NOTIFICATION

Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 17th January, 2026

No. GHE-2026-(05)-GPC-11-2025-2514-E:- whereas by notification of the Government of Gujarat, Energy and Petrochemicals Department, Gandhinagar Notification No. GHE-2025-(115)-GPC-11-2025-1776-E, dated 6th September- 2025, issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Gujarat Water and Gas Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in land) Act, 2000. The State Government declared it's intention to acquire the Right of User in land specified in the Schedule annexed to that notification for purpose of laying the pipeline for transportation of Natural Gas from Village Angam, Taluka Umargam, District Valsad to Village Bhilad, Taluka Umargam, District Valsad (Silvasa Spurline), a gas pipeline should be laid by the Gujarat State Petronet Limited (a Subsidiary Company of Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Ltd. – a Government of Gujarat undertaking) Gandhinagar.

And whereas, the copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the public on 04.10.2025.

And whereas the Competent Authority has under sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the said, Act submitted report to the Government.

2-12-2 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, EX., 17-01-2026 [ PART IV-B And whereas, the State Government has after considering the said report decided to acquire the Right of User in the land specified in the Schedule annexed to this notification.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, the State Government hereby declares that the right of user in the said land specified in the Schedule annexed to this notification hereby acquired for laying the pipeline.

And further, in exercise of Powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 6 of the said Act, the State Government directs that the right of user in the said land shall instead of vesting the State Government vests on this date of the publication of this declaration in the Gujarat State Petronet Ltd, (a Subsidiary Company of Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation ltd. - a Government of Gujarat undertaking) Gandhinagar free from all encumbrances.

ક્રર્ચાં: જીએઈિ-૨૦૨૫-(૦૫)-જીપીસી-૧૧-૨૦૨૫-૨૫૧૪-ઈઃ- આથી ગુજરાત સર્રારને ગુજરાત પાણી અને ગેસ પાઇપલાઇન (જમીનમાંના વપરાર્શારોનો હક્ક સંપાદચત ર્રવા બાબત) અધિનિયમ–૨૦૦૦ની ર્લમ ૩ની પેટા ર્લમ (૧) થી પ્રાપ્ત થયેલ સત્તા અન્વયે ગુજરાત સર્રારના ઉજાા અને પેટ્ર્રોેર્મિલ્સ વિભાગના જાહેરનામા ક્રર્માંઃ જીએચઈ-૨૦૨૫-(૧૧૫)-જીપીસી-૧૧-૨૦૨૫-૧૭૭૬-ઈ, તારીખ ૬ઠ્ઠી સપ્ટેમ્બર, ૨૦૨૫ થી તે સાથે જોડેલ અનુસૂચિમાં વણાનર્ રેલ જમીનમાંર્ ુચરતી ગેસ પરીવહન માટે વલસાડ જિલ્લાના ઊમરગામ તાર્લુાના અણગામ ગામથી વલસાડ જિલ્લાના ઊમરગામ તાર્લુાના ભીલાડ ગામ સુધી (સીલવાસા સ્પરલાઈન) ગુજરાત સ્ટેટ પેટ્રોનેટ લિમિટેડ (ગુજરાત સર્રારના સાહસ–ગુજરાત સ્ટેટ પેટ્રોલિયમર્ ોપોરેશન લિમિટેડની ગૌણર્ ંપની) ગાંધીનગર, દ્વારા ગેસ પાઇપલાઇન નાંખવાના હેતુ માટે જમીનોના વપરાર્શારોનો હક્ક સંપાદચતર્ રવાનો ઈરાચો જાહેરર્ રેલ છે.

આ જાહેરનામામાં પ્રસિદ્ધ થયેલ જાહેરનામાની વિગતો સામાન્ય જનતાને તારીખ: ૦૪.૧૦.૨૦૨૫ના રોજ ઉપલબ્ધ ર્રાવવામાં આવી હતી.

અને આ સાથે હવે સક્ષમ સત્તાર્ધિારીએર્ લમ ૬ની પેર્ટાલમ ૧ હેઠળ ગુજરાત સર્રારને ચરખાસ્ત રજૂર્ રેલી છે.

અને આથી, હવે રાજ્ય સર્રારે વિચારણાના અંતે જાહેરનામા સાથે જોડેલ અનુસૂચિમાં વણાનર્ રેલી જમીનોમાં ગેસ પાઇપલાઇન નાંખવા માટે વપરાર્શારના હક્ક સંપાદચતર્ રવાનુ ં જરૂરી જણાય છે. અનેર્ લમ ૬ની પેટાર્ લમ–૪ અન્વયેની સત્તા હેઠળ રાજ્ય સર્રારે આચેશર્ રેલ છે ર્ે આ જમીનો રાજ્ય સર્રારમાં નિહિત થવાને બચલે ગુજરાત સ્ટેટ પેટ્રોનેટ લિમિટેડ, (ગુજરાત સર્રારના સાહસ–ગુજરાત સ્ટેટ પેટ્રોલિયમ ર્ોપોરેશન લિમિટેડની ગૌણર્ ંપની) ગાંધીનગરનેર્ ોઈપણ જાતના બોજા રહિત આ જાહેરનામુ ં પ્રસિદ્ધ થાય તે તારીખથી પ્રાપ્ત થશે.
