No:- AM-M-2026-24-LSU-142025-3084-GH:- Whereas it appears to the Government of Gujarat, that the land is likely to be needed for public purpose viz. for the purpose of construction of the infrastructure project of "Construction of Four Lanning Mahuva Anaval Road Chainage 0/0 to 28/960 km. Existing 0/0 to 15/300 4-Lane from 10.00 meters and 15/300 to 28/960 km 4- Lane from 7.0 meters".

(1) Now therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section (2) of "The Right to fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) (herein after referred to as "The Act") and the Rules made there-under, it is hereby notified that the Government of Gujarat intends to acquire the said land for the public purpose of the infrastructure project specified above.

(2) Now whereas a proposal is made for acquisition of the above mentioned proposed project of "Construction of Four Lanning Mahuva Anaval Road Chainage 0/0 to 28/960 km. Existing 0/0 to 15/300 4-Lane from 10.00 meters and 15/300 to 28/960 km 4- Lane from 7.0 meters" the bare minimum area of land to be acquired, for the Project is H.A. 04-31-91 Sq.mtr. and is situated within the boundary limit of: Village: Tarkani, Taluka: Mahuva(Current- Ambika), Dist. Surat.

(3) Now whereas it appears to the State Government that it is expedient to exempt in public interest such area of H.A. 04-31-91 Sq.mtr. of land to be acquired, for the above stated infrastructure project, from the application of the provision of chapter II and III of the Act. 24-1 I-B Ex.-²⁴ 24-2 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, EX., 07-01-2026 [ PART I-B (4) Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(A) of The Act [inserted by section 3 of The RFCTLARR (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 2016] (Gujarat Act No. 12 of 2016) The Government of Gujarat, hereby exempt in public interest, the area of H.A. 04-31-91 Sq.mtr. land is situated within the boundary limit of: Village: Tarkani, Taluka: Mahuva(Current-Ambika), Dist. Surat to be acquired for the "Construction of Four Lanning

Mahuva Anaval Road Chainage 0/0 to 28/960 km. Existing 0/0 to 15/300 4-Lane from 10.00 meters and 15/300 to 28/960 km 4- Lane from 7.0 meters" from the application of the provision of chapter II and III of The Act.

ક્રર્માં:- અમ-મ-૨૦૨૬-૨૪-જસત-૧૪૨૦૨૫-૩૦૮૪-ઘ:- "મહુવા અનાવલ રોડ ચેનેજ ૦/૦ થી ૨૮/૯૬૦ર્ ી.મી. અંતગગત હયાત ૦/૦ થી ૧૫/૩૦૦માં ૧૦.૦૦ મીટરમાંથી ૪-લેન અને ૧૫/૩૦૦ થી ૨૮/૯૬૦ ર્ી.મી.માં ૭.૦ મીટરમાંથી ૪ લેન"ના જાહેર હેતુના આંતરમાળર્ખાીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે જમીનની જરૂર પડવાનો સંભવ છે, એવુ ં ગુજરાત સર્રારને જણાય છે.

(૧) તેથી જમીન સંપાદન, પુન:સ્થાપન અને પુનગવસનમાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદકર્ગતા અર્ધિાર અધિનિયમ-૨૦૧૩) (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો) (જેનો આમાં હવે પછી "સદરહું અધિનિયમ" તેમ ઉલ્લેખ ર્રવામાં આવેલ છે તે)ની ર્લમ-૨(૧) તથા તે અંગેના નિયમોથી મળેલ અર્ધિાર અન્વયે ગુજરાત સર્રાર આથી ઉપરોક્ત આંતરમાળર્ખાીય પ્રોજેક્ટના જાહેર હેતુ માટેર્ ાયદાનુસાર સંપાદનર્ રવાનો ઈરાદો જાહેરર્ રે છે.

(૨) હવે જ્યારે ઉક્ત સૂચિત પ્રોજેક્ટ "મહુવા અનાવલ રોડ ચેનેજ ૦/૦ થી ૨૮/૯૬૦ર્ ી.મી. અંતગગત હયાત ૦/૦ થી ૧૫/૩૦૦ માં ૧૦.૦૦ મીટરમાંથી ૪-લેન અને ૧૫/૩૦૦ થી ૨૮/૯૬૦ર્ ી.મી.માં ૭.૦ મીટરમાંથી ૪ લેન"ના જાહેર હેતુ માટે જમીન સંપાદન માટેની દરખાસ્ત રજૂ થયેલ છે, ત્યારે આ પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સંપાદન ર્રવાની થતી ઉપરોક્ત ઓછામાં ઓછી જમીનનો ર્ુલ વિસ્તાર હે.આરે. ૦૪-૩૧-૯૧ ચો.મી. છે અને તે મોજે. તર્રાણી તા. મહુવા (હાલ-અંર્બિા) જિ. સુરતની હદમાં આવેલ છે.

(૩) હવે જ્યારે ઉપરોક્ત આંતરમાળર્ખાીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સદરહું સંપાદનર્ રવાની થતી ક્ષેત્રફળ હે.આરે. ૦૪-૩૧-૯૧ ચો.મી. જમીનને સદરહું અધિનિયમના પ્ર્રરણ-૨ અને ૩ની જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાંથી મુક્તિ આપવાનુ ં રાજ્ય સર્રારને જાહેર હિતમાં આવશ્ર્ય જણાય છે.

(૪) તેથી સદરહું અધિનિયમનીર્ લમ-૧૦(એ) (જમીન સંપાદન, પુન:સ્થાપન અને પુનગવસનમાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદકર્ગતા (ગુજરાત સુધારા) અધિનિયમ-૨૦૧૬ (૨૦૧૬નો ગુજરાત અધિનિયમ-નં.૧૨)ની ર્લમ-૩થી દાખલ ર્રેલ)થી મળેલ અર્ધિારો અન્વયે, રાજ્ય સર્રાર આથી જાહેર હિતમાં "મહુવા અનાવલ રોડ ચેનેજ ૦/૦ થી ૨૮/૯૬૦ર્ ી.મી. અંતગગત હયાત ૦/૦ થી ૧૫/૩૦૦ માં ૧૦.૦૦ મીટરમાંથી ૪-લેન અને ૧૫/૩૦૦ થી ૨૮/૯૬૦ર્ ી.મી.માં ૭.૦ મીટર માંથી ૪ લેન"ના આંતરમાળર્ખાીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સંપાદન થતી જમીનમાં સમાવિષ્ટ થયેલ મોજે. તર્રાણી તા. મહુવા (હાલ-અંર્બિા) જિ. સુરતની ક્ષેત્રફળ હે.આરે. ૦૪-૩૧-૯૧ ચો.મી. જમીનને સદરહું અધિનિયમના પ્ર્રરણ-૨ અને ૩ની જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાંથી મુક્તિ આપે છે.
