Resettlement Act, 2013) (30 of 2013)

No. AM-M-2026-1041-LNV-142026-456-GH: In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013 (No. 30 of 2013)(hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), the Government of Gujarat hereby declares that the land / lands mentioned in the Schedule annexed hereto is / are required for the purpose of acquisition for the public purpose of "Strengthening the existing road from Sanwalla Tankal Rankuva Rumla Karanjaveri Road km 0/000 to 38/400 to 4-lane and construction of a new major bridge next to the existing bridge."

I-B Ex.-¹¹⁴¹1141-2 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, EX., 05-10-2026 [ PART I-B (2) It is notified that, - (1) The area of land / lands required for the above project is H.A. 00-29-40 Sq.mt. and is at Kaliyari Village of Chikhli Taluka of Navsari District;

(2) The public purpose involved in the above project are: For the purpose of construction of the infrastructure project of "Strengthening the existing road from Sanwalla Tankal Rankuva Rumla Karanjaveri Road km 0/000 to 38/400 to 4-lane and construction of a new major bridge next to the existing bridge."

(3) The reasons necessitating the displacement of the affected persons are –

Due to acquisition of the Land, specified in the SCHEDULE for public purpose of "Strengthening the existing road from Sanwalla Tankal Rankuva Rumla Karanjaveri Road km 0/000 to 38/400 to 4-lane and construction of a new major bridge next to the existing bridge."

(4) The summary of the Social Impact Assessment Report is as under : Under Section 10A of the Gujarat Act of 12 of 2016, exemption is given under Section 10A of the Act vide Revenue department, Government of Gujarat Notification No:- AM-M-2026-322--LNV-142026-456-GH. Dated:-24.03.2026 it is not required for the summary of the Social Impact Assessment Report.

(5) The particulars of the Administrator appointment under section 43 of the Act are as under–Prant Officer, Chikhali.

(3) All the persons interested in these lands are hereby notified not to obstruct and disturb any Surveyor or other staff to enter upon and survey the land. Any transaction in respect of whole or part of these lands in whatsoever manner including by sale, lease, mortgage, change of name, exchange entered into after the date of this Notification made without permission of the Collector shall not be taken into consideration by the officer assessing the compensation under section 27 of the Act for a particular portion of the land as may be finally acquired.

(4) The Government of Gujarat, if satisfied about acquisition of the land for aforesaid public purpose, may publish final declaration under section 19 of the Act in this regard in the manner and timeframe so prescribed under the Act. In case the acquisition is dropped partially or entirely, such facts shall be notified in a proper manner as provided under the Act.

(5) In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 3(g) of the said Act, the State Government hereby appoints the Prant Officer, Chikhali to perform the functions of the Collector under the provisions of the said Act in respect of the aforesaid lands, except the powers vested under Sections 17(1) and 17(2) of the Act.

(6) Objection to the acquisition, if any, may be find the person interested within 60 (Sixty Days) from the date of the publication of this notification as provided under Section 15 of the Act before Prant Officer, Chikhali.

ક્રર્માંઃ અમ-મ-૨૦૨૬-૧૦૪૧-જનચ-૧૪ર૦ર૬-૪૫૬-ઘ: જમીન સંપાદન, પુનઃસ્થાપન અને પુનવવસનમાં વાજબી વળતર અને પારદશિવતાનો અર્ધિાર અધિનિયમ, ૨૦૧૩) (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો)નીર્ લમ-૧૧ની પેટાર્ લમ-(૧) હેઠળ (હવે પછી તેનો "સદરહં અધિનિયમ" તેમ ઉલ્લેખર્ રવામાં આવશે.) ગુજરાત સર્રાર આથી જાહેરર્ રે છેર્ ે આ સાથે જોડેલ અનુસૂચિમાં બતાવવામાં આવેલ જમીનોની જાહેર હેતુ માટે એટલેર્ ે "સણવલ્લા ર્ટાંલ રાર્નુવા રૂમલાર્ ંરજવેરી રોડર્ ી.મી.૦/૦૦૦ થી ૩૮/૪૦૦ રોડના હયાત રોડને ૪ માગીય મજબુર્તીરણ તથા હયાત ચિજની બાજુમાં નવીન મેજર ચિજ માટે"ના પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે જરૂર છે.

૨. આથી જાહેરર્ રે છેર્ ે:

1. ઉપર જણાવેલ પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે જરૂરી જમીન ર્ુલ ક્ષેત્રફળ હે. ૦૦-૨૯-૪૦ આરે. ચો.મી. છે અને તે મોજે. ર્લીયારી, તા. ચીખલી, જિ. નવસારીમાં આવેલ છે.

2. ઉપર જણાવેલ પ્રોજેક્ટમાં નીચે મુજબના જાહેર હિતનો સમાવેશ થાય છે. "સણવલ્લા ર્ટાંલ રાર્નુવા રૂમલા ર્ંરજવેરી રોડ ર્ી.મી.૦/૦૦૦ થી ૩૮/૪૦૦ રોડના હયાત રોડને ૪ માગીય મજબુર્તીરણ તથા હયાત ચિજની બાજુમાં નવીન મેજર ચિજ માટે"ના આંતરમાળર્ખાીય પ્રોજેક્ટના બાંર્ધામ માટે.

