2013), the Government of Gujarat hereby amends the Government Notification, Panchayats, Rural Housing and Rural Development Department No. KP/19/2016/PRC-102013-490-T, dated the 31st March, 2016, in Appendix-A, the following entry, at Sr. No. 1 shall be deleted, namely:-
