Ganeshkumar Rajeswarrao Selukar & Ors. vs. Mahendra Bhaskar Limaye & Ors., the Government of Gujarat hereby extends the term of Presidents of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission as mentioned below:

3-1 IV-A Ex.-3 3-2 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, EX., 17-01-2026 [ PART IV-A are hereby extended from the date of their superannuation until regular appointment is made to the post of President of District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission under the new/revised rules to be issued by the Government of India pursuant to the aforementioned judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court or up to one year from the date of their superannuation whichever is earlier, or until any other order is issued.
