NOTIFICATION
Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 30th September, 2026
THE GUJARAT TOWN PLANNING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1976.
No.GH/V/184 OF 2026/UDUHD/DVP/e-file/18/2026/3411/L-PF1 : WHEREAS, the Final Development Plan of Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority was sanctioned under Government Notification, Urban Development and Urban Housing Department No.GH/V/207 of 2014/DVP-112013-4777-L, dated 20.12.2014 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Development Plan" and "the said Authority");
AND WHEREAS, the said Authority has send the proposal for variation under section 19(1) of the said Act in the said Development Plan was considered by the State Government;
AND WHEREAS, the variation proposed to be made in the said Development Plan was published, as required by the Section 19(1) of the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976 (President's Act No. 27 of 1976) (hereinafter referred as to "the said Act"), in the Gujarat Government Gazette extraordinary Part IV-B dtd.13.07.2026 on page no.196-1 to 196-2 under Government Notification, Urban Development and Urban Housing Department No.GH/V/140 of 2026/UDUHD/ DVP/e-file/18/2026/3411/L-PF1, dtd.10.07.2026 along with a notice calling upon any 278-2 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, EX., 01-10-2026 [ PART IV-B AND WHEREAS, the Government of Gujarat has not received any suggestion or objection; NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by the section 19 of the said Act, the Government of Gujarat hereby:- (a) Sanction the said variation to be made in the said Development Plan, as set out in Schedule below;
(b) Specify that the variation so set out shall come into force from the date of this notification.
SCHEDULE
Variation in the said Development Plan of the said Authority sanctioned by Government Notification, Urban Development and Urban Housing Department No.GH/V/207 of 2014/DVP-112013-4777-L, dated 20.12.2014.
1. The 90.0 mtr. wide DP road earmarked as P-Q-R-S-T-U shall be realigned as P-Q1-R1-S1-T1-U with P-Q retained as 90.0 mtr. wide road and the land under P-Q1 is proposed as D.P.Road under section (12)(2)(d) of the said Act and the land thus released shall be designated under the relevant zone under section 12(2)(a) the said Act, as shown in the accompanying plan.
2. The 30.0 mtr wide new DP road earmarked as A-B and 12.0 mtr wide new DP road earmarked as S-S1 shall be proposed under section (12)(2)(d) of the said Act, as shown in the accompanying plan.
