NOTIFICATION
Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 20th May, 2025
No.GTH/2025/9/FCSCAD/CPA/e-file/5/2022/0572/D/PF-1:- In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 7 of the Consumer Protection (Qualification for appointment, method of recruitment, procedure of appointment, term of office, resignation and removal of the President and member of the State Commission and District Commission) Rules, 2020 Government of Gujarat hereby accepts the resignation of Shri Ashutosh J. Shastri, the President, Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Gujarat State, Ahmedabad with effect from 20/05/2025.
The charge of the post of President, State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Ahmedabad is hereby given to Mr. I. D. Patel, Member of the State Commission, until further orders. No Charge allowance will be admissible during his charge as a President.
