No. AM-M-2026-31-LNV-172023-363-GH: Whereas the Government of Gujarat, vide its Notification No. AM-M- 2025-18-LNV-172023-363-GH, Dated: 09/01/2025 issued under section Section-19(1) of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013 has declared that the land specified in the SCHEDULE annexed thereto of Village: Undach Luhar Faliya, Ta. Gandevi, Dist. Navsari is required for the acquisition for the public purpose of "Upgradation and strengthening of existing tiers of Vaghrech Recharge Project and Protection Work"
The Government of Gujarat, as having its opinion that, the circumstance so exist for justifying extension of period of the aforesaid notification u/s 19(1) of the Act, in exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to section-25 of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013, hereby extend the Period of 12(twelve) months to the aforesaid notification of 19(1) of the Act, for pronouncement of an Award under section-23 of the act. The period of 12(twelve) months will be effective from the date of 09/01/2026.

સદરહંર્ ાયદાનીર્ લમ-૧૯(૧)ના સદરહં જાહેરનામાની અમલવારીનો સમય લંબાવવા માટેના વ્યાજબીપણાને સમથવન આપતાં પુરતા ર્ારણો અસ્સ્તત્વ ધરાવે છે તેવો અચિપ્રાય થતો હોવાથી જમીન સંપાદન, પુનઃસ્થાપન અને પુનવવસનમાં વાજબી વળતર અને પારદશિવતાનો અર્ધિાર અધિનિયમ, ૨૦૧૩નીર્ લમ-૨૫ની જોગવાઇથી મળેલ સત્તાની રૂએ ગુજરાત સર્રાર આર્ ાયદાનીર્ લમ-૨૩ હેઠળ જાહેરર્ રવાના એવોડવ માટે સદરહર્ ાયદાનીર્ લમ-૧૯(૧)ના જાહેરનામાની મુદત વધુ ૧૨(બાર) મહિના સુધી વધારી આપે છે. આ બાર મહિનાનો સમયગાળો તા.૦૯/૦૧/૨૦૨૬ થી અમલમાં આવશે.
