No:- AM-M-2026-1042-LNV-142025-973-GH:- Whereas it appears to the Government of Gujarat that land specifiedin the SCHEDULE annexed here to, is likely to be required to "Development of High Speed Corridor from Surat- Sachin-Navsari Six Lane (6 Lane) Km. 26/660 to 30/360 Road" (hereinafter referred to as "The Requiring Body") for the public purpose of construction of infrastructure project of "Development of High Speed Corridor from Surat- Sachin-Navsari Six Lane (6 Lane) Km. 26/660 to 30/360 Road" (hereinafter referred to as "The public purpose Project") 1142-1

Now whereas, the Government of Gujarat, Revenue Department has, in exercise of the powers conferred, by section-10(A) [inserted by section 3 of The Right to Fair compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition and Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 2016 (Gujarat Act No.12 of 2016)] of The Right to Fair compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act.2013 (30 of 2013) (here in after referred to as "The Act") exempted, in public interest, by Notification No : AM-M-2025-389-LNV- 142025-973-GH, Date : 20/06/2025 published in the extraordinary Gazette of Gujarat Government Date:

08/10/2025 the below mentioned Scheduled area of land, to be acquired for the infrastructure project of the Development of High Speed Corridor from Surat-Sachin-Navsari Six Lane (6 Lane) Km. 26/660 to 30/360 Road, form the application of the provision of chapter II and III of The Act, and

2. Now whereas, in exercise of the powers, conferred by sub- section (1) of section-43 of The Act, the Government of Gujarat, has notified, vide their Notification No:- AM-M-2025-389-LNV-142025-973-GH, Date : 20/06/2025 Prant officer, Navsari to function and discharge the duties as the Administrator of Rehabilitation and Resettlement in respect of the scheduled land to be acquired for construction of the captioned infrastructure project, and

3. Now whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) of section 11 of "The Right to Fair compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013" (30 of 2013) (hereinafter referred to as The Act), the Government of Gujarat, has notified, vide their Notification no:- No : AM- M-2025-389-LNV-142025-973-GH, Date : 20/06/2025 that the said Scheduled land is required for the public purpose specified here above,

4. And Whereas, the Government of Gujarat is satisfied after considering the report made by Prant officer, Navsari under sub-section(2) of section 15 of Act, that the said land is needed to be acquired for "The public purpose project" specified in the scheduled here to, and

5. Now therefore, in exercise of the power conferred by sub-section(1) of section 19 The Act, the Government of Gujarat hereby declares that the said scheduled lands is required for the public purpose specified in the schedule hereto.

6. In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 3(g) of the said Act, the Government of Gujarat hereby appoints the Prant officer, Navsari to perform all functions of the Collector under the said Act in respect of the aforesaid lands, except the powers conferred under Sections 17(1) and 17(2) of the Act.

7. The plans, of scheduled lands can be inspected at the office of The Prant officer, Navsari

8. Now whereas, it appears to the Government of Gujarat, that below mentioned lands indicated against Serial Number of SCHEDULE appended with the Government Notification No : AM-M-2025-389-LNV-142025-973- GH, Date : 20/06/2025 are not required for the aforesaid Public Purpose Project, the Governmet of Gujarat hereby, abandons acquisition of these land for the aforesaid "Public Purpose Project"

ક્રર્માં: અમ-મ-૨૦૨૬-૧૦૪૨-જનચ-૧૪૨૦૨૫-૯૭૩-ઘ: આ સાથે સામેલ અનુસૂચિમાં દકાાવવામાં આવેલ જમીનોની જાહેર હેતુ માટે એટલેર્ ે "ડેવલપમેન્ટ ઓફ હાઈ સ્પીડર્ ોરીડોર ફ્રોમ સુરત-સચીન-નવસારી સિક્સ લેન (૬ લેન)ર્ર્ .મી. ૨૬/૬૬૦ થી ૩૦/૩૬૦ રોડ બનાવવા માટેના" (જેનો આમાં હવે પછી "જાહેર હેતુની યોજના" એમ ઉલ્લેખર્ રવામાં આવેલ છે તે) આંતરમાળર્ર્ખાય પ્રોજેક્ટના બાંર્ધામ માટે જરૂર પડવાનો સંભવ છે એવુ ગુજરાત સર્રારને જણાય છે.

૧. હવે જ્યારે ગુજરાત સર્રારના અસાધારણ રાજ્યપત્રમાં પ્રસિદ્ધ થયેલ મહેસૂલ વિભાગના જાહેરનામા ક્રર્માં: અમ-મ-૨૦૨૫-૩૮૯-જનવ- ૧૪૨૦૨૫-૯૭૩-ઘ, તા.૨૦/૦૬/૨૦૨૫ થી ગુજરાત સર્રારે જમીન સંપાદન, પુન:સ્થાપન અને પુન:વસનમાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદકિાતા અર્ધિાર અધિનિયમ-૨૦૧૩ (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો) (જેનો આમાં હવે પછી "સદરહુ અધિનિયમ" તેમ ઉલ્લેખર્ રવામાં આવેલ છે તે) ની ર્લમ-૧૦(એ) (૨૦૧૬ના ગુજરાત અધિનિયમ નં.૧૨ ની ર્લમ-૩ થી દાખલ ર્રેલ) થી મળેલ અર્ધિારો અન્વયે, રાજ્ય સર્રારે જાહેર હિતમાં ડેવલપમેન્ટ ઓફ હાઈ સ્પીડ ર્ોરીડોર ફ્રોમ સુરત-સચીન-નવસારી સિક્સ લેન (૬ લેન) ર્ર્.મી. ૨૬/૬૬૦ થી ૩૦/૩૬૦ રોડ બનાવવા માટેના આંતરમાળાર્ખાીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સંપાદન ર્રવાની નીચે જણાવેલ અનુસૂચિત ક્ષેત્રફળની જમીનને, "સદરહુ અધિનિયમ" ના પ્ર્રરણ ૨ અને ૩ની જોગવાઇઓની અમલવારીમાંથી મુચિ આપેલ છે અને

