(The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and

Resettlement Act, 2013) (30 of 2013)

District:- Patan

No:- AM-M-2026-09-LPT-142025-3086-GH: Whereas it appears to the Government of Gujarat, that the land is likely to be needed for public purpose viz. for the purpose of construction of the infrastructure project of "Chansma-Patan- Deesa (S.H.) Km. 88/00 to 100/00 Fly over bridge siddhpur char rasta service Road".

(1) Now therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section (2) of "The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) (herein after referred to as "The Act") and the Rules made there-under, it is hereby notified that the Government of Gujarat intends to acquire the said land for the public purpose of the infrastructure project specified above.

(2) Now whereas a proposal is made for acquisition of the above mentioned proposed project of "Chansma-Patan- Deesa (S.H.) Km. 88/00 to 100/00 Fly over bridge siddhpur char rasta service Road" the bare minimum area of land to be acquired, for the Project is H.A. 00-25-10 Sq.mtr. and is situated within the boundary limit of :

Village: Patan City, Taluka: Patan, Dist. Patan.

(3) Now whereas it appears to the State Government that it is expedient to exempt in public interest such area of H.A. 00-25-10 Sq.mtr. of land to be acquired, for the above stated infrastructure project, from the application of the provision of chapter II and III of the Act. 9-1 I-B Ex.-⁹ 9-2 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, EX., 06-01-2026 [ PART I-B (4) Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(A) of The Act [inserted by section 3 of The RFCTLARR (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 2016] (Gujarat Act No. 12 of 2016) The Government of Gujarat, hereby exempt in public interest, the area of H.A. 00-25-10 Sq.mtr. land is situated within the boundary limit of : Village: Patan City, Taluka: Patan, Dist. Patan to be acquired for the "Chansma-Patan-Deesa (S.H.) Km. 88/00

to 100/00 Fly over bridge siddhpur char rasta service Road" from the application of the provision of chapter II and III of The Act.

ં ઓવર બ્રીજ સિદ્ધપૂર ચાર રસ્તાના સવિચસ રોડ"ના જાહેર હેતુના આંતરમાળખાચીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે જમીનની જરૂર પડવાનો સંભવ છે, એવુ ગુજરાત સરચારને જણાય છે.

(૧) તેથી જમીન સંપાદન, પુન:સ્થાપન અને પુનચવસનમાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદકચચતા અધિચાર અધિનિયમ-૨૦૧૩ (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો) (જેનો આમાં હવે પછી "સદરહુ અધિનિયમ" તેમ ઉલ્લેખ ચરવામાં આવેલ છે તે) ની ચલમ-૨(૧) તથા તે અંગેના નિયમોથી મળેલ અધિચાર અન્વયે ગુજરાત સરચાર આથી ઉપરોક્ત આંતરમાળખાચીય પ્રોજેક્ટના જાહેર હેતુ માટે ચાયદાનુસાર સંપાદન ચરવાનો ઈરાદો જાહેર ચરે છે.

(૨) હવે જ્યારે ઉક્ત સૂચિત પ્રોજેક્ટ "ચાણસ્મા -પાટણ-ડીસા(એસ.એચ.)ર્ ચ.મી. ૮૮/૦૦ થી ૧૦૦/૦૦ ફ્લાય ઓવર બ્રીજ સિદ્ધપૂર ચાર રસ્તાના સવિચસ રોડ"ના જાહેર હેતુ માટે જમીન સંપાદન માટેની દરખાસ્ત રજૂ થયેલ છે, ત્યારે આ પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સંપાદન ચરવાની થતી ઉપરોક્ત ઓછામાં ઓછી જમીનનો ચુલ વિસ્તાર હે.આરે. ૦૦-૨૫-૧૦ ચો.મી. છે અને તે મોજે. પાટણ કહેર, તા. પાટણ, જિ. પાટણની હદમાં આવેલ છે.

(૩) હવે જ્યારે ઉપરોક્ત આંતરમાળખાચીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સદરહુ સંપાદન ચરવાની થતી ક્ષેત્રફળ હે.આરે. ૦૦-૨૫-૧૦ ચો.મી. જમીનને સદરહુ અધિનિયમના પ્રચરણ-૨ અને ૩ની જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાંથી મુક્તિ આપવાનુ ં રાજ્ય સરચારને જાહેર હિતમાં આવશ્યચ જણાય છે.

(૪) તેથી સદરહુ અધિનિયમની ચલમ-૧૦(એ) (જમીન સંપાદન, પુનઃસ્થાપન અને પુનચવસનમાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદકચચતા (ગુજરાત સુધારા) અધિનિયમ-૨૦૧૬ (૨૦૧૬નો ગુજરાત અધિનિયમ-નં.૧૨)ની ચલમ-૩થી દાખલ ચરેલ) થી મળેલ અધિચારો અન્વયે, રાજ્ય સરચાર આથી જાહેર હિતમાં "ચાણસ્મા -પાટણ-ડીસા(એસ.એચ.) ર્ચ.મી. ૮૮/૦૦ થી ૧૦૦/૦૦ ફ્લાય ઓવર બ્રીજ સિદ્ધપૂર ચાર રસ્તાના સવિચસ રોડ"ના આંતરમાળખાચીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સંપાદન થતી જમીનમાં સમાવિષ્ટ થયેલ મોજે. પાટણ કહેર, તા. પાટણ, જિ.પાટણની ક્ષેત્રફળ હે.આરે. ૦૦-૨૫-૧૦ ચો.મી. જમીનને સદરહુ અધિનિયમના પ્રચરણ-૨ અને ૩ની જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાંથી મુક્તિ આપે છે.
