The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and

Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013)

No: AM-M-2026-65-LSK-1425-1535-CH:- Whereas it appears to the Government of Gujarat, that the land is likely to be needed for public purpose viz. for the purpose of construction of the infrastructure project of "Connstruction of Six Lane Bridge on Sabarmati River on Mehsana-Himmatnagar Road (SH-55) at K.m. Ch. 146/700".

(1) Now therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section (2) of "The Right to fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) (herein after referred to as "The Act") and the Rules made there-under, it is hereby notified that the Government of Gujarat intends to acquire the said land for the public purpose of the infrastructure project specified above.

(2) Now whereas a proposal is made for acquisition of the above mentioned proposed project of "Connstruction of Six Lane Bridge on Sabarmati River on Mehsana-Himmatnagar Road (SH-55) at K.m. Ch. 146/700" the bare minimum area of land to be acquired, for the Project is 156 Sq.mtr. land and is situated within the boundary limit of Village: Derol, Taluka: Himmatnagar, Dist: Sabarkantha.

(3) Now whereas it appears to the State Government that it is expedient to exempt in public interest such area of 156 Sq.mtr. of land to be acquired, for the above stated infrastructure project, from the application of the provision of chapter II and III of the Act. 67-1 I-B Ex.-⁶⁷ 67-2 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, EX., 15-01-2026 [ PART I-B (4) Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(A) of The Act [inserted by section 3 of The RFCTLARR (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 2016] (Gujarat Act No. 12 of 2016) The Government of Gujarat, hereby exempt in public interest, the area of 156 Sq.mtr. land is situated within the boundary limit of Village: Derol, Taluka: Himmatnagar, Dist: Sabarkantha to be acquired for the "Connstruction of Six Lane Bridge on

Sabarmati River on Mehsana-Himmatnagar Road (SH-55) at K.m. Ch. 146/700" from the application of the provision of chapter II and III of The Act.

ક્રર્માં: અમ-મ-૨૦૨૬-૬૫-જસબ-૧૪૨૫-૧૫૩૫-:િ- "મહેસાણા-હિચંમતનગર રોડ (SH-55) ર્ચ.મી.૧૪૬/૭૦૦ પર સાબરમતી નદી ઉપર નવીન છ માગીય બ્રીજ બનાવવા"ના જાહેર હેતુના આંતરમાળખાચીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે જમીનની જરૂર પડવાનો સંભવ છે, એવુ ં ગુજરાત સરચારને જણાય છે.

(૧) તેથી જમીન સંપાદન, પુન:સ્થાપન અને પુનનવસનમાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદકનચતા અધિચાર અધિનિયમ-૨૦૧૩) (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો) (જેનો આમાં હવે પછી "સદરહચં અધિનિયમ" તેમ ઉલ્લેખ ચરવામાં આવેલ છે તે)ની ચલમ-૨(૧) તથા તે અંગેના નિયમોથી મળેલ અધિચાર અન્વયે ગુજરાત સરચાર આથી ઉપરોક્ત આંતરમાળખાચીય પ્રોજેક્ટના જાહેર હેતુ માટે ચાયદાનુસાર સંપાદન ચરવાનો ઈરાદો જાહેર ચરે છે.

(૨) હવે જ્યારે ઉક્ત સૂચિત પ્રોજેક્ટ "મહેસાણા-હિચંમતનગર રોડ (SH-55) ર્ચ.મી.૧૪૬/૭૦૦ પર સાબરમતી નદી ઉપર નવીન છ માગીય બ્રીજ બનાવવા"ના જાહેર હેતુમાટે જમીન સંપાદન માટેની દરખાસ્ત રજુ થયેલ છે, ત્યારે આ પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સંપાદન ચરવાની થતી ઉપરોક્ત ઓછામાં ઓછી જમીનનો ચુલ વિસ્તાર ૧૫૬ ચો.મી. છે અને તે મોજે. દેરોલ, તા. હિચંમતનગર, જિ. સાબરચાંઠાની હદમાં આવેલ છે.

(૩) હવે જ્યારે ઉપરોક્ત આંતરમાળખાચીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સદરહચં સંપાદન ચરવાની થતી ક્ષેત્રફળ ૧૫૬ ચો.મી. જમીનને સદરહચં અધિનિયમના પ્રચરણ-૨ અને ૩ની જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાંથી મુક્તિ આપવાનુ ં રાજ્ય સરચારને જાહેર હિતમાં આવશ્યચ જણાય છે.

(૪) તેથી સદરહચં અધિનિયમની ચલમ-૧૦(એ) (જમીન સંપાદન, પુન:સ્થાપન અને પુનનવસનમાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદકનચતા (ગુજરાત સુધારા) અધિનિયમ-૨૦૧૬ (૨૦૧૬નો ગુજરાત અધિનિયમ-નં.૧૨)ની ચલમ-૩થી દાખલ ચરેલ) થી મળેલ અધિચારો અન્વયે, રાજ્ય સરચાર આથી જાહેર હિતમાં "મહેસાણા-હિચંમતનગર રોડ (SH-55) ર્ચ.મી.૧૪૬/૭૦૦ પર સાબરમતી નદી ઉપર નવીન છ માગીય બ્રીજ બનાવવા"ના આંતરમાળખાચીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સંપાદન થતી જમીનમાં સમાવિષ્ટ થયેલ મોજે. દેરોલ, તા. હિચંમતનગર, જિ. સાબરચાંઠાની ક્ષેત્રફળ ૧૫૬ ચો.મી. જમીનને સદરહચં અધિનિયમના પ્રચરણ-૨ અને ૩ની જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાંથી મુક્તિ આપે છે.
