(The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and

Resettlement Act, 2013) (30 of 2013)

No. AM-M-2026-27-LBN-142025-1204-GH: In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013 (No. 30 of 2013)(hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), the Government of Gujarat hereby declares that the land / lands mentioned in the Schedule annexed hereto is / are required for the purpose of acquisition for the public purpose of

"Development of High Speed Corridor from Vadodara-Dabhoi-Ektanagar (Statue of Unity) Road."

(2) It is notified that, -

(1) The area of land / lands required for the above project is H. 09-25-09 Sq.mt. and is at Sitpur Village of Dabhoi Taluka of Vadodara District;

(2) The public purpose involved in the above project are: For the purpose of construction of the infrastructure project of "Development of High Speed Corridor from Vadodara-Dabhoi-Ektanagar (Statue of Unity) Road."

(3) The reasons necessitating the displacement of the affected persons are - Due to acquisition of the Land, specified in the SCHEDULE for public purpose of "Development of High Speed Corridor from Vadodara-Dabhoi-Ektanagar (Statue of Unity) Road."

I-B Ex.-²⁷27-2 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, EX., 07-01-2026 [ PART I-B (4) The summary of the Social Impact Assessment Report is as under: Under Section 10A of the Gujarat Act of 12 of 2016, exemption is given under Section 10A of the Act vide Revenue department, Government of Gujarat Notification No: AM-M-2025-487-LBN-142025-1204-GH. Dated: 22/07/2025 it is not required for the summary of the Social Impact Assessment Report.

(5) The particulars of the Administrator appointment under section 43 of the Act are as under - Deputy Collector and Prant Officer-Dabhoi.

(3) All the persons interested in these lands are hereby notified not to obstruct and disturb any Surveyor or other staff to enter upon and survey the land. Any transaction in respect of whole or part of these lands in whatsoever manner including by sale, lease, mortgage, change of name, exchange entered into after the date of this Notification made without permission of the Collector shall not be taken into consideration by the officer assessing the compensation under section 27 of the Act for a particular portion of the land as may be finally acquired.

(4) The Government of Gujarat, if satisfied about acquisition of the land for aforesaid public purpose, may publish final declaration under section 19 of the Act in this regard in the manner and timeframe so prescribed under the Act. In case the acquisition is dropped partially or entirely, such facts shall be notified in a proper manner as provided under the Act.

(5) In exercise of the powers under clause (g) of section 3 of the Act the state Government is pleased to designate Deputy Collector and Prant Officer-Dabhoi function and discharge the duties as Collector under the provisions of the Act in respect of these lands.

(6) Objection to the acquisition, if any, may be find the person interested within 60 (Sixty Days) from the date of the publication of this notification as provided under Section 15 of the ACT before Collector or Deputy Collector and Prant Officer-Dabhoi.

ક્રર્માંઃ અમ-મ-૨૦૨૬-૨૭-જચડ-૧૪૨૦૨૫-૧૨૦૪-ઘઃ જમીન સંપાદન, પુનઃસ્થાપન અને પુનવવસનમાં વાજબી વળતર અને પારદશિવતાનો અર્ધિાર અધિનિયમ, ૨૦૧૩) (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો)નીર્ લમ-૧૧ની પેટાર્ લમ-(૧) હેઠળ (હવે પછી તેનો "સદરહુ અધિનિયમ" તેમ ઉલ્લેખ ર્રવામાં આવશે.) ગુજરાત સર્રાર આથી જાહેરર્ રે છેર્ ે આ સાથે જોડેલ અનુસૂચિમાં બતાવવામાં આવેલ જમીનોની જાહેર હેતુ માટે એટલેર્ ે "વડોદરા-ડભોઇ-ર્એતાનગર(સ્ટે્િયુ ઓફ યુનિટી)ને જોડતાં હાઇ-સ્પીડર્ ોરીડોરના બાંર્ધામ"ના પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે જરૂર છે.

૨. આથી જાહેરર્ રે છેર્ ે:

(૧) ઉપર જણાવેલ પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે જરૂરી જમીન ર્ુલ ક્ષેત્રફળ હે. ૦૯-૨૫-૦૯ ચો.મી. છે અને તે મોજે. સીતપુર, તા. ડભોઇ, જિ. વડોદરામાં આવેલ છે.

(૨) ઉપર જણાવેલ પ્રોજેક્ટમાં નીચે મુજબના જાહેર હિતનો સમાવેશ થાય છે. "વડોદરા-ડભોઇ-ર્એતાનગર (સ્ટે્િયુ ઓફ યુનિટી)ને જોડતાં હાઇ-સ્પીડર્ ોરીડોરના બાંર્ધામ"ના આંતરમાળર્ખાીય પ્રોજેક્ટના બાંર્ધામ માટે.

