ELECTRICITY ACT, 2003

No.GE/2026/53/EPCD/MAHEKAM/e-file/20/2026/1834/K - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) ofsection 166 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003), the Government of Gujarat hereby amends the Government Notification, Energy and Petrochemicals Department No. GU-2004-11-ELA-1103-GOI-103-K dated the 5th February 2004, as amended vide. Government Notification. Energy and Petrochemicals Department No. GU-2012-116-ELA-13- 2012-2373-K dated the 1st September 2012, as follows, namely: - IV-A Ex.-163 163-1 163-2 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, EX., 08-10-2026 [ PART IV-A In the said Notification: - (1) In Sr. No. 4. after the words "Adani Power Limited", the following words shall be inserted,

         "Torrent Power Limited- Distribution (Dholera)
         Torrent Power Limited - Distribution (MBSIR)
         GIFT Power Company Limited
         Aspen Park Infra Vadodara Private Limited"
(2)  After Sr. No. 9, the following shall be inserted;

" 10.	The Managing Director, Torrent Power Limited - Distribution (Dholera)	Member
11.	The Managing Director, Torrent Power Limited - Distribution (MBSIR)	Member
12.	The Managing Director, GIFT Power Company Limited	Member
13.	The Managing Director, Aspen Park Infra Vadodara Private Limited	Member"

(3) The existing Sr. No. 9 shall be renumbered as Sr. No. 14.
