Resettlement Act, 2013) (30 of 2013)

No. AM-M-2026-33-LSU-2024-1323-GH: Whereas the Government of Gujarat, vide its Notification No. AM-M- 2025-20-LSU-2024-1323-GH, Dated: 09/01/2025 issued under section section-11(1) of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013 has notified that land bearing Block No. / Survey No. of Village: Abhava, Ta. Majura, Dist. Surat in the said notification is needed for the public purpose of "Expansion of Surat Airport".
The Government of Gujarat, as having its opinion that, the circumstance so exist for justifying extension of period of the aforesaid notification u/s 11(1) of the Act, in exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to section-19(7) of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013, hereby extend the Period of 12 (twelve) months to the aforesaid notification of 11(1) of the Act, publication of the declaration under section-19(1) of the act. The period of 12 (twelve) months will be effective from the date of 09/01/2026.

ક્રર્માં: અમ-મ-૨૦૨૬-૩૩-જસત-૨૦૨૪-૧૩૨૩-ઘઃ જમીન સંપાદન, પુન:સ્થાપન અને પુનવવસવાટમાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદશિવતા અર્ધિાર અધિનિયમ-૨૦૧૩ની ર્લમ-૧૧(૧) હેઠળ બહાર પાડેલ સર્રારશ્રીના જાહેરનામા ક્રર્માં: અમ-મ-૨૦૨૫-૨૦-જસત-૨૦૨૪- ૧૩૨૩-ઘ, તા.૦૯/૦૧/૨૦૨૫ થી રાજ્ય સર્રારે એવુ ં નિકદચષ્ટ ર્રેલ છે ર્ે, મોજે. આભવા, તા. મજુરા, જિ.સુરતની ઉક્ત જાહેરનામાની અનુસૂચિમાં દશાવવેલ સવે નંબર વાળી જમીન સુરત હવાઈપટ્ટીના વિસ્ૃર્તિરણના જાહેર હેતુ માટે સંપાદનર્ રવા માટે જરૂ૨ છે.
સદરહંર્ ાયદાનીર્ લમ-૧૧(૧)ના સદરહં જાહેરનામાની અમલવારીનો સમય લંબાવવા માટેના વ્યાજબીપણાને સમથવન આપતાં પુરતા ર્ારણો અસ્સ્તત્વ ધરાવે છે તેવો અભિપ્રાય થતો હોવાથી, જમીન સંપાદન, પુન:સ્થાપન અને પુનવવસવાટમાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદશિવતા અર્ધિાર અધિનિયમ-૨૦૧૩ની ર્લમ-૧૯(૭)ના પ્રોવીઝોથી મળેલ સત્તાની રૂએ ગુજરાત સર્રાર આ ર્ાયદાની ર્લમ-૧૯(૧) હેઠળ પ્રસિદ્ધ ર્રવાના જાહેરનામા માટે સદરહ ર્ાયદાની ર્લમ-૧૧(૧)ના જાહેરનામાની મુદત વધુ ૧૨(બાર) મહિના સુધી વધારી આપે છે. આ બાર મહિનાનો સમયગાળો તા. ૦૯/૦૧/૨૦૨૬ થી અમલમાં આવશે.