3. અસરગ્રસ્ત વ્યચિઓને ખસેડવાની જરૂરનાર્ ારણો નીચે મુજબ છે. "સણવલ્લા ર્ટાંલ રાર્નુવા રૂમલાર્ ંરજવેરી રોડર્ ી.મી.૦/૦૦૦ થી ૩૮/૪૦૦ રોડના હયાત રોડને ૪ માગીય મજબુર્તીરણ તથા હયાત ચિજની બાજુમાં નવીન મેજર ચિજ માટે" માટે અનુસૂચિત વિસ્તારની જમીન સંપાદનનાર્ ારણે.

4. સામાર્જિ અસરોના મૂલર્યાંન અહેવાલ સંક્ષિપ્તમાં નીચે મુજબ છે. ગુજરાત અધિનિયમ-૧૨/૨૦૧૬નીર્ લમ-૧૦(એ) હેઠળ મહેસૂલ વિભાગના ગુજરાત સર્રારના જાહેરનામા ક્રર્માં: અમ-મ-ર૦ર૬-૩૨૨-જનવ-૧૪ર૦ર૬-૪૫૬-ઘ, તા.૨૪.૦૩.૨૦૨૬ થી મુચિ આપવામાં આવેલ છે. અધિનિયમનીર્ લમ-૧૦(એ) હેઠળ સામાર્જિ અસરોના મૂલર્યાંનનો સંક્ષિપ્ત અહેવાલ આપવો જરૂરી નથી.

5. અધિનિયમનીર્ લમ-૪૩ હેઠળ નિયુચર્ રવામાં આવેલ વહીવટદારની વિગતો નીચે મુજબ છે.

પ્રાંત અર્ધિારીશ્રી, ચીખલી

૩. આ જમીનોમાં હિત ધરાવતી તમામ વ્યચિઓને આથી જાણર્ રવામાં આવે છેર્ ેર્ ોઇ પણ સવેયરને અથવા અન્યર્ મવચારીઓને આ જમીન પર દાખાલ થવા અને જમીનનો સવે ર્રવા અર્ટાવવા નહીં. આ જાહેરનામુ ં બહાર પાડ્યા ર્લેક્ટરની પરવાનગી વગર આ જમીનનીર્ ે તેનાર્ ોઇ ભાગનીર્ ોઇ પણ સ્વરૂપે તબદીલી જેમાં વેચાણ, ભાડા પટ્ટે આપવી, ગીરવે ર્મુવી, નામ બદલવુ ં અથવા નોંધણીમાં ફેરફારર્ રવા નહીં. જો તેમર્ રવામાં આવે તો અધિનિયમનીર્ લમ-૨૭ હેઠળ જમીન સંપાદનના વળતરનુ ં મૂલર્યાંનર્ રતી વખતે આવા ફેરફાર પર વિચારણાર્ રવામાં નહીં આવે.

૪. ગુજરાત સર્રારને જો ઉપર જણાવેલ જાહેર હેતુ માટે જમીન સંપાદનર્ રવા અંગે સંતોષ થશે તો સદરહં અધિનિયમનીર્ લમ-૧૯ હેઠળ, અધિનિયમમાં નિયતર્ રેલ સમયમયાવદામાંની અંદર આખરી જાહેરનામુ ં બહાર પાડશે. જો સંપાદનર્ રવાનુ ં આંર્શિ રીતે અથવા પૂરેપૂરી રીતે રદ ર્રવામાં આવે તો ર્ર્હીત અધિનિયમની જોગવાઈ યોગ્ય રીતે જાહેર ર્રવાની રહેશે. તે મતલબનુ ં છેવટનુ ં જાહેરનામુ ં યોગ્ય સમયમાં ર્ાયદાનુસાર પ્રસિદ્ધ ર્રવામાં આવશે. સંપાદન અંશત: ર્ે પૂણવત: જતુ ં ર્યુ વ હોય તો તે ર્ર્હીત ર્ાયદાનુસાર યોગ્ય રીતે જાહેર ર્રવામાં આવશે.

૫. સદરહં અધિનિયમનીર્ લમ- ૩(જ) હેઠળ મળેલ સત્તાની રૂએ પ્રાંત અર્ધિારીશ્રી, ચીખલીને અધિનિયમની જોગવાઈઓ હેઠળ આ જમીનો માટે સદરહં અધિનિયમનીર્ લમ-૧૭(૧) અને ૧૭(૨) હેઠળની સત્તાઓ સિવાય ર્લેક્ટર તર્રીે ફરજો બજાવવા માટે નિયુચર્ રે છે.

૬. આ જાહેરનામા પ્રસિદ્ધિની તારીખથી ૬૦ દિવસની અંદર અધિનિયમનીર્ લમ-૧૫ મુજબ જોર્ ોઇને સંપાદન બાબતે વાંધો હોય તો તેઓ ર્લમ-૧૫ હેઠળ પ્રાંત અર્ધિારીશ્રી, ચીખલીને રજૂઆતર્ રી ર્શશે.