(૩) અસરગ્રસ્ત વ્યચિઓને ખસેડવાની જરૂરનાર્ ારણો નીચે મુજબ છે. "વડોદરા-ડભોઇ-ર્એતાનગર (સ્ટે્િયુ ઓફ યુનિટી)ને જોડતાં હાઇ-સ્પીડર્ ોરીડોરના બાંર્ધામ" માટે અનુસૂચિત વિસ્તારની જમીન સંપાદનનાર્ ારણે.

(૪) સામાર્જિ અસરોના મૂલર્યાંન અહેવાલ સંક્ષિપ્તમાં નીચે મુજબ છે. ગુજરાત અધિનિયમ-૧૨/૨૦૧૬ની ર્લમ-૧૦(એ) હેઠળ મહેસૂલ વિભાગના ગુજરાત સર્રારના જાહેરનામા ક્રર્માં: અમ-મ-૨૦૨૫-૪૮૭-જવડ-૧૪૨૦૨૫-૧૨૦૪-ઘ, તા.૨૨/૦૭/૨૦૨૫ થી મુચિ આપવામાં આવેલ છે. અધિનિયમનીર્ લમ-૧૦(એ) હેઠળ સામાર્જિ અસરોના મૂલર્યાંનનો સંક્ષિપ્ત અહેવાલ આપવો જરૂરી નથી.

(૫) અધિનિયમનીર્ લમ-૪૩ હેઠળ નિયુચર્ રવામાં આવેલ વહીવટદારની વિગતો નીચે મુજબ છે. - નાયબર્ લેક્ટર અને પ્રાંત અર્ધિારીશ્રી, ડભોઇ.

૩. આ જમીનોમાં હિત ધરાવતી તમામ વ્યચિઓને આથી જાણર્ રવામાં આવે છેર્ ેર્ ોઇ પણ સવેયરને અથવા અન્યર્ મવચારીઓને આ જમીન પર દાખાલ થવા અને જમીનનો સવે ર્રવા અર્ટાવવા નહીં. આ જાહેરનામુ ં બહાર પાડ્યા ર્લેક્ટરની પરવાનગી વગર આ જમીનની ર્ે તેના ર્ોઇ ભાગની ર્ોઇ પણ સ્વરૂપે તબદીલી જેમાં વેચાણ, ભાડા પટ્ટે આપવી, ગીરવે ર્મુવી, નામ બદલવુ ં અથવા નોંધણીમાં ફેરફારર્ રવા નહીં. જો તેમર્ રવામાં આવે તો અધિનિયમનીર્ લમ-૨૭ હેઠળ જમીન સંપાદનના વળતરનુ ં મૂલર્યાંનર્ રતી વખતે આવા ફેરફાર પર વિચારણાર્ રવામાં નહીં આવે.

૪. ગુજરાત સર્રારને જો ઉપર જણાવેલ જાહેર હેતુ માટે જમીન સંપાદનર્ રવા અંગે સંતોષ થશે તો સદરહુ અધિનિયમનીર્ લમ-૧૯ હેઠળ, અધિનિયમમાં નિયતર્ રેલ સમયમયાવદામાંની અંદર આખરી જાહેરનામુ ં બહાર પાડશે. જો સંપાદનર્ રવાનુ ં આંર્શિ રીતે અથવા પૂરેપૂરી રીતે રદર્ રવામાં આવે તો ર્ર્હીત અધિનિયમની જોગવાઈ યોગ્ય રીતે જાહેરર્ રવાની રહેશે. તે મતલબનુ ં છેવટનુ ં જાહેરનામુ ં યોગ્ય સમયમાંર્ ાયદાનુસાર પ્રસિદ્ધર્ રવામાં આવશે. સંપાદન અંશત:ર્ ે પૂણવત: જતુ ંર્ યુ વ હોય તો તે ર્ર્હીતર્ ાયદાનુસાર યોગ્ય રીતે જાહેર ર્રવામાં આવશે.

૫. સદરહુ અધિનિયમની ર્લમ- ૩(જ) હેઠળ મળેલ સત્તાની રૂએ નાયબ ર્લેક્ટર અને પ્રાંત અર્ધિારીશ્રી, ડભોઇને અધિનિયમની જોગવાઈઓ હેઠળ આ જમીનો માટેર્ લેક્ટર તર્રીે ફરજો બજાવવા માટે નિયુચર્ રે છે.

૬. આ જાહેરનામા પ્રસિદ્ધિની તારીખથી ૬૦ દિવસની અંદર અધિનિયમનીર્ લમ-૧૫ મુજબ જોર્ ોઇને સંપાદન બાબતે વાંધો હોય તો તેઓ ર્લમ-૧૫ હેઠળર્ લેક્ટર અથવા નાયબર્ લેક્ટર અને પ્રાંત અર્ધિારીશ્રી, ડભોઇને રજૂઆતર્ રી ર્શશે.