૨. હવે જ્યારે રાજ્ય સર્રારે "સદરહુ અધિનિયમનીર્ લમ-૪૩(૧) થી મળેલ અર્ધિારોની રૂએ જાહેરનામાં ક્રર્માં: અમ-મ-૨૦૨૫-૭૧૯- જનવ-૧૪૨૦૨૫-૯૭૩-ઘ, તારીખ : ૬/૧૦/૨૦૨૫ થી 'ડેવલપમેન્ટ ઓફ હાઈ સ્પીડર્ ોરીડોર ફ્રોમ સુરત-સચીન-નવસારી સિક્સ લેન (૬ લેન)ર્ર્ .મી. ૨૬/૬૬૦ થી ૩૦/૩૬૦ રોડ" બનાવવા માટેનાં આંતરમાળર્ખાીય પ્રોજેક્ટના બાંર્ધામ માટેની અનુસૂચિત વિસ્તારની જમીનના સંપાદનના સંબંધમાં પ્રાંત અર્ધિારી, નવસારીની પુન: સ્થાપન અને પુનવાસનના વહીવટદાર તર્રીે નિમર્ણૂર્ રેલ છે, અને

૩. હવે જ્યારે જમીન સંપાદન, પુન: સ્થાપન અને પુનવાસનમાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદકિાતા અર્ધિાર અધિનિયમ-૨૦૧૩ (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો) જેનો આમાં હવે પછી "સદરહુ અધિનિયમ" તેમ ઉલ્લેખર્ રવામાં આવેલ છે તે) નીર્ લમ-૧૧ ની પેટાર્ લમ-(૧) થી મળેલ1142-4 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, EX., 05-10-2026 [ PART I-B અર્ધિાર અન્વયે ગુજરાત સર્રારે જાહેરનામા ક્રર્માં : અમ-મ-૨૦૨૫-૭૧૯-જનવ-૧૪૨૦૨૫-૯૭૩-ઘ, તારીખ : ૬/૧૦/૨૦૨૫ થી ઉચ જમીનો, ઉપરોચ સાવાજર્નિ હેતુ માટે જરૂરી છે, તેમ જાહેરર્ રેલ છે, અને

૪. હવે જ્યારે સદરહુ અધિનિયમની ર્લમ-૧૫ની પેટા ર્લમ-૨ નીચેના પ્રાંત અર્ધિારી, નવસારીના અહેવાલને વિચારણામાં લીધા બાદ રાજ્ય સર્રારને એવો સંતોષ થયેલ છેર્ ે, સદરહુ અનુસૂચિત જમીનો સદરહુ "જાહેર હેતુની યોજના" માટે જરૂરી છે, અને

૫. તેથી હવે, "સદરહુ અધિનિયમ"નીર્ લમ-૧૯" થી મળેલ અર્ધિારો અન્વયે રાજ્ય સર્રાર આથી જાહેર ર્રે છે ર્ે, સદરહુ અનુસૂચિત જમીનો સદરહુ "જાહેર હેતુની યોજના માટે જરૂરી છે.

૬. ગુજરાત સર્રાર, સદરહુ અધિનિયનીર્ લમ-૩(જ) થી મળેલ સત્તા અન્વયે, ઉચ જમીનોના સંબંધમાં "સદરહુ અધિનિયમ" નીચે હવે પછી ર્લેક્ટર તર્રીેર્ રવાના તમામર્ ાયો બજાવવા માટે, પ્રાંત અર્ધિારી, નવસારીની નિમર્ણૂર્ રે છે.

૭. સદરહુ અનુસૂચિત જમીનોના ર્નકા, પ્રાંત અર્ધિારી, નવસારીનીર્ ચેરી ખાતે તપાસર્ રી ર્કાકે.

૮. તા.૦૬/૧૦/૨૦૨૫ સર્રારશ્રી જાહેરનામાં ક્રર્માં : અમ-મ-૨૦૨૫-૭૧૯-જનવ-૧૪૨૦૨૫-૯૭૩-ઘ, સાથેની અનુસૂચિમાં નીચેની વિગતે અનુક્રમ નંબર સામે દકાાવેલ જમીન ઉપર જણાવેલ જાહેર હેતુ માટે જરૂરી નથી તેમ ગુજરાત સર્રારને આથી જણાય છે. તેથી તેCENTRAL SECTION ] GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, EX., 05-10-2026 1142-5 જમીનોનુ ં ઉપર દકાાવેલ હેતુ માટેનુ ં સંપાદન આથી પડતુ ર્મુવામાં આવે છે. અને ગુજરાત સર્રાર એવુ ફરમાવે છે ઉચ અનુક્રમવાળી નીચે દકાાવેલ જમીનના સંબંધમાં તતપુરતુ જાહેરનામુ ં રદ થકે.
